Claims (4)

  1. Procédé d'étanchéification du point de liaison entre un conducteur (1) électrique entouré d'une isolation (2) et un élément de contact (3) électrique tubulaire raccordé au conducteur (1) avec lequel de conducteur (1) est d'abord dégagé de l'isolation (2) à son extrémité, puis l'élément de contact (3) est enfiché sur le conducteur (1) et raccordé à celui-ci de façon électriquement conductrice, caractérisé en ce que
    - avant l'enfichage de l'élément de contact (3) sur le conducteur (1), un tronçon de tuyau flexible (8) en matériau isolant durablement élastique est d'abord, dans une forme dans laquelle sa deuxième extrémité (10) est courbée jusqu'à sa première extrémité (9), mis en place avec sa première extrémité (9) de façon fixement adjacente à l'isolation (2) du conducteur (1),
    - l'élément de contact (3) électrique tubulaire est ensuite enfiché sur l'isolation (2) tout en conservant sa forme tubulaire avec une surface en forme de cylindre droit, et raccordé de façon électriquement conductrice au conducteur (1) dans la zone limitrophe de l'isolation (2) du conducteur (1), et
    - pour finir, la deuxième extrémité (10) courbée du tronçon de tuyau flexible (8) est recourbée en réalisant une étanchéité étanche aux fluides du point de liaison entre l'isolation (2) du conducteur (1) et l'élément de contact (3) jusque sur l'élément de contact (3) avec un appui fixe sur celui-ci.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant la mise en place sur le conducteur (1) isolé, le tronçon de tuyau flexible (8) est évasé mécaniquement.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant la mise en place sur le conducteur (1) isolé, le tronçon de tuyau flexible (8) est évasé pneumatiquement.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, avant la mise en place sur le conducteur (1) isolé, le tronçon de tuyau flexible (8) est évasé hydrauliquement.
