- Woven fabric device (100) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) of the first periphery (130) in a portion having a length of three or more weft threads (120) in each case increase continuously and then transition into a portion having a length of three or more weft threads (120) in which portion the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) of the first periphery (131) in each case decrease continuously, so as to configure portions having a varying direction of curvature that are disposed successively in the tape-type structure.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to either of Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that between a first portion (131) of the first periphery (130), having a length of at least three weft threads (120), in which the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) in relation to the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) in the first portion (141) of the second periphery (140) that lies opposite the first portion (131) of the first periphery (130) cause a positive curvature of the tape-type structure, and a second portion (132) of the first periphery (130), having a length of at least three weft threads (120), in which the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) in relation to the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) in the second portion (142) of the second periphery (140) that lies opposite the second portion (132) of the first periphery (130) cause a negative curvature of the tape-type structure, a third portion (133) of the first periphery (130), having a length of at least three weft threads (120), is provided, in which third portion (133) the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) in relation to the mutual spacings of the weft threads (120) in the third portion (143) of the second periphery (140) that lies opposite the third portion (133) of the first periphery (130) cause a linear profile of the tape-type structure.
- Woven fabric structure (100) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the warp threads (110) and weft threads (120) are disposed according to a plain weave, so as to achieve a robust tape-type structure.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the warp threads (110) and weft threads (120) are disposed according to a twill weave, so as to achieve an anisotropic tape-type structure having a draping capability that is designed to be markedly different in dissimilar directions.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to either of Claims 6 and 7, characterized in that the warp threads (110) and weft threads (120) in portions are disposed in alternating manner in a plain weave and a twill weave.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the portions of the tape-type structure that have a higher draping capability have fewer weave points than the respective portions that have a lower draping capability.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the warp threads (110) in those portions of the tape-type structure in which the weft threads (120) are disposed at a reduced density are provided at a respective higher density, so as to maintain a homogenous weight per unit area of the tape-type structure.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the warp threads (110) and weft threads (120) in different portions of the tape-type structure are disposed at dissimilar densities, so as to achieve a draping capability of the tape-type structure that enables a three-dimensional surface design.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that part of the weft threads (120) are configured as a partial weft, so as to promote a curvature and a three-dimensional design capability of the surface of the tape-type structure.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the warp threads (110) and weft threads (120) are at least partially configured in a texturized manner, so as to promote a curvature and a three-dimensional design capability of the tape-type structure.
- Woven fabric device (100) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tape-type structure in portions has dissimilar widths in that the density of the warp threads (110) is varied.
