Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a film separation cut on a foil of a foiled sheet by means of a film separating tool which is moved with a tool tip resting on the sheet metal along a predetermined trajectory and mechanically generates the film separation cut by displacing sheet material, as well as a with this Process processed foiled sheet metal.

Such a film separation process for foiled sheets has become known, for example, by the so-called "TRUMPF film separating tool". Laminated sheets are provided with a protective foil which protects the sheet from damage during processing, storage and handling and is usually only removed immediately before further processing of the sheet.

The known TRUMPF film separating tool has a ball rotatably mounted in a stamp, which is moved with a rolling movement on a foiled sheet and thereby separates the film without leaving scratches or marks on the sheet. More precisely, when machining the ball on the sheet surface, wherein the ball tip penetrates the film and then rolls on the sheet during the process on the sheet. In this way, the film is cut easily and quickly along the worn web. In particular, the foil release tool can be used to separate individual fields or segments on the foil, which can then be removed manually from the plate. However, the separation gap created by the film dividing tool is inherently very narrow and therefore does not facilitate manual detachment of the film or of a film segment.

Another film separating tool is from the DE 20 2005 011 908 U1 known.

As a removal aid in the removal of the film and acute-angled "Folienanreißwerkzeuge", e.g. in the form of a tapered brass needle, known, albeit with greatly reduced quality and repeatability. The brass needle is softer than the sheet metal, so there are no scratches on the sheet, however, the brass needle wears off and often needs to be replaced. If scratches are unimportant on the plate, a harder tip can be used that lasts longer, but scratched the plate.

In contrast, it is the object of the present invention to further develop a method of the type mentioned in that the film or a film segment can be easily and easily removed manually.

This object is achieved in that for the formation of at least one detached from the sheet foil corner of the film cut has at least one acute-angled prong.

According to the invention, a special separating cut contour with one or more acute-angled cutting teeth is separated with the film separating tool. With such a cutting point of <90 °, preferably of <45 °, without discontinuation of the film separating tool, the foil is thrown up at the reversal point of the processing direction and thereby the corresponding acute-angled foil corner is detached, which facilitates the manual removal of the foil or a foil segment , The detached foil corner thus represents a removal aid.

Particularly preferably, the tool tip is formed rotationally symmetrical and in particular formed by a rotatably mounted ball which is moved with a rolling movement on the sheet and thereby cuts through the film. Alternatively, the tool tip can also be formed by the needle tip of a pointed needle.

In an advantageous variant of the method according to the invention, the film cutting section has a plurality of acute-angled prongs, which are lined up in a suitable sequence. Several acute-angled prongs mean many detached foil corners, which are available as a removal aid. In particular, in the case of several co-acute pointed teeth these can be connected to each other via curved separating cut sections, so that uncontrolled tearing of the film is prevented during the subsequent removal of the film or the film segment.

Preferably, the film-cutting section has at least one zigzag section with a plurality of oppositely directed, pointed-angled serrations. If the points are short and close enough to each other, the film lifts on both sides of the two opposing teeth rows, so that a continuous separation gap is formed, which is wider than the actual film cut.

The film separation section can either be formed at a distance from the outer edges of the film or at the segment edges of a film segment cut off on the film, or extend on one or both sides in each case to an outer or segment edge. In the latter case, it is advantageous if the film separation cut Asymptotically or at an acute angle in the outer or segment edge passes to prevent the uncontrolled tearing of the film or the film segment when peeled off.

The trepanning section cutting the acute-angled tine can be carried out either as a continuous single cut, ie without lifting the film tapping tool from the sheet, or by two discontinuous cuts, of which the last cut cut in the cut nip of the first cut either starts or at least partially runs.

The invention also relates, in a further aspect, to a foiled sheet processed by this method and having at least one film-separating cut, wherein, according to the invention, the film-cutting cut has at least one pointed-angled tine and the associated acute-angled foil corner is detached from the metal sheet.

The invention further relates to a sheet metal working machine according to claim 18, a computer program product according to claim 19 and a CAD / CAM system for creating an NC program for the sheet metal working machine.

If the needle point 31 is made of a softer material than the plate, eg of brass, there are no scratches on the Sheet 2. Fig. 1 shows a foiled sheet 1, in the film 3 six square film segments 5a-5f are separated by means of a self-contained separating gap 6 . If, for example, welding work is to be carried out at certain processing points on sheet metal 1, then the respective film segment need only be removed manually at these processing points. However, at a ball diameter of less than 1 mm, the separation gap 6 formed with the film dividing tool 20 is very narrow (smaller than 0.5 mm) and thus does not facilitate manual peeling of a film segment.

As a peel-off aid, therefore, each of the foil segments 5a-5f has at least one foil corner 7a-7f detached from the sheet 2, which can be grasped manually. These detached foil corners 7a-7f are formed in the respective foil segment 5a-5f as follows:
  • Within the film segments 5a-5f, an additional film separation section 8a-8f , which has at least one acute-angled point 9a-9f , is in each case embodied with the film dividing tool 20. When separating the film 3 at an acute angle of <90 °, preferably of <45 °, without discontinuation of the film separating tool 20 occurs at the reversal point of the processing direction, ie at the point of the spike, to a raising of the film 3. This dissolves the associated acute-angled Foil corner 7a-7f from the sheet 2 off and stands as Abziehhilfe upwards. In the film segments 5a-5c, 5e, 5f, the film-separating section 8a-8c, 8e, 8f extends only on one side to the separating gap 6, ie to the segment edge of the film segment 5a, and at an acute angle <90 ° in the segment edge over to prevent uncontrolled tearing of the film or the film segment during peeling. Alternatively, the film dividing cut can also extend on both sides to the segment edge of the film segment.

