Claims (8)

  3. The anvil (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the profile of the upper longitudinal edge (9) of the horizontal branch (4) in the end zone (7) is identical to the profile of the upper longitudinal edge (9) of the horizontal branch (4) in the connecting zone (6).
  4. The anvil (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one of the longitudinal rims (11, 12) of the upper longitudinal edge (9) is rounded or broken in the gripping zone (5).
  5. The anvil (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the vertical branch (2) is connected to the lower longitudinal edge (8) of the horizontal branch (4) in an inclined manner while forming an acute angle with the gripping zone (5).
  6. The anvil (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the anvil (1) forms a single piece and the horizontal (4) and vertical (2) branches of the anvil (1) are formed from a same blank, preferably made from metal.
  7. The anvil (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the anvil (1) is provided with graduations (13) positioned along the upper longitudinal edge (9) of the anvil (1).
  8. The anvil (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that in the gripping zone (5) forming a handle, the horizontal branch (4), with a width considered between the lower (8) and upper (9) longitudinal edges of said branch (4), comprises at least one development (14) assuming the form of a widening or periodic thickening or a break or a through opening forming a finger passage, of said branch (4), this development (14) being able to at least partially form the active grasping part of the handle or a stop limiting the axial movement of an operator's hand along said gripping zone (5).
