Definitions

  • the invention relates to an awning with a stationary housing containing a storage device for an awning cloth, which is connected via articulated arms with a drop rail to which the remote from the storage device end of the awning cloth is attached, and can be brought to the side facing the side rail side to the plant and thereto associated bearing blocks for the articulated arms associated arm bearing.
  • the tensioning unit forming wedge assembly may simply consist of solid components, so that a reliable power transmission across the direction of displacement possible and thus a reliable housing-side support of the bearing blocks is guaranteed without risk of deformation.
  • the suspension of the bearing blocks on the associated, housing-side projection allows easy pre-assembly and thus facilitates the attachment of the clamping units. An adjustment or readjustment of the lateral position of the bearing blocks is readily possible with slightly dissolved or not fully tightened clamping unit. With the measures according to the invention, therefore, a high work and ease of installation and a stable and accurate arrangement can be achieved.
  • the housing-side projection and the bearing block-side counter-holder on their sides facing each other parallel support surfaces for the associated clamping unit, so that this may have mutually parallel bearing surfaces, which simplifies the construction and production.
  • the tensioning unit can consist of two wedges which supplement one another to form a block-shaped block.
  • the block-shaped block can be easily inserted into a chamber which is bounded by the support surfaces of the housing-side projection and the bearing block-side counter-holder.
  • each clamping screw of the clamping unit is assigned a mutual oblique contact surface of the wedges crossing, parallel to the contact surfaces or the longitudinal axis of said chamber bore, which is formed as a stepped bore, the adjoining, different Diameter bore sections are assigned to the adjacent wedges, wherein the bore portion with the smaller diameter as a threaded bore and the bore portion with the larger diameter is formed as a through hole, which is engaged behind the head of the associated clamping screw.
  • the inserted into the associated chamber formed by the wedges of the clamping unit block with its transverse to the direction of sliding side surfaces abut on a bearing blocks associated housing wall and facing this back of the bearing blocks.
  • a reinforcement applied to the rear side of this housing wall and introduced into the housing can be provided. This can be useful with a projecting forward hook projection into an associated, which engage the clamping units facing housing wall protruding bulge of the housing, which results in a single-walled, the housing underlying profile reliable integration of the gain in the housing.
  • the housing blocks associated with the housing wall and this upstream housing recess practically form a channel into which the bearing blocks can engage with a rear, a corresponding counter-holder forming end claw having retaining. This facilitates the pre-assembly of the bearing blocks and at the same time leads to an extremely stable arrangement in the clamped state.
  • the introduced into the housing reinforcements can advantageously have a rear groove for mounting the housing on a housing longitudinally extending support tube, which advantageously allows a light, single-walled construction of the housing and thus favors a simplification of assembly work.
  • the underlying awning is designed as a cassette awning.
  • This has a mounted on a solid mounting pad 1, for example, a housing wall or ceiling, etc. mounted with mutual side spacing brackets 2 housing 3, which is connected via articulated arms 4 with a can be placed on the housing 3 or from this default rail 5.
  • the housing 3 and the drop rail 5 form a practically closed cassette in the retracted state of the failure rail 5.
  • a winding shaft not shown here for receiving an awning fabric 6, which is attached with an end edge on the winding shaft and with the opposite end edge of the drop rail 5.
  • the articulated arms 4 carrying the delivery rail 5 have two arms, which can be bent against one another and are hinged with their ends facing away from one another to the housing 3 or the delivery rail 5.
  • suitable arm bearings 7 are provided on both sides, which are receivable on a respective associated bearing block 8.
  • the housing-side arm bearings are for adjusting the failure angle of the awning cloth 6 about a horizontal axis pivotally received on a respective associated, housing side provided bearing block 8.
  • the housing-side bearing blocks 8 are located on the front, that is, the side of the housing 3 facing the extension rail 5 and are detachably attached thereto.
  • the housing 3 is best made FIG. 2 it can be seen from one or more adjoining profile sections.
  • a the above-mentioned winding shaft 9 receiving upper part 10 and provided thereon a lower part 11 is provided.
  • the upper part 10 and the lower part 11 can be fixed by not shown here, frontal cover against each other, which extend over both parts.
  • further fixing elements for. B. be provided one or more grub screws.
  • the lower part 11 is on the rear side in a housing longitudinally extending, recorded on the brackets 2 support tube 12 can be attached and on which the housing-side bearing blocks 8 are detachably attached.
  • the lower housing part 11 is provided with a forward, that is the outgoing rail 5 out pointing projection, here in the form of a single-walled, projecting forward profile strip 13, which has an upwardly projecting edge strip 14, so that a by the skirt 14 after Front limited niche yields.
  • the bearing blocks 8 are provided at the rear with a hook projection 15 and engage with this in the formed by the edge of the skirt 14 forward limited niche, housing-side hook receptacle.
  • the bearing blocks 8 can be hung accordingly for pre-assembly with its hook projection 15 on the housing side provided hook receptacle. Subsequently, the bearing blocks 8 with the housing, here with the lower housing part 11 releasably braced, in the not fully clamped state, an adjustment or readjustment of the position of the bearing blocks 8 is possible.
  • the bearing blocks each have a distance below their hook projection 15 provided, in use the formed by the profile strip 13 housing projection under cross-abutment 16, which together with the profile strip 13 and the profile strip 13 supporting housing wall 17 defines a niche in the a clamping unit 18 is placed, through which the housing side projection formed by the profile strip 13 and the bearing block-side thrust bearing 16 can be pressed apart and thus clamped against each other.
