Claims (8)
- Staubsammelvorrichtung, welche Folgendes umfasst:ein Körpergehäuse (1), das einen Luftstrom-Saugabschnitt (2) und einen Luftstrom-Abgabeabschnitt (3) aufweist;einen Lüfter (4), der in dem Körpergehäuse (1) installiert ist und zum Abgeben eines Luftstroms, der durch den Luftstrom-Saugabschnitt (2) in das Körpergehäuse (1) gesaugt wird, nach außerhalb des Körpergehäuses durch den Luftstrom-Abgabeabschnitt (3) konfiguriert ist; undeine Zyklon-Trenneinheit (5), die zum Verwirbeln, durch den Lüfter, des Luftstroms, der durch den Luftstrom-Saugabschnitt (2) in das Körpergehäuse gesaugt wird, und Abtrennen von Staub, der in dem eingesaugten Luftstrom enthalten ist, konfiguriert ist,wobei die Zyklon-Trenneinheit (5) Folgendes beinhaltet:einen Zylinder (8) mit einem Luftstromeinlass (9), der an einer unteren Endseite des Zylinders (8) angeordnet ist, und einem Luftstromauslass (10), der an einer oberen Endseite des Zylinders (8) angeordnet ist;eine Verwirbelungseinheit (11), die zwischen dem Luftstromeinlass (9) und dem Luftstromauslass (10) in dem Zylinder (8) vorgesehen ist;einen Staubaustrittsöffnung (12), die in einer umlaufenden Wand des Zylinders (8) zwischen der Verwirbelungseinheit (11) und dem Luftstromauslass (10) vorgesehen ist; undeinen Netzfilter (13) mit einer derartigen Konfiguration, dass die Zyklon-Trenneinheit (5) zum Ausbringen des Staubs zu der Staubaustrittsöffnung (12) durch das Bewegen des Staubs entlang einer geneigten Fläche des Netzfilters (13) konfiguriert ist, wobei der Netzfilter zwischen der Verwirbelungseinheit (11) und dem Luftstromauslass (10) in dem Zylinder vorgesehen ist, und der Netzfilter (13) Folgendes beinhaltet:einen netzartigen Zylinderkörper (16) mit einer Luftstromauslass-seitigen Öffnung (14), die mit dem Luftstromauslass (10) verbunden ist,eine Verwirbelungseinheit-seitige Öffnung (15) in Richtung der Verwirbelungseinheit (11), undeine netzartige Abdeckung (17), die zum Abdecken der Verwirbelungseinheit-seitigen Öffnung (15) konfiguriert ist, wobei die netzartige Abdeckung (17) einen Vorsprungabschnitt beinhaltet, der an der Mitte davon axial in Richtung der Verwirbelungseinheit (11) vorsteht und eine derartige Form aufweist, dass die netzartige Abdeckung (17) allmählich von dem Vorsprungabschnitt in Richtung des Luftstromauslasses (10) bis zu einem äußeren peripheren Abschnitt davon geneigt ist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die netzartige Abdeckung (17) eine Kegelform aufweist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die netzartige Abdeckung (17) eine halbkugelförmige Form aufweist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Verwirbelungseinheit-seitige Öffnung (15) des netzartigen Zylinderkörpers (16) bündig mit einem Verwirbelungseinheit-seitigen Endabschnitt der Staubaustrittsöffnung (12) ist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Verwirbelungseinheit-seitige Öffnung (15) des netzartigen Zylinderkörpers (16) in Bezug auf den Verwirbelungseinheit-seitigen Endabschnitt der Staubaustrittsöffnung (12) an der Seite des Luftstromauslasses angeordnet ist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei mindestens die netzartige Abdeckung (17) mit elektrischer Leitfähigkeit versehen ist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, welche ferner eine plattenförmige Abdeckung (18) umfasst, wobei der Luftstromauslass (10) der Zyklon-Trenneinheit (5) in dem plattenförmigen Abdeckungskörper (18) ausgebildet ist.
- Staubsammelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Luftstromauslass (10) im Durchmesser kleiner als der Zylinder (8) ist und die Luftstromauslass-seitige Öffnung (14) des netzartigen Zylinderkörpers (16) in dem Zylinder (8) an einem Flansch (19) angebracht ist, der von dem Luftstromauslass (10) in den Zylinder (8) vorsteht.
