Claims (6)

  1. Four à arc (2) avec une carcasse de four (4) pour faire fondre de l'acier, un couvercle (6) pour fermer la carcasse de four (4) et une unité pivotante (14) avec laquelle le couvercle (6) peut être éloigné de la carcasse de four (4), avec la configuration suivante :
    a) la carcasse de four (4) est montée de manière mobile par rapport à l'unité pivotante (14) dans la direction verticale,
    b) l'unité pivotante (14) présente un logement pour fixer de manière amovible le couvercle (6) dans la direction verticale.
  2. Four à arc (2) selon la revendication 1,
    dans lequel la carcasse de four (4) est montée dans un berceau (8) mobile dans la direction verticale.
  3. Four à arc (2) selon la revendication 2,
    dans lequel le berceau (8) est mobile au moyen d'un vérin hydraulique (10).
  4. Four à arc (2) selon la revendication 3,
    dans lequel le berceau (8) présente plusieurs vérins hydrauliques (10) qui peuvent être commandés séparément.
  5. Four à arc (2) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
    dans lequel le couvercle (6) lors de la fermeture de la carcasse de four (4) prend appui sur des montants (12) disposés sur le berceau (8).
  6. Four à arc (2) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    dans lequel le couvercle (6) peut être éloigné de la carcasse de four (4) au moyen de l'unité pivotante (14) par le biais d'un mouvement de rotation autour d'un axe (A) qui s'étend dans la direction verticale.
