Definitions
- the present invention relates to a method for blocking a spectacle lens according to the preamble of claim 1 and to a blocking device for blocking spectacle lenses on block pieces according to the preamble of claim 7.
- spectacle lens is to be understood as meaning, in particular, a plastic lens for spectacles.
- the invention particularly relates to a blocking device for blocking spectacle lenses or spectacle lens semifinished products on block pieces having a base body, having a block body receptacle arranged on the base body for the block piece to be fastened to the spectacle lens and having a positioning unit arranged on the base body for aligning and holding the spectacle lens to be blocked in which the block piece receptacle and the positioning unit which can be fixed on the spectacle lens by activation can be moved relative to one another via a lifting axis.
- the invention relates in particular to a method for blocking a spectacle lens with a holding side on a coupling side of a block piece by means of plastic adhesive, wherein the block piece is received in a block piece receptacle and the spectacle lens is movable relative to the block piece along a lifting axis.
- This blocking device has a block piece receptacle and a transport unit for positioning the spectacle lens to be blocked.
- the transport unit In order to align the relative position between the block piece and the spectacle lens, the transport unit is movable in five position-controlled spatial axes.
- the two tilt axes are provided to ensure a spatial tilting of the lens relative to the block piece.
- the spectacle lens is pressed while leaving a defined gap against the block piece.
- the spectacle lens which is aligned mechanically relative to the block piece via the positioning unit, is placed on the adhesive and applied at least indirectly to the block piece by pressing.
- An end stop of the translational Hubachse is not achieved here. It is only a predetermined holding position of the translational lifting axis in the context of the position control.
- the US 2,660,011 discloses a horizontal alignment of a lens blank on a table, wherein the lens blank after lifting vertically lifted and lowered after pivoting away the table on a block piece of heated adhesive disposed therebelow.
- the US 3,417,454 A discloses a blocking device for blocking a spectacle lens to a block piece by means of an adhesive, wherein the blocking device comprises a positioning unit for aligning and holding the spectacle lens to be blocked and a block piece receptacle for receiving the block piece to be fastened, wherein the positioning unit is movable relative to the block piece receptacle.
- the prior art does not permit optimal positioning of a spectacle lens on an associated block piece, in particular if the retaining piece of the spectacle lens facing the block piece and the coupling side of the block piece facing the spectacle lens are adapted to one another or complementary to one another and tilting for optimal alignment is required the prior art does not optimally block, especially when the block or adhesive requires a certain minimum thickness or optimum thickness, as is the case in particular with plastic adhesives.
- the invention has for its object to form a method for blocking and a Aufblockvorraum such or suggest that a simplified application is guaranteed despite a wide range of applications or enabled and / or that optimal or optimized blocking of lenses by means of an adhesive, preferably from Plastic, on block pieces is made possible.
- the block piece preferably has a negative surface of the holding side of the spectacle lens, so that they can be brought almost completely against each other when placed on the plant, thus justify a complete alignment.
- this relative position between the spectacle lens and the block piece can be fixed, so that the spectacle lens can be lifted off from the block piece again via the positioning unit.
- the spectacle lens By lifting the introduction of adhesive is made possible, which is preferably applied to the block piece, but can also be applied alternatively or additionally to the holding side of the spectacle lens.
- the spectacle lens By subsequent replacement of the spectacle lens on the adhesive-provided block piece, in particular using an end stop with a changed position, the spectacle lens is fixed at a predetermined or certain distance from the block piece. This is done in the previously obtained and as described fixed relative position between the lens and the block piece, so that an extended or defined and / or uniform adhesive film between the lens and the block piece is achieved.
- the block piece on the coupling side is provided with markings and the spectacle lens has spectacle glass markings, wherein the markings and the spectacle lens markings are aligned relative to one another for positioning the spectacle lens.
- the alignment of the lens markings and the markings of the coupling side are preferably carried out manually.
- the starting movement between the positioning unit and the block piece receptacle in the direction of the lifting axis is limited by at least one adjustable stop means in at least two positions.
- a mechanical end stop is provided for the approach movement between the positioning unit and the block piece receptacle, which may have two positions with respect to or in the direction of the lifting axis.
- a stop means which can be brought into at least two positions or by two different stop means, of which at least one is movable. Both positions differ by their distance in the direction of the lifting axis. In one position, the distance a between the positioning unit and the block piece receptacle is greater than in the other position.
