Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a closure arrangement for a beverage container, in particular a beverage can.
  • the present invention also relates to a method for the repeatable closing of an opening of a beverage container with a closure arrangement, in particular with the closure arrangement described.
  • the closure arrangement comprises at least one cover element with an opening as well as a closure element which is arranged non-releasably on the cover element for the repeatable, in particular gas-tight, closure of the opening.
  • the cover element is in particular made of metal.
  • the beverage container is used to store a content such. B. a fluid, the beverage container in the closed state is under excess pressure.
  • the beverage container can be under an internal pressure of up to 6.2 bar before it is opened for the first time.
  • both one-time opening and resealable closing arrangements are known.
  • the advantage of resealable closure assemblies is evident. This means that a beverage container can be closed, in particular gas-tight, even after it has been partially emptied, so that the fluid stored in the beverage container and, especially in the case of carbonated contents, the carbonation is prevented from escaping.
  • the known re-closable closure assemblies often have complex components or complex procedures for opening and closing the lock assembly.
  • a captive arrangement of the closure arrangement on the cover element or on the beverage container is desired, so that all components of the beverage container can be fed to a recycling process.
  • a resealable closure for a beverage can is known from US 2012/248113 A1.
  • a lever which is supported on the can lid, is pivoted and pushes a flap into the beverage container. To fix the closure in an open position, the lever must then be at least partially arranged in the beverage container.
  • the object of the invention is to at least partially solve those problems with reference to the prior art and in particular to provide a locking arrangement for a beverage container through which the beverage container can be closed repeatedly and, in particular, in a gastight manner.

  • Non-positive connections require a normal force on the surfaces to be connected. Their mutual displacement is prevented as long as the counter-force caused by the static friction is not exceeded.
  • Connections are called form-fit connections when the connection partners are held together by a geometric arrangement. Positive connections are created by engaging at least two connection partners. This means that the connection partners cannot break loose even with no or interrupted power transmission. In other words, with a positive connection, one connection partner is in the way of the other.
