- the invention relates to a new multiple gas burner which is used in domestic cookers and ovens (i.e. furnaces), which consists of a flame crown designed such that the inner and outer flame ports will be integrated and inner flame ports will be designed in small burner size standard, and in which housings for securing (i.e. stabilizing) the thermocouple and sparking plug are provided.
- the flame crown is designed as one piece, i.e. in an integrated manner, thereby minimizing the risk of small separations (i.e. disintegration) likely to occur between the ports, and of the port parts not fitting in one another.

- the sparking plug and the thermocouple can be located close to both inner ring ports and outer ring ports of the burner.
- the sparking plug and thermocouple located close to the inner ring ports are away from the ports. This, in turn, adversely affects the performance expected from the sparking plug and thermocouple. For example, two out of the three sparks exiting the sparking plug drops, i.e. burning may occur in burners later than expected, and the thermocouple can detect the heat later due to staying away from the flames especially in low state.
- suitable housings are provided, said housings being four in number, designed radially scattered around the center thereof so as not to cause difficulty in mounting for the user.
- the application No. WO 2007/00059 owned by the company Sabaf S.p.a discloses a burner comprising an internal separator. Said burner is made only of two molded parts; wherein channels for distributing the gas/primary air mixture to the peripheral (i.e. circular) heads disposed in the burner itself from the mixing section, are disposed. Moreover, in said burner, the flame openings of the central flame head are inclined between 40 and 70 degrees with respect to the vertical axis of the burner, wherein they are disposed in the peripheral holes of the central wall.
- these holes cannot be directly produced by means of injection method, but they are made after the production is completed. In the present invention, the holes are in the form of square ports and are produced directly by injection method.
- the application No. WO 2012/035404 owned by the firm Sabaf S.p.a discloses an atmospheric burner for gas cookers comprising two or more substantially concentric flame spreaders.
- the flame spreaders separated from each other by at least one projecting body of the burner, are equipped with a plurality of outlet openings to feed a plurality of flames with a gas/primary air fuel mixture.
- This design is different from our invention; wherein flame propagation channels obtained in the projecting body between said flames spreaders, said flame propagation channels including diverging and converging portions, are provided.
- the holes cannot be directly produced by means of injection method, but they are made after the production is completed.
- the holes are in the form of square ports and are produced directly by injection method.
- the object of the invention is to develop a multiple burning system with higher efficiency, but lower emission.
- Another object of the invention is to replace the multiple burning rings that are currently used, by the present multiple gas burner without requiring any production methods.
- Another object of the invention is to allow standard calpacs used in the state of the art, to be used in this burner, as well.
- Another object of the invention is to provide sealing in mixing chamber by connecting the internal separator and flame crown by means of a screw or rivet, and to prevent food residues from getting into the burner components, in the present multiple gas burner.

- the inner ring port (1.2.2) in the integrated flame crown (1.2) is designed in the sizes of standard small burners and its diameter (1.2.2.1) is between 40 and 50 mm.
- the holes (1.2.3) for allowing the primary air-gas mixture to reach to the inner ring ports (1.2.2) are provided in an angled/angular manner on the inner ring port (1.2.2) in order to prevent possible turbulences; wherein the angle (1.2.3.1) of these holes (1.2.3) is between 30o and 70o.
- the inner ring port (1.2.2) is designed in standard small burner sizes, thereby increasing the distance between itself and the outer ring port (1.2.1); thus, the secondary air is made to reach to the integrated flame crown (1.2) in an easier manner; and smoother burning is achieved by decreasing the number of ports on the flame crown (1.2).
- the views of the flame crown (1.2) according to the invention are given in Figs. 6 and 7 .
- protrusions (1.3.4) are configured in the end portion of the horizontal venturi (1.3.3) in order for the internal separator (1.3) to be fixed in the flame crown (1.2).
- two channels (1.2.11) are disposed between the outer ring ports (1.2.1) in order to allow more secondary air passage; and thanks to these channels, after the lighter burns the inner ring ports (1.2.2), the flame switches through these channels (1.2.11) and proceeds along the slot (1.2.13), and then reaching to the outer ring ports (1.2.1).
- One aspect of the burner (1) is that the burner (1) can only be attached in bidirectional manner due to the symmetry of said channels (1.2.11); therefore, flame spreading is achieved in equal times.
- auxiliary ports (1.2.12) are provided on the inner ring port (1.2.2) in order for the flame to spread (be distributed) homogeneously and the inner ring port calpac (1.4) is positioned on said auxiliary ports (1.2.12).