- the distance a that is to say a defined distance, is thus achieved for the block piece, so that an adhesive layer with a thickness corresponding to this distance can be realized. Due to the greater or defined thickness of the adhesive layer, stresses which may arise when the adhesive layer is cured are not transmitted unevenly to the spectacle lens. In particular, due to the greater or more defined thickness of the adhesive layer, a more reliable or defined block connection (connection of the spectacle lens with the associated block piece) can be achieved or ensured.
- stop means is stepped or infinitely variable in several positions, wherein the stop means is at least partially adjustable in the direction of the lifting axis or transversely to the direction of the lifting axis.
- the stop means has at least one end stop E forming abutment surface, wherein the stop means as transversely adjustable to the direction of the stroke axis stop plate with a plurality of stepped stop surfaces or adjustable in the direction of the stroke stop nut with stop surface or as transverse to the direction of the stroke axis adjustable Stop ramp is formed with employee stop surface.
- the position of the end stop can be set differently. There are different heights a or adhesive thickness between the lens and the block piece feasible.
- the positioning unit has a retaining element which can be fixed to the spectacle lens by activation and optionally functionally separated thereof has an alignable against the spectacle lens alignment element, preferably wherein the holding element can serve as an alignment element.
- the alignment element serves primarily for aligning the spectacle lens, that is to say the block piece lying in the block piece receptacle, in order to obtain a defined and fixable position.
- the holding element that can be applied against the spectacle lens can also be used to align the spectacle lens.
- alignment of the spectacle lens after the positioning unit is achieved by starting the holding element or the aligning element against a reference surface of the spectacle lens resting on the pivotable block piece. This position is maintained by setting the positioning unit.
- the following values are preferably suitable: 0 to 3 mm, 0.1 to 2 mm, 0.1 to 1.5 mm, 0.1 to 1 mm, 0.3 to 1 mm , 0.3 to 0.7 mm, 0.4 to 0.7 mm, 0.5 to 0.7 mm, 0.6 mm.
- the distance a or the thickness of the adhesive layer is - at least on average - more than 0.3 mm, in particular more than 0.4 mm, more preferably more than 0.5 mm and most preferably more than 0.6 mm.
- the distance a or the thickness of the adhesive layer is - at least on average - substantially 1 mm, in particular +/- 0.2 mm.
- the positioning unit or the holding element has a suction cup for holding or fixing the spectacle lens, in particular wherein the suction cup has an inner side that can be pressurized with negative pressure.
- the suction cup is preferably elastic, so that it can adapt to the spectacle lens of the spectacle lens surface according to both local and the inclination of the surface as a whole after at least in a partial area when placed. This inclination movement is also accompanied by an elastic deformation of the suction cup. It may advantageously be provided be that on the holding element and / or in the inside of the suction cup is a lighting unit.
- a light pattern could be imaged as a reference mark on the lens to be blocked, which would be useful to the user in aligning the lens relative to the holding element.
- Concentric circles and / or lines as well as crosses could be considered as the form of these light patterns, by means of which it would be possible to align the spectacle lens possibly provided with spectacle lens markings.
- the alignment element has two or three acting in the direction of the stroke axis investment pins which are arranged circumferentially to the lifting axis and / or around the suction cup around and / or against the spectacle lens in the direction of the lifting axis also proportionately can be applied.
- the abutment of the abutment element relative to the spectacle lens or the spectacle lens surface to be applied is completely determined. In the case of the fixed holding element thus a further pivoting movement or tilting movement of the spectacle lens relative to the contact element would no longer be possible.
- the alignment element has a translation axis extending parallel to the stroke axis, wherein a coupling is provided, by means of which the alignment element and the holding element can be coupled, wherein in the coupled state, the movement of the alignment along the lifting axis and the movement of the holding element are synchronized or coupled along the translation axis and in the uncoupled state, the translational movement of the holding element in the direction of the translation axis can be carried out independently of the lifting movement of the alignment in the direction of the lifting axis. Due to the independence between the holding element and the alignment element, both the holding element and the alignment element can be brought independently of each other against the lens to be mounted to the plant.
- the positioning device as a whole, that is, the alignment and the holding element moves synchronously along the stroke axis. This is initially a lifting movement with the eyeglass lens attached to the positioning device, to which then, after application of the adhesive, a lowering movement follows, by means of which the eyeglass lens is placed on the block piece.
- the lifting axle and / or the clutch can be operated manually.
