Claims (14)

  1. Window (1) or door having a fixed frame (2) and a leaf (3) which can be moved relative to the fixed frame (2) between at least one open position and one closed position, and a fitting (11) for locking and unlocking the window (1) or door and an arrangement (4) for supporting the opening movement of the leaf (3) with respect to the fixed frame (2) of the window (1) or the door, having a resilient device (5) which has a resilient element (7), wherein a tensioning element (10) is provided, characterised in that the tensioning element (10) tensions the resilient element (7) when the window (1) or door is unlocked and is coupled to the fitting (11).
  2. Window or door according to claim 1, characterised in that the tensioning element (10) can be decoupled from the resilient device (5) when the window (1) or the door is opened.
  3. Window or door according to either of the preceding claims, characterised in that the resilient device (5) is pivotably arranged on the leaf (3) or the fixed frame (2).
  4. Window or door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the resilient device (5) is pivotably arranged on a securing component (9).
  5. Window or door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that an additional resilient element (17) is provided and the resilient device (5) can be pivoted counter to the resilient force of the additional resilient element (17).
  6. Window or door according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the resilient device (5) has a sleeve (6) in which the resilient element (7) is arranged.
  7. Window or door according to claim 6, characterised in that the sleeve (6) is slotted and the tensioning element (10) protrudes into the slot.
  8. Window or door according to any one of the preceding claims 5 to 7, characterised in that the additional resilient element (17) is constructed as a leaf spring.
  9. Window or door according to claim 5 in combination with any one of the preceding claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the additional resilient element (17) adjoins the sleeve (6) of the resilient device (5) and is supported on the securing component (9).
  10. Window or door according to any one of the preceding claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the sleeve (6) when the leaf (3) is closed is arranged at an angle α, 0 ≤ α ≤ 25° with respect to the main plane of the window (1) or the door.
  11. Method for the supported opening of a leaf (3) of a window (1) or a door according to claim 1, wherein, when the window (1) or the door is unlocked, the resilient element (7) of the resilient device (5) is tensioned and the leaf (3) is subsequently opened with the resilient element (7) being relaxed and the resilient device (5) being pivoted.
  12. Method according to claim 11, characterised in that, after relaxation of the resilient element (7), a tensioning element (10) is decoupled from the resilient device (5).
  13. Method according to claim 12, characterised in that, after decoupling from the tensioning element (10) and resilient device (5), the resilient device (5) is pivoted in a resiliently loaded manner.
  14. Arrangement (4) for supporting the opening movement of a leaf (3) with respect to a fixed frame (2) of a window (1) or a door, having a resilient device (5) which has a sleeve (6) in which a resilient element (7) is arranged, wherein the sleeve (6) is pivotably arranged on a securing component (9), and a tensioning element (10), characterised in that a connecting rod fitting is provided and the tensioning element (10) is coupled to the connecting rod of the connecting rod fitting, wherein, when the connecting rod fitting is actuated in order to unlock the window or the door, the tensioning element (10) is displaced and in this instance the resilient element (7) is tensioned and in the event of an opening movement of the leaf the sleeve (6) is pivoted relative to the securing component (9) and in this instance the resilient element (7) is relaxed.
