Even when the turning barrel 20 slides on the decoration frame 30 to thereby turn with respect to the decoration frame 30, at least one of surfaces opposed to each other of the pedestal leg sections 60a1-2L and 60a1-2R comes into contact with the predetermined part of the attaching section 33a. Therefore, the fixing section 60a can hold the fixed position of the decoration frame 30.

  • the thermal radiation fins 11 radiates heat emitted by a light source mounted face down on the board 12 located under the thermal radiation fins 11.
  • the thermal radiation fins 11 include holes at both ends of the diameter of a substantially circular circumference of a flat placing surface.
  • An electric cable (not shown in the figure) for supplying electric power to the light source mounted on the board 12 is laid upward in the thermal radiation fins 11.
  • the board 12 includes a control circuit (not shown in the figure) configured to supply electric power to a plurality of LEDs via the electric cable and control light emission of the LEDs.
  • the board 12 includes cutout sections at both ends of the diameter of a substantially circular circumference.

  • the board 12 is housed in the lens base 13 from above.
  • the color rendering filter 14 is attached to the lens base 13 from below. Groove sections for attaching the color rendering filter 14 are provided on the inner circumference of the lens base 13.
  • the groove sections include concave sections on the inner circumference of the lens base 13 and guide grooves for guiding below-mentioned projecting sections of the color rendering filter 14 from the lower end of the lens base 13 to the concave sections.
  • the lens base 13 includes bending sections at both ends of the diameter of a substantially cylindrical main body.
  • the bending sections are concave sections on the outer circumference of the lens base 13 and are convex sections on the inner circumference of the lens base 13.
  • the cutout sections of the board 12 are aligned with the convex sections of the lens base 13.
  • the color rendering filter 14 When the color rendering filter 14 transmits lights emitted by the LEDs arranged on the board 12, the color rendering filter 14 adds a color to the lights.
  • the color rendering filter 14 includes, at both ends of the diameter of a substantially circular circumference, projecting sections for attaching the color rendering filter 14 to the lens base 13. The projecting sections are inserted from the guide grooves. After the projecting sections reaches the concave sections, the color rendering filter 14 is rotated a predetermined angle to be attached to the lens base 13. Various members replacing the color rendering filter 14 may be attached in the same manner as the color rendering filter 14.
  • the lens frame 15 houses the lens base 13 in which the board 12 is housed and to which the color rendering filter 14 is attached.
  • the lens frame 15 includes, at both ends of the diameter of a substantially circular circumference, convex sections projecting to the inner circumference.
  • the convex sections of the lens frame 15 include screw holes.
  • the thermal radiation fins 11 are attached to the lens frame 15 from above in a state in which the lens base 13 in which the board 12 is housed and to which the color rendering filter 14 is attached is housed in the lens frame 15.
  • the concave sections of the lens base 13 are aligned with the convex sections of the lens frame 15.
  • the attachment of the thermal radiation fins 11 to the lens frame 15 is performed by, after aligning the holes of the thermal radiation fins 11 and the screw holes of the lens frame 15, screwing screws inserted through the holes of the thermal radiation fins 11 into the screw holes of the lens frame 15.
  • the attachment of the thermal radiation fins 11 to the lens frame 15 is not limited to the screwing and may be pinning.
  • the lens frame 15 includes turning shaft ports 15a and 15b.
  • the lens frame 15 includes a turning shaft hole that pierces through the turning shaft ports 15a and 15b along line I-I shown in FIG. 5 .
  • the lens frame 15 is housed in the turning barrel 20 from above.
  • the tuning barrel 20 includes turning shaft ports 23a and 23b. After the lens frame 15 is housed in the turning barrel 20 and line I-I of the lens frame 15 and line II-II of the turning barrel 20 are aligned, a screw or a pin is inserted through the turning shaft ports 23a and 23b to fix the turning barrel 20. In this way, the body 10 including the lens frame 15 is fixed to the turning barrel 20. Alternatively, the turning barrel 20 is annularly attached to the body 10.
  • the body 10 is capable of turning with respect to the turning barrel 20 around a turning center line serving as a center axis in turning line II-II (or line I-I).
  • the turning center line which is the center axis in turning the turning barrel 20 on the inner circumference of the decoration frame 30, and line II-II (or line I-I), which is the turning center line serving as the center axis in turning the body 10 with respect to the turning barrel 20 are in a torsional positional relation in a space.
  • the turning barrel 20 includes the projecting section 21 on the circumference at the upper end. As explained above, the projecting section 21 of the turning barrel 20 comes into contact with the contact section 40a of the turning regulating section 40 attached to the decoration frame 30 to thereby regulate the turning barrel 20 from turning with respect to the decoration frame 30 exceeding a predetermined turning angle.
  • FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the lighting system according to the embodiment.
  • FIG. 6 shows an initial state of a fixed state in which, in the lighting system 1, the body 10 is attached to the decoration frame 30 and the body 10 is fixed to the decoration frame 30 by the fixing sections 60a to 60c.
  • the cap sections 60a3 to 60c3 are respectively fit to bending distal end portions of the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 of the fixing sections 60a to 60c.
  • initial state of the lighting system 1 in which the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 are in the state shown in FIG. 6 is referred to as initial state.
  • the distal end portions, to which the cap sections 60a3 to 60c3 are attached, of the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 of the fixing sections 60a to 60c are bent to below the flange 31 of the decoration frame 30. Therefore, the decoration frame 30 is prevented from directly coming into contact with an arrangement surface by the distal end portions of the cap sections 60a3 to 60c3 functioning as legs.
  • the lower surface of the decoration frame 30 is a section exposed to the outside when the lighting system 1 is attached to the ceiling.
  • the fixing sections 60a to 60c including the cap sections 60a3 to 60c3 are sections hidden in the ceiling without being exposed to the outside when the lighting system 1 is attached to the ceiling.
  • the decoration frame 30 does not directly come into contact with the arrangement surface as shown in FIG. 6 , for example, before work for attaching the lighting system 1 to the ceiling surface is started, it is possible to prevent the decoration frame 30 from being scratched or damaged by contact of a surface on which the lighting system 1 is provisionally placed.

