  • the compound corrugated sheet 103 then reaches the second gluing means 5 and is glued to the final sheet 104 forming the corrugated board 105 which is then sent to the flats unit 24.

  • the gluing may in fact be facilitated by a further contribution of heat, not predominant, given by the heated rollers or even by non-heated rollers but made from non-conductive material, such as polymer matrix composite fibre materials or the like.
  • the lack of the second heating reduces the deterioration of the paper improving the quality thereof.
  • a further advantage of no lesser importance is the fact that the plant occupies less space given that the first and second gluing stations are substantially joined spatially.

Claims (7)

  1. Einheit (1) zum Herstellen von Wellpappe (105) aus Papiermaterialbögen (100), umfassend:
    - Wellungsmittel (2), die geeignet sind, um Papiermaterialbögen (100) zu erwärmen,
    - wobei die Wellungsmittel (2) einen Wellungskalander (7) umfassen, der aus einer ersten und einer zweiten Wellungsrolle (8) und (9) besteht,
    - Heizmittel (3), die geeignet sind, um Papiermaterialbögen (100) zu erwärmen, um die Wärme bereitzustellen, die benötigt wird, um mindestens die Verarbeitung zu optimieren, die durch das Wellungsmittel (2) ausgeführt wird,
    - wobei die Heizmittel (3) eine Vorheizstation (6) und eine Heizvorrichtung (10) umfassen,
    - erste Klebemittel (4) und zweite Klebemittel (5), die geeignet sind, um eine Vielzahl von Papiermaterialbögen (100) durch Heißkleben miteinander zu verbinden,
    - wobei die ersten Klebemittel (4) und die zweiten Klebemittel (5) stromabwärts der Wellungsmittel (2) und neben diesen angeordnet sind, sodass die Heizmittel (3) geeignet sind, um 50 % bis 100 % der von den ersten Klebemitteln (4) und den zweiten Klebemitteln (5) benötigten Wärme zuzuführen,
    - wobei das erste Klebemittel (4) erste Spreizmittel (11) und einen ersten Klebekalander (12) beinhaltet,
    - wobei die ersten Spreizmittel (11) stromaufwärts des ersten Klebekalanders (12) und neben diesem angeordnet sind,
    - wobei das erste Spreizmittel (11) aus einem ersten Spreizkalander (13) besteht,
    - wobei der erste Klebekalander (12) stromabwärts von dem Wellungskalander (7) und dem ersten Spreizkalander (13) angeordnet ist und aus der zweiten Wellungsrolle (9) und einer Anpressrolle (16) besteht,
    - wobei das zweite Klebemittel (5) zweite Spreizmittel (18) beinhaltet, und einen zweiten Klebekalander (19), der geeignet ist, um den gewellten Verbundbogen (103), der Klebstoff beinhaltet, mit einem Endbogen (104) zu verbinden,
    - wobei der zweite Klebkalander (19) stromabwärts von dem zweiten Spreizmittel (18), neben diesem, positioniert ist und aus einer ersten und einer zweiten Anpressrolle (20, 21) besteht,
    - wobei das zweite Spreizmittel (18) aus einem zweiten Spreizkalander (22) besteht, der aus einem zweiten Klebezylinder (23) besteht,
    - wobei die Einheit (1) ferner eine Vielzahl von Richtwalzen (25) umfasst, die entlang der Einheit (1) positioniert und geeignet sind, den Verlauf der Papierbögen (100) und des gewellten Verbundbogens (103) einzustellen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Spreizkalander (22) ferner die erste Anpressrolle (20) umfasst.
  2. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ferner eine Abflachungseinheit (24) umfasst, die stromabwärts von dem Paar weiterer Anpressrollen (20, 21) angeordnet ist, die geeignet sind, die Klebung abzuschließen und die Ebenheit der doppelwandigen gewellten Pappe durch Zuführen von Wärme und Druck einzustellen.
  3. Einheit (1) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Spreizmittel (11) und das zweite Spreizmittel (18) jeweils einen Klebstoffbehälter (15, 26) umfassen, wobei der Klebstoff in den Klebstoffbehältern (15, 26) bei Umgebungstemperatur in einem flüssigen Zustand ist.
  4. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizvorrichtung (10) Dampf unter Druck bei einer Temperatur zwischen 120 °C und 190 °C und einem Druck, der zwischen 1 bar und 14 bar variiert, in die hohlen gewellten Rollen (8, 9) zuführt.
  5. Einheit (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Heizmittel (3) durch die Wellungsmittel (2) gesteuert werden, wobei die Heizvorrichtung (10) in den Wellungsmitteln (2) enthalten ist.
  6. Anlage zur Herstellung von Wellpappe (105), umfassend mindestens eine Einheit (1) zum Herstellen von Wellpappe (105) aus Papiermaterialbögen (100) nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche.
  7. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wellpappe (105) aus Papiermaterialbögen (100), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mit einer Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 ausgeführt wird.
