背景技术
目前，铝合金是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料，在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。随着近年来科学技术以及工业经济的飞速发展，对铝合金焊接结构件的需求日益增多，使铝合金的焊接性研究也随之深入。现有的铝木平开窗外框结构通过盖板，隔热板等通过螺钉连接为一个整体，这种结构不仅复杂，不美观，而且不能保证推拉窗的高度防水、气密及隔音，但是铝型材不隔音、保温和抗震性能均差、且成本高等缺陷，并且，现有的拼管铝型材材膨胀系数比较大，门窗安装好后易出现裂胶的现象，防渗漏性差，耐腐蚀性能不好，保养维修费高，绝缘性不好，在高层建筑门窗需要防雷接地，减震性能不好，水密性不好。

本实用新型提供一种结构牢固、保温隔热性好的、抗折弯性好的拼管铝型材。

一种拼管铝型材，包括左、右型腔，其特征在于：所述左型腔的右侧板上具有左隔热条卡槽，所述右型腔的左侧板上具有右隔热条卡槽，所述左右卡槽内卡接有隔热条，所述左右型腔的上下表面都具有卡条。
本实用新型采用左右型腔结构，在左右型腔之间采用隔热条连接在一起，保证了拼管型材的弯折性好，且采用隔热条连接结构，保证了隔热效果好，在拼管的上下表面设置卡条，保证了安装后型材的牢固性。