  • the lighting system 1 is inserted in an embedding hole of the ceiling plate 100 in a state in which the fixing sections 60a to 60c are lifted to a position where the fixing sections 60a to 60c are substantially parallel to the circumferential sidewall 32 of the decoration frame 30.
  • the lighting system 1 is pushed up until the flange 31 comes into contact with the ceiling.
  • the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 are not pressed by an external force, the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 change to a state shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 .
  • the ceiling plate 100 is sandwiched between the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 and the flange 31. Consequently, the lighting system 1 is embedded and set in the ceiling plate 100.
  • the spring sections 60a2 to 60c2 of the fixing sections 60a to 60c equally arranged on the circumferential sidewall 32 of the decoration frame 30 of the lighting system 1 are the torsion springs.
  • the spring sections 60a2 to 60c2 are not limited to this and may be leaf springs.
  • the fixing sections are the three fixing sections 60a to 60c.
  • the fixing sections are not limited to this and may be provided at substantially equal intervals in two place or four or more places of the decoration frame 30.
  • the pressing plate sections provided in, for example, the fixing section 60a are the two pressing plate sections 60a1-1L and 60a1-1R.
  • the pressing plate sections are not limited to this.
  • the pressing plate sections extending from the pedestal surface 60a1-1 may be one or three or more pressing plate sections.
  • the fixing sections 60a to 60c are arranged at substantially equal intervals on the circumferential sidewall 32 of the decoration frame 30.
  • the fixing sections 60a to 60c include, in the pedestal sections 60a1 to 60c1 configured to support the spring sections 60a2 to 60c2, the pressing plate sections 60a1-1L, 60a1-1R to 60c1-1L, and 60c1-1R configured to press the turning barrel 20 of the body 10 not come off the decoration frame 30. Consequently, in the lighting system 1, it is possible to press, with an equal force, the turning barrel 20 fit in the decoration frame 30 and stabilize turning of the body 10 along the inner circumference of the decoration frame 30. Further, in the lighting system 1, it is possible to press the turning barrel 20 of the body 10 not to come off the decoration frame 30 without increasing the number of components.
  • the screw 60a4 is arranged between the two coil springs 60a2-1L and 60a2-1R.
  • the fixing section 60a is fixed to the decoration frame 30 by the screw 60a4. Consequently, in the lighting system 1, it is possible to attach each of the fixing sections 60a to 60c to the decoration frame 30 in a small space using one screw.
  • Such a configuration can be applied to each of the fixing sections 60a to 60c equally arranged on the circumferential sidewall 32 of the decoration frame 30 of the lighting system 1. Therefore, even in the lighting system 1 having a large size, it is possible to attach the fixing sections 60a to 60c to the decoration frame 30 in a small space using one screw.
  • the distal ends of the arm sections 60a2-2 to 60c2-2 of the fixing sections 60a to 60c do not come into contact with the decoration frame 30. Therefore, in the lighting system 1, in the initial state, the decoration frame 30 is not scratched by the cap sections 60a3 to 60c3 provided for protection of the fingers of an operator in the attachment work. It is possible to protect the lighting system 1.
