Claims (16)

  1. A retaining element, in particular for a cabinet lid, designed as a four-joint-linkage in the form of an eccentric sliding crank drive, comprising
    an arm (1) as a slider link of the sliding crank drive and adapted to be pivotally connected to a cabinet housing (27) about a first arm axis (5) of a first joint (6) between an open position and a closing position and adapted to be pivotally connected to the lid,
    a lever (2) as a crank of the sliding crank drive and adapted to the pivotally connected to cabinet housing (27) about a first lever axis (7) of a second joint (8),
    a slider element as a slider (3) of the sliding crank drive and adapted to be guided slidably along a slider axis (12) on the arm (1) wherein lever (2) is pivotally connected to slider element (3) about a second lever axis (9) and wherein the slider axis (12) intersects the first arm axis (5) at a distance, and
    a force element (14) which is supported against the arm (1) and against the slider element (3) and acts upon these with a force.
  2. The retaining element according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that adjusting means (16) are provided by means of which the position of at least one of the joints (6, 8) is adjustable.
  3. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 or 2,
    characterized in
    that a support member (16) is provided carrying the first joint (6) and the second joint (8) and being connectable at least indirectly to the cabinet housing (27).
  4. The retaining element according to Claim 3,
    characterized in
    that the support member (16) comprises a base element (17) and a carriage (18),
    that the base element (17) has a guideway (19) along which the carriage (18) is movable, and
    that one of the joints (6) is disposed on the base element (17) and the other joint (8) is disposed on the carriage (18).
  5. The retaining element according to Claim 4,
    characterized in
    that the first joint (6) is disposed on the base element (17) and the second joint (8) is disposed on the carriage (18).
  6. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 3 to 5,
    characterized in
    that a fastening plate (28) is provided to which the support member (16) is movably connected and which is connectable to cabinet housing (27).
  7. The retaining element according to Claim 6,
    characterized in
    that the support member (16) is connected to a mounting plate (21) slidably arranged along a guideway of the fastening plate (28).
  8. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 7,
    characterized in
    that the slider element (3) is slidably guided on the arm (1) along the slider axis (12).
  9. The retaining element according to Claim 8,
    characterized in
    that the arm (1) has a tube (11) in which the slider element (3) is slidably guided.
  10. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 9,
    characterized in
    that the arm (1) in the open position is retained in this position by the force element (14).
  11. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 10,
    characterized in
    that the arm (1) in the closing position is retained in this position by the force element (14).
  12. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 11,
    characterized in
    that the force element is a gas spring (14).
  13. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 12,
    characterized in
    that the retaining element is designed for a lid (25) which is pivotally connected to the cabinet housing (27) of the cabinet (26); and
    that the arm (1) is adapted to be pivotally and slidably connected to the lid (25) about a second arm axis (32) of a third joint.
  14. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 12,
    characterized in
    that the retaining element is designed for a lid (25) which is not directly connected to the cabinet housing (27) of the cabinet (26),
    that the arm (1) is adapted to be pivotally and slidably connected to the lid (25) about a second arm axis (32) of a third joint,
    that the retaining element has a control arm (30) adapted to be connected to the cabinet body (27) about a first control arm axis (31) of a fourth joint, and
    that the control arm (30) is adapted to be pivotally connected to the lid (25) about a second control arm axis (33) of a fifth joint.
  15. The retaining element according to Claim 14,
    characterized in
    that the retaining element comprises a fastening element (34) to which are pivotally connected the arm (1) about the second arm axis (32) and the control arm (30) about the second control arm axis (33), wherein the fastening element (34) is connectable to the lid (25).
  16. The retaining element according to one of the Claims 1 to 12,
    characterized in
    that the retaining element is designed for a lid (25) in the form of a folding lid having a first lid member (40) and a second lid member (41) wherein the first lid member (40) is pivotally connected to the cabinet housing (27) and the second lid member (41) is pivotally connected to the first lid member (40), and
    that the arm (1) is adapted to be pivotally connected to the second lid member (41) of lid (25) about a second arm axis (32) of a third joint.
