  • the bottom base 140 and the top base 150 may be divided into a section to separately accommodate the plurality of the fixable bars 110, the plurality of the movable bars 120 and the plurality of the arc chambers 130 and may be vertically linked to separately seal components, each associated with a phase.
  • a structure for separately sealing the components, each associated with a phase though the vertical link may shorten the arc extinguishing time according to an internal pressure increase thereby the structure may easily ensure short circuit performance when a short circuit fault occurs and may increase assembly productivity due to simplicity.
  • the switch 160 includes a movable axis connecting unit 161 linked with the movable axis 122.
  • the switch 160 may move the movable axis 122 through the movable axis connecting unit 161 to rotate the plurality of the movable bars 120 at the rotation axis 121.

Claims (10)

  1. Disjoncteur (100) comprenant :
    une pluralité de barres fixes (110) configurées pour former des contacts fixes ;
    une pluralité de barres mobiles (120) configurées pour être mises en rotation par un commutateur (160) pour être connectées à la pluralité des barres fixes ou déconnectées de celles-ci (110) et configurées pour former des contacts mobiles opposés aux contacts fixes ;
    une pluralité de chambres à arc (130) configurées pour couvrir des parties de contact de la pluralité des barres fixes (110) et de la pluralité des barres mobiles (120) pour retirer un arc étant généré sur les parties de contact ;
    une base inférieure moulée en une seule pièce (140) configurée pour recevoir séparément la pluralité des barres mobiles (120), la pluralité des barres fixes (110) et la pluralité des chambres à arc (130) ; et
    une base supérieure moulée en une seule pièce (150) configurée pour former une paire avec la base inférieure (140) pour sceller séparément la pluralité des barres mobiles (120), la pluralité des barres fixes (110) et la pluralité des chambres à arc (130),
    dans lequel la pluralité des chambres à arc (130) a des plaques en couches pour couvrir des côtés supérieurs des contacts fixes dans la pluralité des barres fixes (110), et
    dans lequel le commutateur (160) est configuré pour faire tourner la pluralité de barres mobiles (120) autour d'un axe de rotation (121) au moyen d'un axe mobile (122) qui est relié à la pluralité de barres mobiles (120),
    caractérisé en ce que la pluralité de barres mobiles (120) comprennent chacune un évidement recevant ledit axe mobile (122), ledit évidement étant configuré pour amener ledit axe mobile (122) à soulever ou abaisser la pluralité de barres mobiles (120) lorsque le commutateur (160) est mis en rotation dans une première direction ou une deuxième direction opposée.
  2. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 1, dans lequel l'évidement s'étend sur le même côté des barres mobiles que les contacts mobiles.
  3. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'évidement s'étend sur toute la longueur des barres mobiles (120).
  4. Disjoncteur (100) de l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le commutateur (160) comprend une seule unité de connexion (161) pour actionner l'axe mobile (122).
  5. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque barre fixe (110) de la pluralité des barres fixes (110) est fixée individuellement à la base inférieure (140).
  6. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 5, dans lequel les contacts fixes de ladite pluralité de barres fixes (110) sont des contacts fixes en forme de U.
  7. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 1, dans lequel la base inférieure (140) comporte une unité de fixation (141) de la pluralité des barres fixes (110) et une unité de maintien (142) de la pluralité des barres mobiles (120) et dans lequel la base inférieure (140) est moulée d'un seul tenant d'une résine durcissable.
  8. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 1, dans lequel la base supérieure (150) est divisée en une section pour sceller séparément la pluralité des barres fixes (110), la pluralité des barres mobiles (120) et la pluralité des chambres à arc (130) et dans lequel la base supérieure (150) est moulée monobloc d'une résine durcissable.
  9. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel la base inférieure (140) et la base supérieure (150) sont liées verticalement.
  10. Disjoncteur (100) de la revendication 1, dans lequel le commutateur (160) est installé sur un côté supérieur de la base supérieure (150) et fait tourner la pluralité des barres mobiles (120) en déplaçant l'axe mobile (122).
