  • the crown-wheel-carrier hub 9 has a number of radial holes 30 to allow the passage of lubricating oil from an area occupied by the worm 4 and by the crown wheel 8 to an area in which the torque limiter 11 is housed.

  • this cartridge 200 can be easily extracted from the gear reducer 1 simply by unscrewing the lid 17 (Fig. 3) and removing this cartridge 200 axially from the cavity according to a sense given by an arrow (Fl) .
  • the fact that the distance (Dl) is greater than the distance (D2) ensures that the cartridge 200 can be extracted from the cavity 100 (according to the arrow (Fl) ; fig. 3) simply by sliding it out, without any interference whatsoever between any portion of the cartridge 200 and the remaining elements of the gear reducer 1.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un réducteur à engrenages (1) comprenant une vis sans fin (4) et un ensemble grande couronne (6), ce dernier comportant une grande couronne (8) qui est couplée à/désaccouplée d'un arbre d'entraînement (10), au moyen d'un limiteur de couple (11) monté sur ce dernier. Le réducteur à engrenages (1) est caractérisé en ce que l'arbre d'entraînement (10) et le limiteur de couple (11) sont logés dans une cartouche (200) pouvant être extraite de/insérée dans une cavité (100) formée dans l'ensemble grande couronne (6), suivant une direction axiale (3) et dans deux sens opposés ((Fl), (F2)), sans qu'il soit nécessaire de démonter la vis sans fin (4).
