Claims (18)

  1. Wärmeaustauscher mit Platten, umfassend wenigstens eine erste Platte (12) und eine zweite Platte (13), in denen jeweils ein wärmetragendes Fluid zirkulieren kann, wobei die erste Platte (12) und die zweite Platte (13) jeweils mit Öffnungen in zusammen passenden Positionen (17, 18, 21, 22) versehen sind, wobei die erste Platte (12) und die zweite Platte (13) durch wenigstens drei der Öffnungen (17, 18, 21, 22) durch Verbindungsrohre oder Konnektoren (26, 27, 28, 29) hydraulisch miteinander verbunden sind, um den Durchgang eines Stroms des wärmetragenden Fluids von einer Platte zu der anderen zu ermöglichen, wobei in wenigstens einem der Verbindungsrohre oder Konnektoren (26, 27, 28, 29) ein Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement (40) stabil positioniert ist, wobei das Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement (40) wenigstens einen Durchgangsabschnitt (41-44) für das wärmetragende Fluid aufweist, der durch wenigstens eine verformbare Lamelle (42) definiert wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine verformbare Lamelle (42) in ihrer Position veränderbar ist, um entsprechende variable Durchgangsabschnitte für das wärmetragende Fluid zu definieren.
  2. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei der Verbindungsrohre oder Konnektoren (26, 27, 28, 29) T-Form aufweisen.
  3. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß irgendeinem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsrohre oder Konnektoren (26, 27, 28, 29) wenigstens zwei Durchgangssegmente (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b) für das Fluid umfassen, die im Wesentlichen in Kontinuität zueinander angeordnet sind, wobei wenigstens eines von ihnen mit einem der Drosselungs- oder Insertionselemente (40) kooperiert.
  4. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß irgendeinem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement (40) Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) für das wärmetragende Fluid aufweist, die in dem Produktionsschritt des speziellen Austauschers (11) vorgegeben sind.
  5. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in Bezug auf den freien Durchgangsbereich oder Spalt des Verbindungsrohres oder Konnektors (26, 27, 28, 29), in dem das Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement (40) angebracht ist, die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) einen minimalen Durchgangsbereich oder -abschnitt von 8% bis 25% aufweisen.
  6. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in Bezug auf den freien Durchgangsbereich oder Spalt des Verbindungsrohres oder Konnektors (26, 27, 28, 29), in dem das Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement (40) angebracht ist, die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) einen minimalen Durchgangsbereich oder -abschnitt von 10% bis 18% aufweisen.
  7. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß irgendeinem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement (40) voreingestellte Krümmungslinien aufweist, die mit den Durchgangsabschnitten (41-44) verbunden sind.
  8. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß irgendeinem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) in ihrer Grundform Schlitze oder Spalten sind.
  9. Wärmeaustauscher gemäß irgendeinem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) zusätzliche kalibrierte Durchgangsbohrungen (44) sind und dazu dienen, den freien Durchgangsbereich oder Spalt des Verbindungsrohres oder Konnektors (26, 27, 28, 29) zu reduzieren.
  10. Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement, welches in Durchgangssegmenten (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b) von Verbindungsrohren oder Konnektoren (26, 27, 28, 29) installiert werden kann, wobei das Drosselungs- oder Insertionselement einen Körper mit einer Form, die mit der des Durchgangssegments (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b), in welches es eingefügt werden kann, zusammenpasst, periphere stabile Positionierungsmittel (46, 47), die mit der Innenwand des Durchgangssegments (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b) kooperieren, und wenigstens einen Durchgangsabschnitt (41-44), welcher eine Drosselung des Stroms des durchtretenden wärmetragenden Fluids festlegt, umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper wenigstens eine Lamelle (42) umfasst, welche eine Vielzahl an stabilen Positionen (42a, 42b) ergibt und definiert, welche jeweils eine unterschiedliche Durchgangsbedingung für das wärmetragende Fluid definieren.
  11. Element gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine oder mehr voreingestellte Krümmungslinien umfasst, welche die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) definieren.
  12. Element gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsabschnitte durch Schlitze (41) oder zusätzliche Löcher (44) definiert werden und vorgesehen sind, um den freien Durchgangsbereich oder Spalt des Verbindungsrohres oder Konnektors (26, 27, 28, 29) zu reduzieren.
  13. Element gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stabilen peripheren Positionierungsmittel eine umlaufende Verankerungskante (46) umfassen.
  14. Element gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die stabilen peripheren Positionierungsmittel radiale Verankerungserweiterungen (47) umfassen, welche von dem Körper ausgehen.
  15. Element gemäß Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radialen Erweiterungen (47) geformte Verankerungsenden umfassen.
  16. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Drosselungs- oder Insertionselements, welches in Durchgangssegmenten (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b) eines Verbindungsrohres oder Konnektors (26, 27, 28, 29) positioniert werden kann, wobei das Verfahren in dem Konstruktionsschritt das Definieren eines gewünschten Durchgangsabschnitts (41-44) des Drosselungs- oder Insertionselements (40), welcher einem gewünschten Zustand der Drosselung des Stroms eines durchtretenden wärmetragenden Fluids entspricht, bereitstellt, wobei die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) durch Ausbilden von Schlitzen oder Löchern einer gewünschten Größe an einem Körper mit einer Form, die im Wesentlichen mit der des Durchgangssegments (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b), in dem sich das Drosselungs- oder Insertionssegment befindet, zusammenpasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es einen Modifizierungsschritt der Größe der Schlitze oder Löcher bereitstellt, um die Durchgangsbedingung für den Strom des wärmetragenden Fluids zu modifizieren, indem direkt auf verformbare Teile des Drosselungs- oder Insertionselements (40) eingewirkt wird, wobei der Modifizierungsschritt ausgeführt wird, indem auf wenigstens eine verformbare Lamelle (42) eingewirkt wird, und eine Vielzahl von Positionen vorliegen, die jeweils einer unterschiedlichen Durchgangsbedingung für das wärmetragende Fluid entsprechen.
  17. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Modifizierungsschritt an dem Insertionselement (40) durchgeführt wird, welches bereits stabil innerhalb eines entsprechenden Durchgangssegments (32a, 32b, 35a, 35b) angeordnet ist.
  18. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchgangsabschnitte (41-44) so dimensioniert sind, dass, zumindest während des Konstruktionsschritts, ein Durchgangszustand des wärmetragenden Fluids von wenigstens 5%, vorteilhafterweise von 5% bis 20%, des durchtretenden Stroms erhalten wird.
