Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von jeweils mindestens ein organisches Lösungsmittel enthaltenden Stoffgemischen (S) auf eine Materialbahn (M) mittels einer Anzahl von Bearbeitungsköpfen (1), denen Trocknereinrichtungen (2) zur Trocknung des Stoffgemisches (S) durch Aufblasen eines Trocknungsgasstromes (2.3) und Absaugen des mit Anteilen des Lösungsmittels beladenen Trocknungsgasstromes (2.3) als ein Abgasstrom (5) zugeordnet sind. Der Abgasstrom (5) wird über ansteuerbare Reglerelemente (7) einer integrierten katalytischen Oxidationseinheit (8) zur thermischen Umsetzung des Lösungsmittels eines zweiten Abgasstromanteils (5.2) zugeführt. Mittels einer Steuerungseinheit (12) sind die Reglerelemente (7) einzeln ansteuerbar, wobei die Steuerungseinheit (12) so konfiguriert ist, dass eine Ansteuerung der Reglerelemente (7) zur Einstellung einer konstanten Konzentration des mindestens einen Lösungsmittels als Arbeitskonzentration anhand eines Vergleichs der Werte der Lösungsmittelkonzentration mit einem Wertebereich einer gewünschten Arbeitskonzentration des zweiten Abgasstromanteils (5.2) erfolgt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Verfahren zur Einstellung einer konstanten Arbeitskonzentration.
