Claims (10)

  1. Spannvorrichtung eines Werkstücks auf einem Werkzeug, umfassend einen Zylinder (3) und einen Flansch (2), wobei der Zylinder (3) von einem Fluid unter Druck selektiv betätigt wird und selbst einen Körper (1) umfasst, der im Betrieb an dem Werkzeug befestigt ist und ein Gleitstück (32), das im Verhältnis zum Körper (1) gleitend montiert ist, wobei der Flansch (2) um eine Schwenkachse (A) auf dem Gleitstück (32) angelenkt ist, wobei der Körper (1) eine Vorderseite (13) aufweist, über die der Flansch (2) hinausragt, wenn er sich in einer Spannposition befindet, um das Werkstück zu spannen, wobei der Flansch (2) auch eine Löseposition hat, die er mindestens teilweise durch ein Schwenken um die Schwenkachse (A) erreicht, wobei die Vorrichtung Führungsorgane (15, 16) aufweist, die ein im Verhältnis zum Körper (1) festes Führungsorgan (15) und ein bewegliches Führungsorgan (16), das mit dem Flansch (2) verbunden ist, umfassen, die untereinander zusammenwirken, um den Flansch (2) gemäß einer Rotationsbewegung um die Schwenkachse (A) mindestens am Ende der Strecke zur Löseposition und gemäß einer Verlagerungsbewegung mindestens am Ende der Strecke zur Spannposition zu führen, wobei die Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das feste Führungsorgan (15) mindestens eine im Körper (1) ausgehöhlte Rille (150) und das bewegliche Führungsorgan mindestens einen Finger (16), der in die Rille (150) eingreift, aufweist.
  2. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich die Rille (150) gemäß einem Weg erstreckt, von dem ein erster Abschnitt (1501) parallel zur Verlagerungsrichtung des Flanschs (2) und ein zweiter Abschnitt (1502) im Verhältnis zum erster Abschnitt (1501) schräg ausgerichtet ist, wobei sich der Finger (16) im ersten Abschnitt (1501) befindet, wenn der Flansch (2) in der Spannposition oder in der Nähe ist, und im zweiten Abschnitt (1502), wenn der Flansch (2) schwenkend bewegt wird.
  3. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei sich der Finger (16) von der Schwenkachse (A) in Richtung der Verlagerung der Stange (322) von der Spannposition zur Löseposition beabstandet befindet.
  4. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gleitstück (32) einen Kolben (321) und eine Stange (322) aufweist, die durch Montage fest verbunden sind und dass die Schwenkachse (A) in einem vorbestimmten Abstand im Verhältnis zur Achse der Stange (322) in Richtung der Vorderseite (13) versetzt ist.
  5. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Kolben (321) und die Stange (322) durch Schrauben ineinander verbunden sind.
  6. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Körper (1) einen Stopfen (33) aufweist, um eine Kammer des Zylinders (3), die von dem Kolben (321) begrenzt ist, zu verschließen und eine Bohrung (31) des Körpers (1), in welcher der Kolben (321) gleitet.
  7. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie obere Stützelemente (4) aufweist, wobei die oberen Stützelemente (4) ein festes oberes Stützelement (41), das im Verhältnis zum Körper (1) fest ist, und ein bewegliches oberes Stützelement (42), das mit dem Flansch (2) verbunden ist, umfassen, wobei das feste und bewegliche Stützelement (41, 42) mindestens am Ende des Wegs des Flanschs (2) in Richtung der Spannposition zusammenwirken, um sich gegenseitig parallel zur Verlagerungsrichtung des Flanschs (2) einen gleitenden Kontakt zu gewähren und dem Schwenken des Flanschs (2) in die Löseposition entgegenzuwirken.
  8. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie untere Stützelemente (5) aufweist, die ein festes unteres Stützelement (51), das im Verhältnis zum Körper (1) fest ist, und ein bewegliches unteres Stützelement (52), das mit der Stange (322) verbunden ist, umfassen, wobei das feste und bewegliche Stützelement (51, 52) mindestens am Ende des Wegs des Flanschs (2) in Richtung der Spannposition zusammenwirken, um sich gegenseitig parallel zur Verlagerungsrichtung des Flanschs (2) einen gleitenden Kontakt zu gewähren.
  9. Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Detektionskanal (19) aufweist, der auf dem festen Stützelement (41) ausmündet und bestimmt ist, in Fluidkommunikation mit einer Fluidleckagedetektionsvorrichtung verbunden zu sein.
  10. Montageverfahren einer Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Stange (322) auf dem Körper (1) platziert wird, damit sie in den Körper (1) ausmündet, und der Kolben (321) auf dem ausmündenden Teil der Stange (322) verbunden wird.
