随着生活水平的提高,一些中高端的高层建筑及小康住宅用铝合金对其性能和表面的质量有较高的需求,目前,市场上流行的铝门框和门扇,外观精美,不易生锈,但是采用的隔热件的空腔小,致使铝材在整体材料中占的比例较大,使得铝材的价格增高,大大增加了材料的成本,由于铝型材具有重量轻,抗着力强的优点而被广泛应用在建筑物上,但是铝型材不隔音、保温和抗震性能均差、且成本高等缺陷,并且,现有的外开窗框型材膨胀系数比较大,门窗安装好后易出现裂胶的现象,防渗漏性差,耐腐蚀性能不好,保养维修费高,绝缘性不好,在高层建筑门窗需要防雷接地,减震性能不好,水密性不好。
