Description

The present invention relates to a mounting system for a floor covering, in particular for terraces, with a plurality of slabs which can be placed on a substrate, on which a plurality of panels rests, wherein the slats and the panels are aligned substantially perpendicular to each other with respect to their respective longitudinal direction.

The EP 1 691 002 discloses a laying system for a wall or floor covering, in which a substructure has a plurality of wooden slats, which are aligned with their longitudinal direction perpendicular to plate-shaped covering elements. The covering elements have on their underside recesses, which are used for assembly. For this purpose, strips are fixed to the wooden slats on which upwardly protruding fastening elements are arranged, which engage in the recesses on the underside of the covering elements. In such a mounting system is disadvantageous that the production of the recesses on the underside of the covering elements and the mounting of the fastening elements are relatively complex. In addition, the holding forces of the downwardly open recesses are limited.

In the EP 2 476 819 A1 discloses a support for planks or boards, in which a gripper is inserted into lateral grooves of the planks or boards. The gripper can be fixed to a base, which is bolted to a beam. The gripper can then be fixed to the bolted base for fixing the planks or boards.

The DE 20 2009 007 507 U1 discloses a fixing device for floorboards, which comprises a U-shaped clamp, which consists of a resilient sheet material, in particular of a spring steel sheet, and with spring tongues in longitudinal grooves of a floorboard can be inserted.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a mounting system for a floor covering, which allows easy and fast installation of panels on the bottom side slats.

This object is achieved with a mounting system having the features of claim 1.

According to the invention, the mounting system comprises at least one latchable mounting bracket, by means of which a panel can be fixed to a crossbar. Through the use of mounting brackets these can be easily pushed or swung onto the panels and / or slats to fix the panels to the slats. It is not necessary to fix separate fasteners on the slats or panels, so that a floor covering can be laid quickly.

According to the invention, the mounting bracket comprises two relatively displaceable or pivotable parts. As a result, an assembly by moving or pivoting of the parts can be done with the latching.

For a stable attachment, the mounting bracket has two U-shaped receptacles, each partially embrace a slat. As a result, a panel can also be secured against being raised by grasping the slat and then clamping the panel and the slat together even under tensile load.

Preferably engagement means are provided on the first part of the mounting bracket and engaging means on the second part of the mounting bracket, which can be latched to the latching means. The latching means and the engagement means may allow a movement of the first part and the second part relative to one another only in one direction, so that disassembly or inadvertent loosening of the latching connection is prevented. Often the once assembled mounting brackets are used for years to fix the panels, so that a loosening of the locking connection is prevented. In return, however, it is possible to retighten the locking connection, if this is loose, by allowing the movement in only one direction.

The first part and the second part of the mounting bracket can be slidably held together by linear guide means, for example, a web of the first part can be inserted into corresponding receptacles or openings on the second part.

For a secure attachment, the locking means and the engagement means may be formed by a toothing. In this case, at least one toothing is formed on a bendable spring bar, wherein the bendable spring bar is preferably separated via an arcuate recess of a web of the first part of the mounting bracket. By this arcuate design of the spring bar a high biasing force of the spring bar to the teeth is guaranteed in the manner of a vault, so that high cogging forces are present.

Preferably, at least at one part, two spaced apart teeth are provided, so that the first part can be mounted in different positions relative to the second part. As a result, the mounting bracket can be used, for example, for slats of different widths, since depending on the slat width, a locking of the mounting bracket can be done in different positions.

For a secure fixation of the panels laterally projecting arms are provided on the first and / or on the second part of the mounting bracket, which are insertable into a groove on a lateral longitudinal edge of a panel. As a result, the mounting brackets are barely visible on an upper surface of the floor covering, and the insertion of the arms into the groove has the advantage that the panels can not move either up or to the side.

For ease of assembly, each slat has a groove in which engages a leg of the U-shaped receptacle of a first and / or second part of the mounting bracket. As a result, the batten does not need to be completely gripped by the mounting bracket, but rather, when a leg engages the groove of the batten to secure a panel against lifting off the batten. As a result, the mounting bracket can be constructed comparatively compact.

Preferably, the mounting bracket of a stamped and bent metal sheet, in particular a steel sheet, be made. As a result, the mounting bracket can also be used well for outdoor applications, for example for terraces, where weathering can damage many materials in a short time.

The mounting bracket is preferably arranged between two panels, so that two panels are set simultaneously via the mounting bracket can except in a corresponding border area. The slats and / or the panels are preferably extruded from a mixture of natural materials and a polymer, so that a high weather resistance is given and the change in length of the panels and / or slats is very low even with moisture absorption.

