Zudem erlaubt diese Technologie nur eingeschränkte Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten des Verschlussteiles, weil hierbei besonderen Anforderungen des Kunststoff-Spritzgussprozesses bezüglich Trennebenen, Angusspositionen, Wandstärkenverhältnisse etc. gefolgt werden muss. Kostengünstiger wäre es, die Dichtfunktion nicht durch einen Zweikomponentenaufbau, sondern mittels einer leichter verfügbaren und somit wirtschaftlicheren flächigen Dichtkomponente aus industriell etablierteren Standard- Produktionsprozessen bzw.-halbzeugen zu realisieren.
