  • Cage segment of a tapered roller bearing and tapered roller bearing The invention relates to a cage segment of a tapered roller bearing. Furthermore, the concerns
  • a tapered roller bearing for rotatably supporting a first machine part relative to a second machine part, in particular for rotatably supporting a rotor shaft of a wind turbine and a method for mounting a tapered roller bearing.
  • a cage segment is known from DE 10246825 A.
  • the known cage segments can be strung together at their end faces, so that with a comparatively low cost, a cage can be formed, which is particularly suitable for use in very large bearings with relatively small roles.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a cage design, which is suitable for use in very large bearings, especially in a rolling bearing of a wind turbine, and allows easy mounting of the bearing. This object is achieved by the feature combinations of the independent claims.
  • the cage segment of a tapered roller bearing according to the invention for rotatably supporting a first machine part relative to a second machine part has two opposite circumferential webs, each extending between a first circumferential end and a second circumferential end of the cage segment and at least two mutually opposite connecting webs, which connect the two circumferential webs together and together with the peripheral webs form at least one pocket for receiving a conical rolling element.
  • the peripheral webs and the connecting webs have pocket sides which bound the pocket.
  • the circumferential webs and the connecting webs arranged in the region of the first circumferential end and the second circumferential end have opposite environmental sides to the pocket sides.
  • the cage segment has a first positioning aid in the region of the first circumferential end and a second positioning aid in the region of the second circumferential end.
  • the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid are arranged relative to each other such that a correct position arrangement of adjacent cage segments in the tapered roller bearing relative to each other from the interaction of the first positioning aid and the second positioning of these cage segments can be seen.
  • the invention has the advantage that is achieved with relatively little effort that a misalignment of a cage segment during assembly of the tapered roller bearing is very easy to recognize. In this way, mounting errors caused by misalignments of cage segments can be avoided with high reliability.
  • the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid may be designed to be complementary to each other. In this way it can be achieved that a disturbance of the interaction of the positioning aids caused by a positional deviation of a cage segment becomes very clearly visible.
  • the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid can each be arranged eccentrically on the surrounding sides of the connecting webs to the same extent.
  • the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid can be arranged at the ends of the surrounding sides of the connecting webs.
  • the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid can each be arranged in a section of the surrounding side of the respective connecting web, which overlaps with one of the peripheral webs. This has the advantage that the connecting webs are supported in the region of the positioning aids by the circumferential webs and a material weakening possibly caused by the positioning aids has no negative effects.
  • the first positioning aid can be configured as a protrusion extending in the circumferential direction over the surrounding side of the connecting web and the second positioning aid as a recess.
  • the second positioning aid can be designed as a step.
  • first positioning aid and the second positioning aid of the adjacent cage segments can engage with one another.
  • the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid can be designed such that they engage with one another exclusively in the case of a positionally aligned arrangement of adjacent cage segments.
  • the elevations and the recesses of adjacent cage segments can engage with one another.
  • the cage segment can have exactly one pocket. This has the advantage that the cage segment is mechanically extremely stable.
  • the connecting webs may each have on their pocket side a concave shaped first guide surface for partially encompassing a rolling element in its circumferential direction. Furthermore, the connecting webs may each have on their pocket side a concave shaped second guide surface for partially encompassing a rolling element in its circumferential direction. All connecting webs may be identical on their pocket sides.
  • the circumferential webs may each begin at one of the connecting webs and terminate at one of the connecting webs.
  • the first guide surface and the second guide surface may be on the pocket side of the same connecting web engage around a arranged in the pocket rolling elements in different circumferential ranges and / or in different axial regions.
  • first projections for supporting the cage segment may be formed on an inner rolling element raceway of the tapered roller bearing and / or second projections for supporting the cage segment on an outer rolling body raceway of the tapered roller bearing. Additionally or alternatively, the cage segment may be guided by rolling bodies.
  • the cage segment may be configured such that a first region, within which the first projections extend between the two circumferential webs, and a second region, within which the second projections extend between the two circumferential webs, do not overlap one another.
  • the invention further relates to a tapered roller bearing for rotatably supporting a first machine part relative to a second machine part.
  • the tapered roller bearing according to the invention has conical rolling elements, each with a rotation axis and cage segments, each receiving at least one rolling element and each having a first circumferential end and a second circumferential end, on.
  • the axes of rotation of all rolling elements are arranged on a common conical surface.
  • the cage segments each have, in the region of the first circumferential end, a first positioning aid designed as an elevation and, in the region of the second circumferential end, a second positioning aid designed as a recess.
  • Recesses of adjacent cage segments interlock.
  • the elevations and the recesses may be complementary to each other.
  • the cage segments may be arranged adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction of the tapered roller bearing.