A mounting system 1 for a floor covering, especially for terraces or balconies, comprises a plurality of slats 2, which are aligned substantially parallel and are stored with a bottom 3 on a substrate, such as a gravel bed, plates, support elements or other components. The slats 2 comprise an upper side 4, on which panels 6 are arranged. The panels 6 have an upper side 7, which is formed smooth or profiled and is accessible. The panels 6 are elongated and have at opposite longitudinal edges a groove 8 into which a mounting bracket 10 is partially inserted. As a result, the panels 6 are fixed on an upper side 4 of the slats 2. The panels 6 are aligned with their longitudinal direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slats 2. Both the panels 6 and the slats 2 can be made of a mixture of natural substances, such as Wood chips, wood fibers, rice husks or other lignocellulosic materials, and a polymeric material, such as polypropylene, polyethylene or mixtures of several polymers, be prepared by extrusion. The proportion of natural substances in a range between 50 and 85%, in particular 60 to 80%, lie. The panels 6 and the slats 2 are thus extremely weather-resistant and suitable for laying outdoors.

A mounting bracket 10 serves to define two adjacent panels 6 at their longitudinal edges, for which purpose lateral arms 13 of the mounting bracket 10 engage in a respective groove 8 of the panel 6. For edge mounting, it is also possible to equip the mounting bracket 10 only with a side arm 13.

Each mounting bracket 10 includes a first part 11 and a second part 12 which are slidable relative to each other to be secured to a crossbar 2. Each lath 2 comprises in a region of a lateral longitudinal edge a groove 5, in which engages a web 15 on a first side and a web 31 on the opposite second side. As a result, the panels 6 are secured by the mounting bracket 10 against lifting. The first part 11 and the second part 12 are thereby pushed together and locked to allow tool-free mounting of the mounting bracket 10.

The mounting bracket 10 is in FIG. 2 shown in detail. The first part 11 of the mounting bracket 10 comprises a U-shaped receptacle 14 with a lower web 15 and two upper webs 16 which are aligned substantially horizontally and partially embrace an upper edge region of the crossbar 2. On the outside, a vertical portion 17 is provided, which forms the bottom of the U-shaped receptacle 14 in the lower region and extends upward over the receptacle 14. At the vertical portion 17, a horizontal web 18 connects, which is inserted and latched into the second part 12 of the mounting bracket 10. For this purpose, corresponding linear guide means are provided on the second part 12.

In order to lock the first part 11 and the second part 12 to each other, the first part 11 comprises a plurality of locking means in the form of toothings 20 and 23, which are arranged spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the web 18. The toothing 20 is held on a bendable spring bar 21 and can therefore be deformed and moved slightly perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the web 18. Similarly, a second toothing 23 is on the Bar 18 integrally formed, which is held on a bendable spring bar 25. On the second part 12, a toothing 40 is also provided, which serves as an engagement means to be latched to the teeth 20 or 23.

In FIG. 3 the area of the toothing 23 and the toothing 40 is shown in detail. The toothing 23 is formed on a bendable spring bar 25, which is curved, wherein a recess 24 is arranged on the side of the toothing 40 arcuate. As a result, the toothing 40 can be bent according to the arrow in the recess 24, but has due to the curved shape of the spring bar 25, however, high restoring forces.

The toothing 40 is formed on a tab 41, which is integrally formed with the second part 12.

The inclination of the teeth on the teeth 23 and 40 is formed so that a tooth flank is aligned substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the web 18. An opposite number edge is aligned at an angle α to the vertical number edge, which may for example be in a range between 30 ° and 60 °. By the oblique tooth design, it is possible that the teeth 23 and 40 are moved in one direction only relative to each other, while in the opposite direction locking is effected, so that a backward movement is prevented. As a result, when clamping the first part 11 and the second part 12, only a tension can be achieved by pushing the parts 11 and 12 together. In the opposite direction, the teeth 23 and 40 prevent a backward movement. In order to release the locking of the teeth 23 and 40, the toothing 40 must be pressed down on the tab 41, so that the teeth are disengaged. In this position, the first part 11 can be released from the second part 12 again.

In the FIGS. 4A to 4C the first part 11 of the mounting bracket 10 is shown in detail. The first part 11 comprises a lower U-shaped receptacle 14 for attachment to a crossbar 2 and an upper horizontal web 18, which can be latched to the second part 12. At the upper web 18 adjacent to the vertical portion 17 an upwardly projecting stop 19 is formed, which limits a movement of the second part 12 to the receptacle 14 toward. At the web 18, two spaced apart teeth 20 and 23 are formed on the edge side, the movable via resilient tongues 21 and 25 are. Each spring bar 21 and 25 is separated via an arcuate recess 22 and 24 of the remaining material of the web 18, as in particular in the Figures 4B and 4C is shown. The radius R of the spring bar 21 or 25 on the opposite side to the teeth 20 and 23 may be in a range between 20 mm and 150 mm, in particular 50 mm to 120 mm. Due to the curved shape of the spring bars 21 and 25, there are high restoring forces after latching.

