- the heat transmission coefficient of the window 100 is 0.934W/(m 2 • K) after the test environment where a temperature is 23.0 ⁇ 5.0°C and humidity is 50 ⁇ 10%R.H.(For your reference, the heat transmission coefficient is a calorie passing through a unit surface material (wall, window and the like), and the lower the coefficient is, the better the heat insulation performance is).
- the air tightness of the window 100 is 0.40m 3 /(h • m 2 ) after the test environment where a temperature is 23.4 ⁇ 0.3°C and humidity is 49 ⁇ 1%R.H. Accordingly, it can be appreciated that first grade is assigned to the window to which the present invention is applied in view of the energy consumption efficiency grade and the air tightness performance.

Claims (6)
- Isolierungs- und Festigkeitsverstärkungsstruktur für ein Schiebefenster, wobei die Struktur umfasst:einen Fensterrahmen (110) mit einer Mehrzahl von Innenraum- und Außenschienen (111a) und (111b), die entlang ihrer Längsrichtung angeordnet sind;ein Innenraumfensterflügelpaar (120), das gleitend mit den Innenraumschienen (111a) so verbunden ist, dass es zu öffnen und zu schließen ist, undein Außenfensterflügelpaar (130), das gleitend mit den Außenschienen (111b) so verbunden ist, dass es zu öffnen und zu schließen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Profil (P1), das den Fensterrahmen (110) bildet, ein wärmeisolierendes Material (210), das in die Innenraumseite des Innenabschnitts desselben eingesetzt ist, und ein Metallverstärkungsmaterial (220), das in die Außenseite des Innenabschnitts desselben eingesetzt ist, hat undwobei die vertikal angeordneten Profile (P2) des Innenraumfensterflügelpaares (120) ein aus einem Metallmaterial hergestelltes Verstärkungsmaterial aufweisen, das in die Innenabschnitte desselben eingelegt ist, und wobei die horizontal angeordneten Profile (P2) des Innenraumfensterflügelpaares (120) ein erstes Verstärkungsmaterial (310) aus dem faserverstärkten Kunststoff FRP haben, das in die Innenabschnitte davon eingesetzt ist.
- Isolierungs- und Festigkeitsverstärkungsstruktur für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 1, wobei das wärmeisolierende Material (210) in einen ersten Raumabschnitt (S1), der an der Innenraumseite des Profils (P1) ausgebildet ist, eingesetzt montiert ist, und wobei das Metallverstärkungsmaterial (220) in einen zweiten Raumabschnitt (S2), der an der Außenseite des Profils (P1) ausgebildet ist, eingesetzt montiert ist.
- Isolations- und Festigkeitsverstärkungsstruktur für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das wärmeisolierende Material (210) eine Honigwabenstruktur mit einer Mehrzahl von Löchern aufweist, die in Längsrichtung des Profils (P1) ausgebildet sind.
- Isolation- und Festigkeitsverstärkungsstruktur für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 3, wobei das wärmeisolierende Material (210) aus Papier, Keramik, Kunstharz oder Aluminium hergestellt ist.
- Isolations- und Festigkeitsverstärkungsstruktur für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das Metallverstärkungsmaterial (220) aus Stahl, Edelstahl oder Aluminium hergestellt ist.
- Isolierungs- und Festigkeitsverstärkungsstruktur für ein Schiebefenster nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Profile (P3), die das Außenfensterflügelpaar (130) bilden, ein zweites Verstärkungsmaterial (320) aufweisen, das in die Innenabschnitt desselben eingesetzt ist, wobei das zweite Verstärkungsmaterial (320) aus Stahl, Edelstahl oder Aluminium herstellt ist.
