Claims (18)

  1. Lichtmodul für eine Beleuchtungs- und/oder Signalsvorrichtung mit einem Kühler (4), einem Reflektor (1) und einer Lichtquelle (6), wobei der Kühler (4) einen Kühlerkörper (10) und eine tragende Wand (9) aufweist, und
    wobei der Reflektor (1) mit einem Sitz (3) zum Befestigen des Kühlerkörpers (10) an dem Reflektor versehen ist, wobei der Sitz eine Aufnahmefläche (7) und eine Referenzwand (8) aufweist, von der sich mindestens ein Teil im wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Aufnahmefläche erstreckt, wobei die Tragende Wand (9) des Kühler (4) an einem Ende des Kühlerkörpers (10) vorgesehen ist, wobei mindestens ein Teil der tragenden Wand (9) sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer Außenfläche des Kühlerkörpers erstreckt, wobei die tragende Wand (9) an der Referenzwand (8) des Sitzes (3) durch Befestigungsmittel (19, 20, 21; 27, 28) (1) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die tragende Wand (9) durch eine Zunge (22) verlängert ist, die in Anlage gegen eine geneigte Fläche (23) der Referenzwand (8) des Sitzes (3) gehalten wird.
  2. Leichtmodul nach dem vorherliegenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die tragende Wand (9) und/oder die Zunge (22) sich verformen können, wenn die Zunge (22) beim Zusammenbau des Moduls gegen die geneigte Fläche (23) der Referenzwand (8) drückt.
  3. Leichtmodul nach dem vorherliegenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steifigkeit des Sitzes (3) größer ist als die Steifigkeit des Kühlerkörpers (10).
  4. Lichtmodul nach dem vorherliegenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (3) mindestens ein Versteifungsmittel (29) und/oder der Kühlerkörper (10) mindestens ein Erweichungsmittel (30) aufweist.
  5. Lichtmodul nach einem der vorherliegenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannte geneigte Fläche (23) der genannten tragenden Wand (9) des genannten Sitzes (3) durch einen Abschnitt verlängert ist, der sich im wesentlichen parallel zu dessen Aufnahmefläche (7) erstreckt.
  6. Lichtmodul nach einem der vorherliegenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (22) durch zwei parallele Schlitze (25) in einen mittleren Abschnitt (22') und zwei seitliche Abschnitte (22") unterteilt ist.
  7. Lichtmodul nach dem vorherliegenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Teil (22') der Zunge eine geringere Neigung als die seitlichen Teile (22") aufweist.
  8. Lichtmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mittlere Teil (22') der Zunge (22) eine geringere Breite als die der seitlichen Teile (22") aufweist.
  9. Lichtmodul nach einem der vorherliegenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel ein in der Referenzwand (8) des Sitzes (3) vorgesehenes Befestigungsloch (19), ein in der tragenden wand (9) vorgesehenes Befestigungsloch (20), das insbesondere auf das in der Referenzwand vorgesehene Loch ausgerichtet ist, und ein Befestigungselement (21) umfassen, das die beiden Löcher durchquert, um den Kühler (4) am Sitz (3) des Reflektors (1) zu befestigen.
  10. Lichtmodul nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das in der Referenzwand (9) vorgesehene Befestigungsloch (19) in der Mitte einer daraus ausgeschnittenen Lasche (26) angeordnet ist.
  11. Lichtmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel eine Zunge (27) umfassen, die an der tragenden Wand (9) vorgesehen ist, sich insbesondere im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dieser erstreckt und in ein schlitzförmiges Befestigungsloch (28) eingeführt ist, das in der Referenzwand (8) des Sitzes (3) vorgesehen ist, und dass die Befestigung durch permanente Verformung der Zunge (27) erhalten wird.
  12. Lichtmodul nach einem der vorherliegenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lichtquelle (6) am Kühlerkörper (10) über einen am Kühlerkörper (10) befestigten Träger (5) montiert ist.
  13. Lichtmodul nach einem der vorherliegenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lichtquelle (6) mindestens eine Leuchtdiode aufweist und daß der Träger (5) eine gedruckte Schaltung ist, die an der Außenfläche des Kühlerkörpers befestigt ist.
  14. Lichtmodul nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmefläche (7) des Sitzes (3) eine zentrale Nut (17) aufweist, die einen vorderen Teil der gedruckten Schaltung (5) aufnimmt.
  15. Lichtmodul nach einem der Ansprüche 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gedruckte Schaltung (5) an einer Vorderkante mindestens eine, insbesondere zwei Aussparungen (12) aufweist, die mit mindestens einem, insbesondere zwei Referenzvorsprüngen (13) zusammenwirken, die an dem Sitz (3) vorgesehen sind.
  16. Beleuchtungs- und/oder Signalsvorrichtung mit einem Lichtmodul nach einem der vorherliegenden Ansprüche.
  17. Verfahren zum Zusammenbau eines Lichtmoduls nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, umfassend die folgenden Phasen:
    - Anordnen des Kühlerkörpers (10), auf dem die Lichtquelle (6) montiert ist, auf dem Sitz (3) des Reflektors (1) durch Verschieben in Richtung auf die genannte Referenzwand (8) des genannten Sitzes (3) des Reflektors, bis die Zunge (22) der tragenden Wand (9) des Kühlers (4) mit der geneigten Fläche (23) der Referenzwand (8) des genannten Sitzes (3) in Kontakt kommt;
    - Positionierung der Mittel zur Befestigung des Kühlers (4) auf dem Reflektor (1);
    - Betätigen eines Befestigungselements (21; 27), um die tragende Wand (9) des Kühlers (4) näher an die Referenzwand (8) des Reflektors (1) zu bringen;
    - weiteres Betätigen des Befestigungselements (21; 27), so dass die geneigte Fläche (23) der Referenzwand (8) des Sitzes (3) eine Kraft auf die Zunge (22) der tragenden Wand (9) ausübt, so dass die Zunge nach hinten verformt wird, wodurch die Außenfläche des Kühlerkörpers (10) gegen die Aufnahmefläche (7) des Sitzes (3) gedrückt wird.
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zunge (22) der tragenden Wand aus drei Teilen besteht, von denen ein mittlerer Teil (22') zuerst gegen die genannte geneigte Fläche (23) der Referenzwand (8) zur Anlage kommt, um eine Position zur Vorpositionierung des Kühlerkörpers (10) auf dem Sitz (3) des Reflektors (1) zu erreichen.
