Claims (5)
- System with a drainage channel and a cover (2), wherein the cover (2) is secured to the drainage channel with a securing device (1), wherein the securing device (1) has a first fastening means (3) in the form of a screw and a second fastening means (4), wherein the second fastening means (4) is pretensioned flexibly towards the first fastening means (3), wherein the first fastening means (3) can be transferred from a released position reversibly to a fastened position and the first fastening means (3), in its transition from the released to the fastened state, reversibly transfers the second fastening means (4) to a positive- and/or force-locking position with the drainage channel,
wherein the securing device (1) has a third fastening means (5) in the form of a nut which is connected to the first fastening means (3) and the second fastening means (4),
wherein the second fastening means (4) is formed as a bent and pretensioned plate of spring steel and has a projection (7) which is formed as a bent part in one piece with the second fastening means (4),
wherein the nut (5) wedges the second fastening means (4) between itself and the cover (2), connected by the first fastening means (3), and the nut (5) secures the first fastening means such that it can be moved only between the released and the fastened position and vice versa, wherein, in the fastened position, the first fastening means (3) is screwed into the cover (2) to the maximum extent and the second fastening means (4) is bent by the first fastening means (3) against its pretensioning such that the projection (7) is connected in a positive- and/or force-locking manner with the drainage channel and the first fastening means (3) is restrained characterised in that the second fastening means (4) has an opening into which the nut (5) engages at least partially and is secured non-rotatably, therefore, wherein the second fastening means (4) has an additional projection so that the nut (5) is wedged by the second fastening means (4) and is secured, therefore. - System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second fastening means (4) has at least one further projection (7') with two dovetail and/or tooth-shaped elements, wherein the further projection (7') is provided for the positive-locking of the cover (2) to the drainage channel.
- System according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the securing device (1) is connected to the cover (2) such that, in the fastened position, the first fastening means finishes flush with the surface of the cover (2).
- Method of fitting a system according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising at least the following method steps, wherein, in a first step, the cover (2) is placed in the proper position on the drainage channel, wherein, in a second step, the first fastening means (3) is transferred from the released position to the fastened position, wherein, in a third step, the second fastening means (4) is activated to form a positive- and/or force-fitting fastening of the cover (2) to the drainage channel, wherein the third step is performed by the second step.
- Method according to claim 4, wherein, in the second step, a special tool or an Allen key or a slotted and/or a Phillips screwdriver or a spanner is used for the transfer from the released to the fastened position.
