Claims (10)

  1. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles comprenant :
    une imprimante en mesure d'imprimer au moins une étiquette (3) individuellement, faisant partie d'un ruban ou d'une bande (2);
    - un actionneur pour animer le ruban ou la bande (2) d'étiquettes avec au moins la première étiquette (3) imprimée vers un dispositif de coupe (7) de ladite étiquette (3) ;
    - un dispositif de coupe (7) de ladite étiquette (3) pour rendre ladite étiquette (3) autonome par rapport à la bande (2) ou au ruban duquel elle fait partie ;
    - un dispositif de déplacement (11) qui déplace un élément d'association et d'animation (10) en mesure de s'associer avec un assemblage (5), ledit assemblage (5) étant une partie fixe de l'étiquette (2) et un dispositif de déplacement (11) étant en mesure de transférer ladite étiquette (3) sans mouvement relatif appréciable par rapport à l'élément d'animation (10) même, vers un dispositif d'union (12) pour l'association de ladite étiquette au tube marque-câbles (6);
    - un dispositif d'union (12) pour l'association de ladite étiquette au tube marque-câbles (6), lequel dispositif d'union (12), comprend un dispositif de coupe du tube marque-câbles (6), de mesure correspondante à la longueur de l'étiquette (3) à laquelle elle est associée; ledit morceau étant transféré du dispositif de déplacement (11) vers un dispositif d'ablation (16) de l'étiquette (3) du ruban ou de la bande de support (4);
    - un dispositif d'ablation (16) du ruban ou de la bande de support (4) de l'étiquette (3); et par la suite traité par un dispositif de préparation (17);
    - un dispositif de préparation (17) du morceau de tube marque-câbles (6) avec une étiquette (3) imprimée pour être enfilé de la partie terminale d'extrémité d'un câble électrique; et enfin
    - un dispositif pour l'insertion (18) dans le morceau de tube marque-câbles (6), auquel est déjà associée l'étiquette (3) imprimée, de la partie terminale d'extrémité d'un câble dans le col élastique du tube marque-câbles (6),
    caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif (7) de coupe comprend un dispositif de coupe frontale, ce dispositif de coupe frontale (9) étant pourvu d'éléments de coupe pour la coupe de l'étiquette (3) dans la partie de tête ou frontale et un dispositif de coupe latérale (8) pour rendre l'étiquette (3) indépendante par rapport au ruban ou à la bande de laquelle elle fait partie.
  2. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que ledit dispositif de coupe (7) de ladite étiquette (3) sur le coté de tête ou frontal (9), présente des éléments de coupe réglables pour la coupe des étiquettes (3) à la longueur désirée.
  3. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que ledit dispositif de coupe (7) de ladite étiquette (3) sur le coté de tête ou frontal (9), présente des éléments de coupe qui réalisent une coupe avec une contracture (14) sur le coté de tête ou frontal (9).
  4. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que ledit actionneur pour animer le ruban ou la bande (2) fait partie de l'imprimante d'étiquettes.
  5. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que ledit élément d'animation (10), porté par le dispositif de déplacement (11), s'associe audit assemblage (5) solidement uni à l'étiquette (3), étant ledit assemblage (5) disposé sur le ruban de support (4) latéral à l'étiquette (3).
  6. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 ou 5 caractérisée par le fait que ledit élément d'animation (10) s'insère précisément en entrant au travers dudit assemblage (5) défini tel un trou constitué d'un trou passant avec une configuration triangulaire ou polygonale.
  7. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que ledit élément d'animation (10), porté du dispositif de déplacement (11), transfère l'étiquette (3) rendue autonome et unique par rapport à la bande (2), d'abord vers le dispositif d'union (12), et ensuite vers le dispositif d'ablation (16).
  8. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que ledit dispositif d'union (12) présente un dispositif de coupe du tube marque-câbles (6) qui se règle continuellement en s'adaptant à la longueur de l'étiquette (3).
  9. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que l'imprimante d'étiquettes fourni à l'imprimante une nouvelle étiquette (3) seulement après l'association correcte du morceau de tube marque-câbles (6) à l'extrémité finale du câble électrique et/ou seulement après l'association correcte d'une étiquette précédente (3) imprimée sur le tube marque-câbles (6).
  10. Machine pour l'étiquetage de tubes marque-câbles selon la revendication 1 caractérisée par le fait que la succession des opérations de coupe frontale (9) et de coupe latérale (8) et éventuellement d'association de l'élément d'animation (10) à l'assemblage respectif (5) sont simultanées.
