Claims (14)
- Device cover (5) of a low voltage, high power fuse device (1) having a cover section (7), two holding sections (19, 20), which are connected to the cover section (7), for mounting two grip taps (15, 15) of a low voltage, high power fuse insert (8) in a suspended manner, wherein the grip taps (15, 15) are guided by means of the holding sections (19, 20) when the fuse insert (8) is inserted into the device cover (5) and when the said fuse insert is removed from the device cover (5), and having a locking device (26), which is connected to the cover section (7), for releasably locking one grip tab (15) from amongst the grip taps (15, 15) of the inserted fuse insert (8) in the device cover (5), wherein the locking device (26), in a first position, projects into the path of the said grip tab (15) when the fuse insert (8) is inserted and removed and, in a second position, is moved out of the said path of the grip tab (15), and having an operating device (34) for operating the locking device (26), wherein the operating device (34) and the locking device (26) form one component, characterized in that the locking device (26) has two shoulders (27, 28) which are connected to the device cover (5), wherein the respective shoulder (27 or 28) has, at a distance from the point at which shoulder (27 or 28) and device cover (5) are connected, a projection (29, 30) which is directed towards the other projection (30, 29), wherein the two shoulders (27, 28) are connected by means of a connecting element (33), and the connecting element (33) has the operating device (34) at a distance from the projections (29, 30), wherein the two projections (29, 30) can be moved away from one another by pressing the operating device (34), in order to release the locking of the grip tab (15).
- Device cover according to Claim 1, characterized in that the operating device (34) and the locking device (26) are in the form of a plastic injection-moulded part.
- Device cover according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the cover section (7), the operating device (34), the locking device (26) and the holding sections (19, 20) are in the form of a plastic injection-moulded part.
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the operating device (34) is of button- or plate-like design.
- Device cover according to Claim 4, characterized in that the operating device (34) is connected to limb sections (35, 36) of the connecting element (33) on radially averted sides of the button or plate, wherein the respective limb section (35, 36) is in the form of a wall.
- Device cover according to Claim 5, characterized in that the respective limb section (35, 36), in the region of that end of the said limb section which is averted from the button (34) or plate, is connected to the device cover (5) in a first region, and is connected to the projection (29, 30) in a second region.
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the operating device (34), in respect of the insertion direction (A) of the fuse insert (8) when one grip tab (15) is inserted into the holding section (19, 20) which is associated with the locking device (26), is arranged at a distance from the point at which the locking device (26) is fastened to the device cover (5), and the region of the locking device (26) which, in the first position, projects into the path of the grip tab (15) is arranged at a distance from the point at which the locking device (26) is fastened to the device cover (5), perpendicularly to the insertion direction (A) of the fuse insert (8).
- Device cover according to Claim 7, characterized in that the operating device (34) and the device cover (5) are arranged approximately in one plane.
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the device cover (5) has projections (37, 38) which are directed towards one another, wherein, arranged between the projections (37, 38), the shoulders (27, 28) of the locking device (26) are connected to the projections (37, 38).
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the shoulders (27, 28) of the locking device (26) and/or the projections (29, 30) of the locking device (26) and/or the limb sections (35, 36) of the connecting element (33) and/or the projections (37, 38) of the device cover (5) are of thin-walled design.
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the locking device (26) and the operating device (34) are arranged symmetrically with respect to one plane, in particular with respect to a plane which is perpendicular to a pivot axis (39) of the device cover (5) in a device lower part (3) of the fuse device (1).
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the projections (29, 30) of the locking device (26) are arranged adjacent to one holding section (19).
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the operating device (34) passes through a recess (40) in the cover section (7), to the outside of the fuse device (1).
- Device cover according to one of Claims 1 to 13, characterized in that a covering plate (23) is displaceably mounted in the cover section (7), the said cover plate having at least one test hole (24) for plug-connecting a test instrument to a live device element in a displaced test position of the covering plate (23), wherein the covering plate (23), in its closed position, surrounds the operating device (34) by way of shoulders (41).
