Description

  • La présente invention est du domaine de la literie. Les literies traditionnelles utilisent des technologies basées sur des systèmes de sommiers à lattes, à ressorts ou à plots, lesquels viennent en complément des matelas à ressorts, en mousse ou latex. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet d'obtenir une latte de sommier faisant également fonction de matelas à ressort grâce à une nouvelle technologie.
  • La demande internationale WO 2014/081770 décrit un matelas selon l'état antérieur de la technique.
  • Le dispositif de latte selon l'invention tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1. Il est techniquement conçu pour assurer la fonction de latte-ressort adapté aux morphologies de couchage de chaque dormeur, en offrant un soutien de toutes les parties du corps. La literie se compose en effet d'une latte (2) en bois, ou en PVC, métal ou tout autre matériau rigide ou souple, comportant des percements sur sa surface et caractérisée en ce qu'elle se compose dans sa partie supérieure d'une tige (1) à travers chaque percement, reprise en quantité nécessaire sur la surface de la latte, coulissant à l'intérieur d'un ressort (7) introduit dans un habitacle (3), situé en partie inférieure de la latte, fixé à celle-ci à l'aide de vis (6), ou pouvant faire partie solidaire de la latte même ; le ressort est maintenu dans l'habitacle par un embout fileté (4). La latte-ressort ainsi conçue, se pose sur n'importe quel bâti à des dimensions adéquates qui, une fois défini, sera recouvert d'une couche formant matelas à trous (5) traversés par chaque tige (1) pour assurer la souplesse. La latte ainsi conçue peut s'adapter à différentes applications de literie, assise et dossier de fauteuil, canapé, chaise, banquette ou autre de toutes formes.
  • Les dessins annexés illustrent l'invention :
    • La figure 1 représente en coupe, le dispositif de l'invention.
    • La figure 2 représente en perspective le profilé de ce dispositif.
  • En référence à ces dessins, le dispositif comporte une latte (2) en bois, ou en PVC, métal ou tout autre matériau souple ou rigide, comportant des percements sur sa surface et destinée à recevoir une tige (1) à travers chaque percement, la tige (1) traversant une couche formant matelas à trous (5), la tige (1) coulissant dans un ressort (7) à l'intérieur d'un habitacle (3), et étant reprise en quantité nécessaire sur la surface de la latte, pouvant être de dimensions diverses. L'habitacle est fixé à la latte (2) par vis (6) et fermé par un embout fileté (4) pour maintenir le ressort (7) dans l'habitacle (3).

Claims (3)

  1. Dispositif de latte (2) caractérisé en ce que la latte (2) comporte des percements sur sa surface et est destinée à recevoir une tige (1) à travers chaque percement, chaque tige (1) traversant une couche formant matelas à trous (5) recouvrant ladite latte, chaque tige (1) coulissant dans un ressort (7) à l'intérieur d'un habitacle (3) situé en partie inférieure de la latte, et étant reprise sur la surface de la latte, l'habitacle (3) étant fixé à la latte (2) sur sa partie inférieure par vis (6) et fermé par un embout fileté (4) pour maintenir le ressort (7) dans l'habitacle (3)..
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque habitacle (3) est solidaire de latte (2) conçue en matière plastique souple ou rigide.
  3. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque tige (1), habitacle (3) et ressort (7) sont de dimensions diverses pour s'adapter à des literies à une ou deux parties, aux assises et dossiers de fauteuils, canapés, chaises, banquettes ou autres de toutes formes et nature.
