Ledit moteur à combustion interne comprend également au moins deux vis de fixation (6) servant à fixer le tuyau d'échappement (3) à la culasse (2) du moteur à combustion interne. Le tuyau d'échappement (3) peut être agencé pour pouvoir être assemblé de manière démontable à la culasse (2) au moyen des vis de fixation (6), au moins un système de centrage central (7) étant agencé sensiblement dans la zone de trous de bride (8).