  • the tapered roller bearing may be formed so that adjacent cage segments touch at least temporarily.
  • the mean clear distance between the first circumferential end of the first cage segment and the second circumferential end of the last cage segment outside the positioning aids may be at least 0.15% and at most 1% of the pitch circle circumference be.
  • the mean clear distance can be defined in particular by arithmetic averaging.
  • the pitch circle may be defined so that it intersects the axes of rotation of the rolling elements in each case in the axial center of the rolling bodies.
  • Each cage segment can contain exactly one rolling element.
  • the cage segments may be guided by rolling bodies. It can be provided that the cage segments are not mechanically connected to each other.
  • the tapered roller bearing can serve in particular the rotatable mounting of a rotor shaft of a wind turbine.
  • the invention relates to a method for mounting a tapered roller bearing.
  • a plurality of cage segments each having a first positioning aid and a respective second positioning aid are positioned adjacent to one another in the circumferential direction of the tapered roller bearing in such a way that from the interaction of the first positioning aid and the second positioning aid of adjacent cage segments a positionally correct arrangement of these cage segments relative to one another can be recognized.
  • the cage segments can each be equipped with at least one rolling element prior to positioning in the tapered roller bearing. In this way, the mechanical stress on the cage segments can be kept low during assembly.
  • the equipped with the rolling elements cage segments can be arranged side by side on the inner rolling element track. In particular, the cage segments can be mounted individually and successively.

  • Figure 1 shows an embodiment of an inventively designed tapered roller bearing in a perspective view.
  • the tapered roller bearing has an inner ring 1 with a starting board 2 and a conical inner WälzSystemlaufbahn 3.
  • the inner rolling-element raceway 3 is covered by the in-flight board 2.
  • the rolling elements 6 rotate about their axes of rotation, not shown figuratively, with respect to.
  • the rolling elements 6 are rotationally symmetrical.
  • the rolling elements 6 run axially relative to their axes of rotation at the inrun 2.
  • the tapered roller bearing also has a plurality of cage segments 7, each containing a rolling element 6 in the illustrated embodiment.
  • a cage segment 7 is provided for each rolling element 6, so that the individual cage segments 7 each follow one another directly in the circumferential direction of the tapered roller bearing and each contain a rolling element 6.
  • adjacent cage segments 7 each touch each other.
  • the cage segments 7 may also be formed so that they each contain a plurality of rolling elements 6.
  • the cage segments 7 are guided by rolling elements, ie they are based on the rolling elements 6. In most operating situations of the tapered roller bearing, the cage segments 7 are even exclusively dzSystemonne, ie there is no contact between the cage segments 7 and the inner WälzSystemlaufbahnen 3 or the outer WälzSystemlaufbahnen 5 or other components of the inner ring 1 or the outer ring 4. Details on training the cage segments 7 are explained with reference to Figures 2, 3, 4 and 5.

  • the shaft may in particular be a rotor shaft of a wind turbine.
  • a housing 9 may be arranged, which receives the outer ring 4.
  • the housing may in particular be part of a rotor bearing of a wind turbine.
  • FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the cage segment 7 in a perspective view.
  • FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 show the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 2, in each case in a sectional view, with respect to different sectional planes.
  • the representation is selected in each case in FIGS. 2 to 4 such that the inner rolling body raceway 3 would run below the cage segment 7 and the outer rolling body raceway 5 above the cage segment 7 if the cage segment 7 were installed in the tapered roller bearing in the illustrated state.
  • the cage segment 7 has two spaced apart and mutually parallel circumferential webs 10, which extend in the installed state of the cage segment 7 in the circumferential direction of the tapered roller bearing. Furthermore, the cage segment 7 has two mutually spaced connecting webs 11 which enclose a non-zero angle with each other and connect the two peripheral webs 10 together. In this way, a pocket 12 is formed for receiving a rolling element 6. Due to the non-parallel course of the connecting webs 11, the two peripheral webs 10 have a different length and the pocket 12 has the shape of an isosceles trapezium. As the length of the circumferential webs 10, the outer dimension of the circumferential webs 10 is viewed from a first circumferential end 13 to a second circumferential end 14 of the cage segment 7.
  • first circumferential end 13 and the second circumferential end 14 of the circumferential webs 10 are each not oriented parallel to one another, in each case the arithmetic mean value of the outer dimension can be used.
  • the peripheral ridge 10 shown in the foreground is longer than the circumferential ridge 10 shown in the background.
  • the sides of the circumferential webs 10 and the connecting webs 11 which bound the pocket 12 are also referred to below as pocket sides.
  • the opposite sides of the circumferential webs 10 and connecting webs 11 to the pocket sides are also referred to below as environmental sides, as far as they do not delimit a further pocket 12.