In the FIGS. 5A to 5C the second part 12 of the mounting bracket 10 is shown in detail. The second part 12 comprises a U-shaped receptacle 30, in which a lower horizontal web 31 and an upper horizontal web 32 are provided. The lower web 31 engages in the groove 5 on the crossbar 2, while the upper web 32, the crossbar 2 engages over the edge. On the U-shaped receptacle 30, a vertical portion 33 is formed, which forms a bottom of the U-shaped receptacle 30 and protrudes above the receptacle 30 upwards. The vertical portion 33 merges at a bend in a horizontal web 34, on whose opposite sides protruding arms 13 are formed, which each engage in a groove 8 on a panel 6. On the web 34 is further formed adjacent to the vertical portion 33, a bent and punched bridge portion 35 which protrudes from the web 34 upwards, so that between the web 34 and the bridge portion 35 has an opening 36 for passing a front portion of Bridge 18 is formed. At the opposite end of the vertical portion 33, a further bridge portion 37 is formed, which protrudes by punching and bending of the web 34 upwards and forms a through hole 38, through which the web 18 can be performed.

On one of the arms 13 adjacent to the bridge portion 37, the toothing 40 is formed, which is integrally formed on a bendable tab 41. The bendable tab 41 is separated from the web 34 by two cutouts 42 so that the tab 41 can be bent in a vertical direction to release the latching connection. The free cuts 42 are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the toothing 40 and have a length which allows bending of the tab 41.

On the side opposite to the toothing 40 side of the web 34, two projections 39 are formed, which protrude above the web 34 upwards and form guide means to the web 18 linearly on the second part 12th respectively. In addition, the projections 39 ensure that the web 18 can be moved with the teeth 20 and 23 only in the longitudinal direction in the second part 12, but no sideways movement is possible.

In FIG. 6 a modified position of the mounting bracket 10 is shown. While in FIG. 2 the second part 12 is latched to the toothing 40 on the outer toothing 23 is in FIG. 6 a latching between the inner toothing 20 and the toothing 40 is shown. As a result, the distance between the U-shaped receptacles 14 and 30 is significantly smaller, for example in a range between 30 mm and 50 mm. In the in FIG. 2 shown position, the receptacles 14 and 30 have a distance of, for example, 50 mm to 80 mm. As a result, the mounting bracket 10 can be used for different widths slats 2, depending on which forces act on the floor covering. In the in FIG. 6 In the position shown, the bridge section 37 adjoins the stop 19 on the first part 11. The projections 39 hold the web 18 of the first part 11 in a position in which a release of the latching on the toothing 20 and the toothing 40 is prevented.

The first part 11 and the second part 12 of the mounting bracket 10 are made as stamped and bent parts of a metal sheet, in particular a steel sheet. The parts 11 and 12 can be coated as needed to be adapted in their color to the panels 6.

Bezugszeichenliste 1 Montagesystem α Winkel 2 Latte R Radius 3 Unterseite 4 Oberseite 5 Nut 6 Paneel 7 Oberseite 8 Nut 10 Montageklammer 11 Teil 12 Teil 13 Arm 14 Aufnahme 15 Steg 16 Steg 17 Abschnitt 18 Steg 19 Anschlag 20 Verzahnung 21 Federsteg 22 Aussparung 23 Verzahnung 24 Aussparung 25 Federsteg 30 Aufnahme 31 Steg 32 Steg 33 Abschnitt 34 Steg 35 Brückenabschnitt 36 Öffnung 37 Brückenabschnitt 38 Durchgangsöffnung 39 Vorsprung 40 Verzahnung 41 Lasche 42 Freischnitt For the assembly of the mounting bracket 10, the slats 2 are first stored substantially parallel to a substrate. Subsequently, a first panel 6 is placed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the slats 2, on which then a mounting bracket 10 is mounted by attaching the first part 11 and the second part 12 on the bar 2. By pushing together the first part 11 and the second part 12 they are locked together, whereby the arm 13 is fixed within the groove 8, so that the panel 6 is secured to the bar 2. Depending on the length of the panel 6, this can rest on two or more slats 2, to each of which a mounting bracket 10 is attached. On the opposite side, a further panel 6 can be pushed onto the arms 13 in order to fix further mounting brackets 10 on the opposite longitudinal side. The arms 13 are directed slightly upwards, so obliquely to the horizontal, so that when pushing the panels 6 in the longitudinal direction of the slats 2 a positive connection can be obtained. Thus, no tools are required for the assembly, and it is only the two parts 11 and 12 of the mounting bracket 10th pushed together and locked to fix a floor covering with the panels 6 to the slats 2. <B> LIST OF REFERENCES </ b> 1 mounting system α angle 2 bar R radius 3 bottom 4 top 5 groove 6 paneling 7 top 8th groove 10 mounting bracket 11 part 12 part 13 poor 14 admission 15 web 16 web 17 section 18 web 19 attack 20 gearing 21 spring bar 22 recess 23 gearing 24 recess 25 spring bar 30 admission 31 web 32 web 33 section 34 web 35 bridge section 36 opening 37 bridge section 38 Through opening 39 head Start 40 gearing 41 flap 42 Clear cut