  • the clamping unit 18 associated flanks of the housing-side projection forming profile strip 13 and the bearing block side abutment 16 form in the direction of the housing axis extending, parallel support surfaces, which are advantageously inclined slightly forward.
  • the clamping unit 18 has this parallel counter surfaces.
  • the tensioning unit 18 is, as best of FIG. 3 can be seen as a wedge assembly with at least one along an inclined plane 19 displaceable, by means of at least one clamping screw 20 movable wedge 21 is formed.
  • the clamping unit 18 has two along the inclined plane 19 successive sliding wedges 21, which complement each other practically to a cuboid block.
  • the inclined plane 19 corresponds to practically a diagonal plane of the block.
  • the two wedges 21 of the clamping unit 18 are shifted from each other so that the height of the block formed thereby at least by a sufficient displacement clearance is less than the height of the associated insertion slot 22, so that there is enough sliding game when inserting.
  • the wedges 21 of the clamping unit 18 are pushed up each other by tightening the clamping screw 20, thereby increasing the height of the block formed by the wedges 21 and thus a profile strip 13 and the abutment 16 apart pressing force is generated, which acts on the hooked on the profile strip 13 hook projection 15 of the associated bearing block 8 and thus braced against the housing.
  • the bearing blocks 8 consist in the example shown, such as FIG. 3 further shows, from two spaced next to each other, same sections, between which engage the associated arm bearing 7 with a corresponding hinge wing can.
  • the tensioning unit 18 assigned to a bearing block 8 thus constructed expediently extends over both bearing block sections.
  • the clamping screw 20 is how best FIG. 4 it can be seen formed as a cap screw which is in threaded engagement with the wedge 21 remote from its head 24 and is supported with the head 24 at the end face of the second wedge 21 facing away from the first wedge 21.
  • the inclined plane 19 transverse bore provided, which is formed as a stepped bore with the wedges 21 associated bore portions 25a, 25b of different diameters.
  • the in FIG. 4 the lower, drawn on the left wedge 21, the larger diameter having bore portion 25 a is formed as a through hole, which is engaged behind the head 24 of the clamping screw 20.
  • FIG. 4 the lower, drawn on the left wedge 21, the larger diameter having bore portion 25 a is formed as a through hole, which is engaged behind the head 24 of the clamping screw 20.
  • Upper, right wedge 21 associated having the smaller diameter bore portion 25b is formed as a threaded bore into which the projecting from the head 24 threaded shank of the clamping screw 20 is screwed.
  • the difference in diameter of the two bore sections 25a, 25b limits the travel of the mutually displaceable wedges 21st
  • the two bore sections 25a, 25b are coaxial only in a middle position of the mutually displaceable wedges 21.
  • the upper wedge 21 relative to the lower wedge 21 are lowered so far that the Spannschraue 20 rests with its shaft at the lower peripheral portion of the larger diameter, formed as a through hole bore portion 25 a, as in FIG. 5 is indicated on the right.
  • the clamping screw 20 of the displaceable wedge 21 migrates upward, whereby also hereby in threaded engagement clamping screw 20 is taken up. This movement is limited by the fact that the clamping screw 20 starts with its shaft at the upper peripheral portion of the formed as a through hole bore portion 25 a, as in FIG. 5 is indicated on the left.
  • FIG. 2 In the assembled state of the clamping unit 18 forming block is as out FIG. 2 It can be seen, with its front side on an associated bearing surface of the associated bearing block 8 and with its rear side on the front of the housing wall 17 of the lower part 11, so that acting in the retraction and extension of the drop rail 5 on the bearing blocks 8 forces and moments through the the bearing blocks 8 associated block-shaped clamping units 18 are passed through the housing wall 17. Since the housing, here in the form of the upper part 10 and lower part 11 are each based on a single-walled profile, is provided to support the housing wall 17 in the region of each bearing block 8 a this opposite reinforcement 26 which is in the housing, here the lower part 11, and on the back of the housing wall 17 rests and supports them.
  • the reinforcement 26 serves at the same time as a receptacle for the support tube 12 inserted into the housing.
  • the reinforcement 26 has for this purpose two outgoing from a web adjacent to the housing wall web, the support tube 12 which is formed as a rectangular tube, between them receiving jaws, the tensioning screws interconnecting them can be pressed against the support tube 12, which in turn can be attached to the brackets 2 in a similar manner.
  • the said clamping jaws of the reinforcements 26 form practically a rearwardly open groove for attaching the housing to the support tube 12.
  • the reinforcements 26 are inserted here during assembly of the housing end face here in the associated channel and advanced to the desired location. If an axial fixation is required, this can be achieved by means of one or more fixation devices, for. B. carried on the lower part 11 grub screws.
  • the reinforcements 26 also have a protruding from the housing wall 17 on the web 17 projecting hook projection 27 which engages in an associated housing recess 28. This is located at a distance in front of the housing wall 17 and limited together with this one of the forward projecting profile strip 13 partially overlapped channel, in which the bearing blocks 8 engage with a rear support leg 29, the one of the profile strip 13 opposite abutment 16 forming lower End claw, which is pressed by the clamping unit 18 to the inside of said channel.
