Aber auch eine Anbringung des Mitnehmers an einer in Richtung der Schwenkachse des Möbelteils weisenden Seite des Möbelteils wäre möglich. Der leicht bogenförmige Verlauf des Mitnehmers müsste dann entsprechend berücksichtigt werden (die momentane Öffnungsrichtung bzw. Schließrichtung wäre jeweils die Tangente an diesen bogenförmigen Verlauf). Claims (15)

  1. Closing device for a movably mounted furniture part (4) which, proceeding from a closed position in which a contact face of the movable furniture part (4) abuts against a body part (2), is openable in an opening direction (5) into an open position, and is closable in a closing direction (6), which is opposite to the opening direction (5), from the open position into the closed position, having a carrier (8) which is connectable to the movable furniture part (4) or to the body part (2) and having a closing lever (15) which is acted upon by a closing spring (17) and comprises a guide track (18) for the carrier (8) and is pivotable by the carrier (8) when the movable furniture part (4) is being opened between a hold-closed position, which the closing lever (15) assumes in the closed position of the movable furniture part (4) and in which the carrier (8) is situated in a closed position in the guide track (18), and a standby position, in which the carrier (8) uncouples from the closing lever (15), about a pivot axis (16) which is stationary in relation to the body part (2) when the carrier (8) is connected to the movable furniture part (4), or in relation to the movable furniture part (4) when the carrier (8) is connected to the body part (2), wherein upon closing the movable furniture part (4), a closing force (FZ) is exertable by the closing lever (15) on the carrier (8) from a start-of-operation position assumed by the carrier (8) in the guide track (18), characterised in that the distance (a) between the carrier (8) in its start-of operation position and the pivot axis (16) of the closing lever (15) is at least 1.5 times, preferably at least 2 times, as great as the distance (a) between the carrier (8) in its closed position and the pivot axis (16) of the closing lever (15).
  2. Closing device according to claim 1, characterised in that when the closing lever (15) is pivoted from its hold-closed position into its standby position, a dead point of the closing spring (17) is overcome at a dead point position of the closing lever (15).
  3. Closing device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the closing force (FZ) exerted by the closing lever (15) on the carrier (8) acts on the carrier (8) via a closing lever arm (ZH), the closing lever arm (ZH) in the start-of-operation position of the carrier (8) being at least 1.5 times as great, preferably at least 2 times as great, as in the closed position of the carrier (8).
  4. Closing device according to claim 3, characterised in that the closing lever arm (ZH) reduces continually from the start-of-operation position of the carrier (8) up to the closed position of the carrier (8) or reduces continually up to a minimum and after running through said minimum increases again by a maximum of 30%, preferably by a maximum of 15%, in relation to the value present at the minimum.
  5. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that in the closed position of the carrier (8), the angle (α) between the closing force exerted by the closing lever (15) on the carrier (8) and the closing direction (6) is less than 45°, preferably less than 40°.
  6. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the guide track (18) of the closing lever (15) comprises a curved development, wherein with reference to the position of the closing lever (15) which the latter has in the start-of-operation position of the carrier (8), the guide track (18) extends over a first part portion, which adjoins a start (19) of the guide track (18) where the carrier (8) runs into the guide track (18) upon closing the movable furniture part (4), in a direction (RF), which, with the closing direction (6), encloses an angle (ε) which is greater than the angle (Φ) which a direction (RS), which points from the centre of the carrier (8) situated in the start-of-operation position to the pivot axis (16), encloses with the closing direction (6), and extends over a second part portion, which adjoins the first part portion, in a direction (RF) which, with the closing direction (6), encloses an angle (ε) which is smaller than the angle (Φ) which the direction (RS), which in the start-of-operation position of the carrier (8) points from the centre of the carrier (8) to the pivot axis (16), encloses with the closing direction (6).
  7. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the angle (α) which the closing force (FZ) encloses with the closing direction (6) increases at least over part of the pivoting of the closing lever (15) from the start-of-operation position of the carrier (8) up to the closed position of the carrier (8).
  8. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the tension which the closing spring (17) exhibits in the closed position of the carrier (8) compared to its non-tensioned state, is greater than the difference between the tension of the closing spring (17) which the latter exhibits in the start-of-operation position of the carrier (8), and the tension of the closing spring (17) which the latter exhibits in the closed position of the carrier (8).
  9. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the closing spring (17) is a tension spring.
  10. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the closing lever (15) is pivotably mounted on a support unit (9) which is fastenable on the body part (2) or on the movable furniture part (4).
  11. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the pivoting of the closing lever (15) from the standby position into the hold-closed position is damped by at least one damper (21, 22).
  12. Closing device according to claim 11, characterised in that the damper (21, 22) or a respective one of the dampers (21, 22) is formed by a piston-cylinder unit which is connected at one end to a push rod (23) which is pivotably connected to the closing lever (15), at the other end to the support unit (9).
  13. Closing device according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterised in that the closing lever (15) comprises a self-heal arm (31) which interacts with a self-heal journal (32), wherein the self-heal journal (32), in the event of the movable furniture part (4) closing against the closing lever (15), which is situated in an end position which lies at an end of the pivotability of the closing lever (15) opposite the standby position, the self-heal journal (32) is guided by an inclined face over the self-heal arm (31) and latches in behind the latter and upon the subsequent opening of the movable furniture part (4) pivots the closing lever (15) into its standby position in which the self-heal journal (32) uncouples from the self-heal arm.
  14. Item of furniture having at least one movably mounted furniture part (4) which, proceeding from a closed position in which a contact face of the movable furniture part (4) abuts against a body part (2), is openable in an opening direction (5) into an open position and is closable from the open position into the closed position in a closing direction (6) which is opposite the opening direction (5), characterised in that the item of furniture, for its movable furniture part (4) or for at least one of its movable furniture parts (4), is provided with a closing device according to one of claims 1 to 13.
  15. Item of furniture according to claim 14, characterised in that the movable furniture part (4) or the at least one movable furniture part (4) for which the item of furniture is provided with the closing device is sealed by a seal (20) in relation to the body part (2) in its closed position.
