Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de collecte de poussière comprenant :
    un boîtier de corps (1) ayant une partie d'aspiration d'écoulement d'air (2) et une partie de décharge d'écoulement d'air (3) ;
    un ventilateur (4) installé dans le boîtier de corps (1) et configuré pour décharger un écoulement d'air aspiré dans le boîtier de corps (1) par la partie d'aspiration d'écoulement d'air (2) à l'extérieur du boîtier de corps par la partie de décharge d'écoulement d'air (3) ; et
    une unité de séparation cyclonique (5) configurée pour faire tourbillonner, grâce au ventilateur, l'écoulement d'air aspiré dans le boîtier de corps par la partie d'aspiration d'écoulement d'air (2) et pour séparer la poussière contenue dans l'écoulement d'air aspiré,
    dans lequel l'unité de séparation cyclonique (5) comprend :
    un cylindre (8) ayant une entrée d'écoulement d'air (9) disposée au niveau d'un côté d'extrémité inférieure du cylindre (8) et une sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) disposée au niveau d'un côté d'extrémité supérieure du cylindre (8) ;
    une unité de tourbillonnement (11) prévue entre l'entrée d'écoulement d'air (9) et la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) dans le cylindre (8) ;
    un orifice d'échappement de poussière (12) prévu dans une paroi circonférentielle du cylindre (8) entre l'unité de tourbillonnement (11) et la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) ; et
    un filtre en mailles (13) ayant une configuration telle que l'unité de séparation cyclonique (5) est configurée pour évacuer la poussière vers l'orifice d'échappement de poussière (12) en déplaçant la poussière le long d'une surface inclinée du filtre en mailles (13), dans lequel le filtre en mailles est prévu entre l'unité de tourbillonnement (11) et la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) dans le cylindre, et le filtre en mailles (13) comprend :
    un corps de cylindre réticulé (16) ayant une ouverture (14) du côté de la sortie d'écoulement d'air, raccordée à la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10),
    une ouverture (15) du côté de l'unité de tourbillonnement dirigée vers l'unité de tourbillonnement (11), et
    un couvercle réticulé (17) configuré pour recouvrir l'ouverture (15) du côté de l'unité de tourbillonnement, dans lequel le couvercle réticulé (17) comprend une partie de saillie faisant axialement saillie vers l'unité de tourbillonnement (11) au niveau de son centre et a une forme telle que le couvercle réticulé (17) est progressivement incliné de la partie de saillie vers la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) jusqu'à sa partie périphérique externe.
  2. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le couvercle réticulé (17) a une forme conique.
  3. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le couvercle réticulé a (17) une forme hémisphérique.
  4. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'ouverture (15) du côté de l'unité de tourbillonnement du corps de cylindre réticulé (16) est de niveau avec une partie d'extrémité du côté de l'unité de tourbillonnement de l'orifice d'échappement de poussière (12).
  5. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'ouverture (15) du côté de l'unité de tourbillonnement du corps de cylindre réticulé (16) est disposée du côté de la sortie d'écoulement d'air par rapport à la partie d'extrémité du côté de l'unité de tourbillonnement de l'orifice d'échappement de poussière (12).
  6. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel au moins le couvercle réticulé (17) se voit conférer la conductivité électrique.
  7. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, comprenant en outre un couvercle en forme de plaque (18), dans lequel la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) de l'unité de séparation cyclonique (5) est formée dans le corps de couvercle en forme de plaque (18).
  8. Dispositif de collecte de poussière selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) est plus petite du point de vue du diamètre que le cylindre (8), et l'ouverture (14) du côté de la sortie d'écoulement d'air du corps de cylindre réticulé (16) dans le cylindre (8) est montée sur une bride (19) faisant saillie de la sortie d'écoulement d'air (10) dans le cylindre (8).
