Derartige Haarglätter besitzen dabei zumindest eine üblicherweise elektrisch beheizbare Heizplatte, die über einen im Wesentlichen ebenen und flächigen Abschnitt mit den zu glättenden Haaren in Kontakt gebracht wird. Zusätzlich besitzen sie eine gegenüberliegende zweite, optional beheizbare Platte, zwischen der und der Heizplatte die zu glättenden Haare eingebracht und unter Druck durchgezogen werden, um geglättet werden zu können. Zur Erzielung besonders guter Glättergebnisse wurde dabei bisher angestrebt, eine möglichst gleichmäßige Temperaturverteilung über die gesamte Heizplatte sicherzustellen. Dies wurde beispielsweise mittels keramiklackierter Aluminiumplatten versucht, da Aluminium eine weitaus bessere Wärmeleitfähigkeit als beispielsweise Glas oder Keramik besitzt. Neuere Untersuchungen haben jedoch gezeigt, dass Heizplatten mit unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen ein nochmals verbessertes Glättergebnis bewirken. Die vorliegende Erfindung beschäftigt sich daher mit dem Problem, eine Heizplatte für einen Haarglätter anzugeben, die einerseits konstruktiv einfach aufgebaut ist und andererseits zumindest zwei verschiedene Temperaturzonen aufweist, um dadurch ein verbessertes Glättergebnis erreichen zu können. Dieses Problem wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Gegenstände der unabhängigen Ansprüche gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der abhängigen Ansprüche. Die vorliegende Erfindung beruht auf dem allgemeinen Gedanken, an einer Grundplatte einer Heizplatte für einen Haarglätter einseitig zumindest eine Ausnehmung vorzusehen, die ein Wärmeflusshindernis darstellt und die dadurch eine den zu glättenden Haaren zugewandte erste Oberfläche in zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Temperaturzonen unterteilt. Die erfindungsgemäße Heizplatte weist dabei eine einstückige Grundplatte auf, die eine zum Kontakt mit zu formendem Haar ausgebildete erste Oberfläche und eine dieser gegenüberliegende zweite Oberfläche aufweist. Mit der zweiten Oberfläche in thermischem Kontakt steht dabei zumindest ein elektrisches Heizelement, beispielsweise ein PTC-Element, wobei in der zweiten Oberfläche nun erfindungsgemäß die zuvor beschriebene zumindest eine Ausnehmung eingebracht ist, die das ebenfalls zuvor beschriebene Wärmeflusshindernis darstellt und dadurch die erste Oberfläche in zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Temperaturzonen unterteilt. Durch die zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen auf einer einzigen Heizplatte kann das Glättergebnis deutlich verbessert werden, ohne dafür beispielsweise zwei separate Heizplatten mit entsprechend aufwändiger Verkabelung und verbunden damit mit vergleichsweise schwieriger Reinigungsmöglichkeit bereitstellen zu müssen. In den zumindest zwei unterschiedlichen Temperaturzonen kann somit ein unterschiedliches Maß an Heizleistung bereitgestellt werden, wobei durch die geometrische Ausbildung der zumindest einen Ausnehmung, beispielsweise hinsichtlich ihrer Tiefe und/oder Breite eine Wärmeübertragung, die diese Ausnehmung überwindet, eingestellt werden kann. Je tiefer bzw. breiter diese Ausnehmung ist, umso größer ist das hierdurch erzeugte Wärmeflusshindernis. Die Grundplatte selbst kann beispielsweise aus Glas, Keramik, Glaskeramik, temperaturbeständigem Kunststoff, Silikon oder Aluminium als Grundmaterial ausgebildet sein, wodurch das Einbringen bzw. Vorsehen der erfindungsgemäßen Ausnehmung vergleichsweise einfach möglich ist. In dem Fall von Glas sind insbesondere Gläser bevorzugt, die für einen Einsatz als Heizplatte geeignet sind, wie beispielweise Quarzglas oder Borosilikatglas. In dem zuvor beschriebenen Fall ist das wenigstens eine Heizelement vorzugsweise zwischen den beiden Nuten angeordnet, so dass dort eine Temperaturzone mit höherer Temperatur gegeben ist. Die beiden benachbarten Temperaturzonen weisen aufgrund des durch die jeweilige Ausnehmung/Nut erzeugten Wärmeflusshindernisses eine geringer Temperatur beim Betrieb des Haarglätters auf, so dass beim Durchziehen der zu formenden Haare zwischen zwei derartigen Heizplatten diese in der mittleren Temperaturzone eine deutlich stärkere Aufheizung erfahren als in den beiden randseitigen Temperaturzonen. Durch das gestufte Erwärmen und wieder Abkühlen während des Glättvorgangs kann ein besonders effektives Glätten der Haare erreicht werden. Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform der erfindungsgemäßen Lösung ist zumindest ein weiteres Heizelement vorgesehen. Selbstverständlich ist dabei denkbar, dass die erfindungsgemäße Heizplatte nicht nur von einem einzigen Heizelement beheizt werden muss, sondern beispielsweise in benachbarten und durch die Ausnehmung/Nut getrennten Temperaturzonen ein weiteres Heizelement vorgesehen sein kann, das optional, das heißt insbesondere je nach Bedarf zu- bzw. abgeschaltet werden kann. Hierbei ist insbesondere denkbar, dass bei einem schnellen Glätten der Haare, die von lediglich einem einzigen Heizelement aufgebrachte Heizleistung nicht ausreicht, so dass in diesem Fall das zumindest eine weitere Heizelement zusätzlich Heizenergie beisteuert und damit auch ein schnelles und trotzdem effektives Glätten der Haare ermöglicht. Entsprechend der Fig. 1 , weist ein erfindungsgemäßer Haarglätter 1 einen zangenartigen Aufbau mit einem ersten Arm 2 und einem zweiten Arm 3 auf, die über ein Gelenk 4 miteinander verbunden sind. Der erste Arm 2 und der zweite Arm 3 sind dabei derart über das Gelenk 4 miteinander verbunden, dass ein freies Ende des ersten Arms 2 und ein freies Ende des zweiten Arms 3 aufeinander zu und voneinander weg bewegbar sind, wie dies gemäß der Fig. 1 schematisch durch einen Pfeil dargestellt ist. Am ersten Arm 2 wie am zweiten Arm 3 ist jeweils eine Heizplatte 5 vorgesehen, die im Folgenden näher beschrieben wird. Über eine elektrische Anschlussleitung 6 kann der Haarglätter 1 mit einem elektrischen Netz verbunden werden. Die zu glättenden Haare können zwischen die beiden Heizplatten 5 gebracht werden, wobei dann die beiden Heizplatten 5 zum Einschluss der Haare zwischen diesen aufeinander zu bewegt werden und die Haare durch Wärmeeinwirkung und gegebenenfalls Ausübung eines leichten mechanischen Drucks geglättet werden. Dabei ist selbstverständlich klar, dass der Haarglätter 1 generell auch lediglich eine einzige Heizplatte 5 aufweisen kann, so dass an dem gegenüberliegenden Arm 2, 3 lediglich eine Platte, die jedoch nicht beheizbar ist, angeordnet wäre. 1, an inventive hair straightener 1 has a forceps-like construction with a first arm 2 and a second arm 3, which are connected to one another via a joint 4. Erfindungsgemäß weist nun die Grundplatte 7 an ihrer zweiten Oberfläche 9 zumindest eine, vorzugsweise mehrere Ausnehmungen 1 1 auf, die ein Wärmeflusshindernis darstellen und die erste Oberfläche 8 dadurch in zumindest zwei unterschiedliche Temperaturzonen 12, 13 (vgl. Fig. 2) unterteilen. Betrachtet man die Fig. 2, so kann man erkennen, dass zwei Ausnehmungen 1 1 in der Art von Nuten vorgesehen sind, die die Grundplatte 7 in Längsrichtung durchlaufen und zwischen denen das Heizelement 10 angeordnet ist. Die derart gefurchte Grundplatte 7 besitzt somit an ihrer ersten Oberfläche 8 eine Temperaturzone 12, die eine höhere Heizleistung erfährt, sowie zwei benachbart dazu gelegene zweite Temperaturzonen 13, die aufgrund des durch die Ausnehmung 1 1 erzeugen Wärmeflusshindernisses eine geringere Aufheizung erfahren. Selbstverständlich kann die unterschiedliche Dicke des Heizelementes 10 auch dazu genutzt werden, eine möglichst gleichmäßige Temperaturverteilung an der ersten Oberfläche 8 zu erhalten. Bei der Heizplatte 5 gemäß der Fig. 4 sind neben dem Heizelement 10 zwei weitere Heizelemente 14 und 15 angeordnet, die eine individuelle, insbesondere unterstützende Beheizung der jeweils zugehörigen Temperaturzonen 13 bewirken können. Selbstverständlich können dabei die weiteren Heizelemente 14, 15 lediglich rein optional, das heißt bei Bedarf zugeschaltet werden. Die Anzahl und geometrische Form der einzelnen Ausnehmungen 1 1 der Fig. 2 bis 5 soll dabei lediglich rein exemplarisch verstanden werden, so dass auch eine höhere Anzahl oder beispielsweise ein mäanderförmiger Verlauf der Ausnehmungen 1 1 von der Erfindung mit umfasst sein sollen. Claims

Patentansprüche claims
