Claims (15)

  1. Verfahren zum Sammeln des Kondensats in einer Vorrichtung (500), wobei das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Bereitstellen eines Kondensat-Sammelsystems (90) umfassend: einen unteren Sammelbehälter (2) und einen oberen Sammelbehälter (3); eine Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), dafür vorgesehen, Flüssigkeit von dem unteren Sammelbehälter (2) zu dem oberen Sammelbehälter (3) zu verdrängen; und ein Überlaufsystem (4), welches eine Verdrängung der Flüssigkeit auslöst, die im oberen Sammelbehälter (3) enthalten ist und ein Überlaufniveau übersteigt in den unteren Sammelbehälter (2);
    - Sammeln einer kondensierten Flüssigkeit während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung (500) im unteren Sammelbehälter (2);
    - Betätigung (200, 300) der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) zur Verdrängung der kondensierten Flüssigkeit von dem unteren Sammelbehälter (2) in den oberen Sammelbehälter (3);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es weiter die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - zeitgleich mit dem Schritt der Betätigung der genannten Kondensatablaufpumpe, (50), Feststellung (400) eines Schwachlastzustandes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), wobei die Betätigung der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) bei der Feststellung des genannten Schwachlastzustandes unterbrochen (550) wird;
    - zeitgleich mit der Betätigung der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) Durchführen (100, 600) einer Messung der Stellzeit (T2) der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) mit Anzeigen (700) eines Vollzustandes des Kondensat-Sammelsystems (90), wenn diese Stellzeit (T2) größer gleich eine Höchstzeit (T2lim) ist.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schwachlastzustand dem Betrieb der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) ohne Last entspricht.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schwachlastzustand dem Betrieb der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) bei Luft-Wasser-Bedingungen entspricht.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Feststellens eines Schwachlastzustandes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) durch eine lokale Schalttafel (20) ausgeführt wird, die auf der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) selbst installiert ist.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Schritt des Durchführens einer Messung der Stellzeit der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) auch von der lokalen Schalttafel (20) ausgeführt wird.
  6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Schritt des Durchführens einer Messung der Stellzeit der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) von einer Hauptschalttafel (60) der Vorrichtung (500) ausgeführt wird, die dafür vorgesehen ist, auch andere elektronische Geräte in der Vorrichtung (500) zu steuern.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei, um eine Messung der Stellzeit (T2) der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) durchzuführen, der Betriebszustand der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), mittels einer Spannungsmessung zweier logischer Zustände ermittelt wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Feststellens eines Schwachlastzustandes der Pumpe ein sensorloser Schritt ist.
  9. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) von einem Permanentmagnetsynchronelektromotor (1) betätigt wird, der Schritt des Betriebes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) einen Schritt zum Antreiben des Elektromotors (1) durch Phasensteuerung umfasst, um als Resonanz einen Zustand minimaler Phasenverschiebung zwischen dem Strom, der die Wicklungen des Elektromotors (1) versorgt, und der erzeugten entgegengesetzten elektromotorischen Kraft zu erhalten, der Schritt des Feststellens eines Schwachlastzustandes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) die Prüfung des Zündwinkels (α), angewandt während der Phasensteuerung, umfasst, wo der Schwachlastzustand durch Überschreitung eines maximalen Zündwinkels (αlim), angezeigt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Elektromotor (1) ein Einphasen-Permanentmagnetsynchronelektromotor ist.
  11. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Schritt des Betriebes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung (500) zyklisch durchgeführt wird.
  12. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei die Betriebshöchstzeit (T2lim) größer gleich die Betriebszeit der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) ist, die benötigt wird, um den unteren Übergabebehälter (2) im vollständig gefüllten Zustand komplett zu entleeren.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Anzeigen eines Vollzustandes des Kondensat-Sammelsystems (90) bevorzugt zum Anhalten (800) der Vorrichtung (500) führt.
  14. Vorrichtung (500) ausgestattet mit einem Kondensat-Sammelsystem (90), umfassend:
    einen unteren Sammelbehälter (2) zum Sammeln der kondensierten Flüssigkeit während des Betriebes der Vorrichtung (500); einen oberen Sammelbehälter (3); eine Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), dafür vorgesehen, Flüssigkeit von dem unteren Sammelbehälter (2) zu dem oberen Sammelbehälter (3) zu verdrängen; und ein Überlaufsystem (4), welches eine Verdrängung der Flüssigkeit auslöst, die im oberen Sammelbehälter (3) enthalten ist und ein Überlaufniveau übersteigt in den unteren Sammelbehälter (2);
    die Vorrichtung (500) umfassend elektronische Steuereinrichtungen (30; 60), dafür vorgesehen, die Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) zu betätigen, um die kondensierte Flüssigkeit von dem unteren Sammelbehälter (2) in den oberen Sammelbehälter (3) zu verdrängen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elektronischen Steuereinrichtungen (30; 60) auch dafür vorgesehen sind, um:
    einen Schwachlastzustand der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), während des Betriebes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), festzustellen und den Betrieb der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) bei Feststellung des Schwachlastzustandes zu unterbrechen;
    eine Messung der Stellzeit (T2) der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), während des Betriebes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), durchzuführen und einen Vollzustand des Kondensat-Sammelsystems (90) anzuzeigen, wenn diese Stellzeit (T2) größer gleich eine Höchstzeit (T2lim) ist.
  15. Motor-Pumpen-Gruppe (1, 30, 50) umfassend eine Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), einen Einphasen-Permanentmagnetsynchronelektromotor (1), dafür vorgesehen, selbige zu betätigen, und eine lokale Schalttafel (20), dafür vorgesehen, den Elektromotor (1) anzutreiben,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lokale Schalttafel (20) auch dafür vorgesehen ist, um:
    einen Schwachlastzustand der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), während des Betriebes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), festzustellen und den Betrieb der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50) bei Feststellung des Schwachlastzustandes zu unterbrechen;
    eine Messung der Stellzeit (T2) der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), während des Betriebes der Kondensatablaufpumpe (50), durchzuführen und einen anomalen Zustand anzuzeigen, wenn diese Stellzeit (T2) größer gleich eine Höchstzeit (T2lim) ist.
