Claims (15)
- Couvercle (100) d'un contenant, notamment d'une boite ou canette de boisson, présentant une face de couvercle (101) et au moins une ouverture de versement (103), qui traverse la face de couvercle (101),
et qui est refermable par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un élément de fermeture (120), couvercle
dans lequel ledit au moins un élément de fermeture (120) peut être déplacé par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'actionnement (110), dans une position de fermeture dans laquelle ladite au moins une ouverture de versement (103) est fermée, et dans une position d'ouverture dans laquelle l'ouverture de versement (103) est au moins partiellement dégagée,
dans lequel entre la face de couvercle (101) et l'élément de fermeture (120) est prévu au moins un élément d'étanchéité plat (130),
et sur l'élément de fermeture (120) est prévue au moins une zone d'étanchéité, qui, dans la position de fermeture de l'élément de fermeture (120), interagit avec ledit au moins un élément d'étanchéité plat (130), et dans lequel ladite au moins une zone d'étanchéité est réalisée sous la forme d'une arête d'étanchéité (121),
caractérisé en ce que
l'élément d'étanchéité plat (130) est réalisé sous forme de feuille, qui couvre au moins partiellement le côté inférieur de la face de couvercle ; et
une hauteur (A) maximale de l'arête d'étanchéité se situe dans une plage de 0,2 mm à 1 mm, une largeur (B) maximale de l'arête d'étanchéité se situe dans une plage de 0,3 mm à 1 mm, et l'arête d'étanchéité est pressée de 0,1 mm à 1 mm dans l'élément d'étanchéité plat, dans la position de fermeture. - Couvercle (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (120) et l'élément d'étanchéité plat (130) sont agencés sur le côté inférieur de la face de couvercle (101).
- Couvercle (100) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite au moins une zone d'étanchéité est agencée sur la surface supérieure de l'élément de fermeture (120), qui est dirigée vers le côté inférieur du couvercle (100).
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (120) peut pivoter de la position d'ouverture à la position de fermeture, et de la position de fermeture à la position d'ouverture.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel ladite au moins une zone d'étanchéité entoure en totalité ladite au moins une ouverture de versement (103), dans la position de fermeture de l'élément de fermeture (120).
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel ladite feuille, est réalisée sous forme de feuille de mousse ou feuille de caoutchouc, le matériau de la feuille comportant de préférence un élastomère thermoplastique.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité plat (130) est appliqué sur le côté inférieur de la face de couvercle (101) par moulage par compression, par collage, impression ou moulage.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel l'élément de fermeture (120) et/ou l'élément d'actionnement (110) sont fabriqués en matière plastique.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel la face de couvercle (101) présente une ouverture de ventilation (105), et l'élément de fermeture (120) est pourvu d'une ouverture de passage (109) alignée avec l'ouverture de ventilation (105), l'ouverture de ventilation et/ou l'ouverture de passage pouvant être fermées de manière étanche aux fluides et être ouvertes, à l'aide d'un bouchon (106).
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel la face de couvercle (101) présente par ailleurs, une ouverture d'élément d'actionnement (104), dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité plat est de préférence réalisé d'un seul tenant, et dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité plat entoure aussi bien l'ouverture de versement (103) que l'ouverture d'élément d'actionnement (104), et aussi bien l'ouverture de versement que l'ouverture d'élément d'actionnement ne sont pas couverte, et dans lequel en combinaison avec la revendication 9, l'ouverture de ventilation n'est également pas couverte.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel l'arête d'étanchéité (121), en tant que partie de l'élément de fermeture (120), est formée d'un seul tenant avec l'élément de fermeture.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel l'arête d'étanchéité (121) présente, en section transversale, une forme de V, une forme de V à pointe aplatie, une forme de V à pointe arrondie, une forme arrondie, notamment une forme semi-circulaire, ou une forme rectangulaire.
- Couvercle (100) selon la revendication 12, dans lequel dans le cas d'une arête d'étanchéité en forme de V, la forme en V présente un angle (α) de 30° à 120°, et/ou dans le cas d'une forme de V à pointe aplatie, la largeur du côté plat (C) se situe dans une plage de 0,05 mm à 0,2 mm, et/ou dans le cas d'une forme de V à pointe arrondie, le rayon de courbure de la pointe arrondie se situe dans une plage de 0,05 mm à 3,0 mm.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, dans lequel il est prévu aussi bien pour l'ouverture de versement que pour l'ouverture d'élément d'actionnement, une arête d'étanchéité respective, qui, dans la position de fermeture, entoure et assure l'étanchéité de l'ouverture respectivement correspondante.
- Couvercle (100) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, dans lequel l'élément d'étanchéité plat présente, au niveau d'un bord périphérique, un renflement avec lequel une zone de bordure (102) du couvercle est rendue étanche par rapport au contenant.