Insgesamt sind also drei abgelöste Folienecken 7a vorhanden. In the film segment 5 a, the film-separating cut 8 a has three indentations 9 a in the same direction at an acute angle, which are connected to each other via arch-shaped separating cut sections 10 . Overall, therefore, three detached foil corners 7a are present.

Insgesamt sind also zwei abgelöste Folienecken 7b vorhanden. In the film segment 5b, the film-separating cut 8b has two pointed angles 9b in opposite directions, which are each connected to one another via an S-shaped separating cut section 11 . Overall, therefore, two detached foil corners 7b are present.

In the film segment 5c, the film-separating section 8c has a zigzag section 12 with a plurality of mutually juxtaposed, oppositely opposing acute-angled serrations 9c, whereby a plurality of detached foil corners 7c are formed. Generally, the more acute the better the detachability of the prongs.

In the film segment 5d, the film-separating section 8b has a single acute-angled point 9d between two S-shaped curve sections 11. The film separation section 8d is spaced on both sides of the segment edge, that is, completely formed within the film segment 5d.

In the film segment 5e, the film separation section 8e has a zigzag section 12, the serrations 9e are so acute and are arranged side by side, that between the detached foil corners 7e of the two opposing teeth rows 13a, 13b, a continuous separation gap 14 is present, the wider than the Folientrennschnitt 8e of the film separating tool 20 is. The detached on both sides of the separation gap 14 foil corners 7e each form a film edge, which can be used as a dressing aid.

Insgesamt sind also zwei abgelöste Folienecken 7f vorhanden. In the film segment 5f, two separate film cut sections 8f are provided, each having an acute-angled tine 9f and an S-shaped separating cut section 11 extending to the edge of the segment. Overall, therefore, two detached foil corners 7f are present.

In Fig. 4 A numerically controlled sheet metal working machine 40 is shown, with which the above-described cuts with acute-angled teeth on a foiled sheet 1 can be performed. This sheet metal working machine 40 comprises a workpiece support 41 for laying a foiled sheet 1, a workpiece movement device 42 for moving the foil 1 resting on the workpiece support 41 in the x and y direction, a tool holder 43 which can be moved in the z direction and which holds the film separation tool 20, 30 and one only schematically indicated NC machine control 44, which is programmed by means of an NC program, the actuators of the workpiece moving device 42 and the tool holder 43 to execute the above-described cuts with acute-angled spikes on the foiled sheet 1 to control.

Fig. 5 shows a further foiled sheet 1, in the film 3 four square film segments 5g-5j are each separated by means of a self-contained separating gap 6. As a removal aid, each of the foil segments 5g-5j has at least one foil corner 7g-7j detached from the sheet 2, which can be grasped manually. To form these detached foil corners 7g-7j, an additional film separation section 8g-8j , which has an acute-angled point 9g-9j with an acute angle of <90 °, preferably of <45 °, is carried out within the film segments 5g-5j with the film dividing tool 20. having. At the point of the serration, the foil 3 is thrown open. In this case, the associated acute-angled foil corner 7g-7j separates from the plate 2 and stands up as a removal aid.

In the film segment 5g, the film separation section 8g has an acute-angled tine 9g, which are formed by two mutually facing arcuate separating cut sections 8g 1 , 8g 2 which are pointed or asymptotic to one another and meet in the point of the tine. The two separating cut sections 8g 1 , 8g 2 can be cut as a continuous cut, ie without lifting off the film separating tool 20, wherein at the point of reversal of the processing direction, ie at the point of the serration, the film 3 comes up and thereby the acute-angled foil corner 7g detached from the plate 2 and protrudes upwards as a removal aid. The two separating cut sections 8d 1 , 8g 2 may also be two non-contiguous cuts, with the last cut (eg the separating cut section 8g 2 ) beginning in the kerf of the first cutting cut section 8g 1 and extending away from the serrated tip in the cutting direction 15 .

In the film segment 5h 8h, the sheet separation section an acute-angled prong 9h which is formed by two facing arcuate separation cut portions 8h 1, 8h 2, which touch each other at an intersection point and weitererstrecken each case on both sides of this point of intersection. The two separating cut sections 8h 1 , 8h 2 are two discontinuous cuts, the last one executed section (eg the separating cut section 8h 2 ) from the cutting direction 15, that is, from the side of the intersection point to be detached from the foil corner 7h comes and partially runs in the kerf of the first cut section 8h 1 .

From the film dividing section 8g, the film dividing section 8i of the film segment 5i differs only in that here only the one separating cut section 8i 1 is arcuate and the other separating cut section 8h 2 is straight.

From the film dividing section 8i, the film dividing section 8j of the film segment 5j differs only in that here the straight dividing section is formed by the dividing nip 6 and the arcuate dividing section 8j begins in the dividing nip 6 and is then carried out in the direction 15 to peel the film corner 7j.

Experiments with the film-separating tool 20 (cutting width 1 mm) have shown that the method according to the invention for forming detached film corners 7a-7j works at each possible travel speed (maximum travel speed: 60 m / min) with the sheet-metal processing machine 40 used.