- the manual operation of the Hubachse a simple construction is guaranteed overall. Only the lifting axis could be equipped with an automatic drive to have a total of a simple and versatile blocking device.
- the Block Cultureme has two tilted at right angles to each other and at right angles to the Hubachse tilted and manually tiltable about both tilt axes freely and in a desired position can be fixed.
- the perpendicularity to each other and relative to the lifting axis is also to be understood so that only one directional component of the respective tilting axes can be rectangular.
- the tilting axles are free, inactive axles that are not subject to any drives or gearboxes. This ensures a very simple structure despite the use of these tilt axes. Because the tilting axes are arranged at right angles to one another, any necessary compensating movement of the spectacle lens for the purpose of coupling to the holding element is possible.
- the two tilting axes are realized by a sliding or rolling body-mounted dome, whose movement in the storage bed can be blocked by application of negative pressure. Such a dome is completely free to pivot within its storage level and therefore also has the two aforementioned tilt axes.

- the end stop E is changed or a new or changed position P2 is formed so that the predefined or desired distance a between the spectacle lens 8 and the block piece 9 is ensured in accordance with the thickness a of the stop means 1.2.
- the spectacle lens 8 is positioned at said distance a relative to the block piece 9, so that the adhesive 10 contained between the spectacle lens 8 and the block piece 9 is present in a corresponding thickness between the spectacle lens 8 and the block piece 9.
- the alignment element 3.2 and the suction cup 3.3 are preferably applied as described above against the lens 8 and the suction cup 3.3 is fixed.
- the stop ring 3.1a is provided, which then abuts against the base body 1.1, consequently the end stop E in the position P1 and then preferably clamped on the holding element 3.1, in particular pneumatically or by negative pressure, is set.
- the stop means 1.2 After lifting the spectacle lens 8 for the purpose of supplying adhesive to the block piece 9, the stop means 1.2 with the height a after Fig. 6 or. Fig. 7 move in the direction of the arrow to the left, so that after subsequent re-exposure of the lens 8 in order to rest against the adhesive of the stop ring 3.1a comes against the stop means 1.2 to the plant.
- the stop means 1.2 forms the new end stop E in the position P2, so that the spectacle lens 8 is now positioned above the block piece 9 at a distance a, preferably of about 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm (shown here larger).
- the height of the sling 1.2 can be chosen arbitrarily.
- the activation or movement of the stop means 1.2 is preferably delayed, so that the new end stop E is present only when the operator has moved the positioning unit 3 for the purpose of supplying adhesive 10 upwards.
- the stop means With simultaneous activation, ie together with the clutch 3.7 and the suction cup 3.3, possibly the stop means would be 1.2 with bias laterally against the stop ring 3.1a, which in principle would also be possible.
- the stop means 1.2 can also according to Fig. 8 be designed as a stop plate with different stop surfaces f1, f2, f3.
- the end stop E is shown in a further position P3.
- a wedge-shaped stop member according to Fig. 9 possible, in which case the lateral positioning must be made much more accurate.
- the stop means 1.2 can also according to Fig. 10 be designed as a stop nut, which is adjustable via a thread 1.2b relative to the stop ring 3.1a continuously in the direction of the stroke axis H1.
- the positioning unit 3 or the holding element 3.1 is therefore preferably lowered only until reaching the modified end stop E or the changed new position P2. After reaching this changed (in the display example higher) end position P2 further actuation of the drive 3.9 is no longer possible and / or further lowering of the lens 8 on the block piece 9 is no longer possible. Accordingly, the predetermined remains or desired distance a between the block piece 9 and the spectacle lens 8 is obtained. This distance a thus specifies the thickness of the adhesive layer.
- a pressure line 3a is preferably provided, which can be acted upon accordingly with negative pressure.
- the suction cup 3.3 and the clutches 3.7, 3.1b are then preferably applied simultaneously with negative pressure.
- the coupling 3.7 and the coupling element 3.1b can also be actuated independently of each other and / or independently of the suction cup 3.3 or actuated or actuated.
- the Block Gia 4 . 5 The Block Gia 4 . 5
- the Block Gia 4 preferably has a trained as a dome bearing 2.1, via which it can be brought into the desired position.
- the Bearing 2.1 By subjecting the bearing 2.1 with negative pressure (in particular controlled by the switch 4.1 or otherwise), the Block Gia 4 is set in the camp 2.1.
- a locking means 4 for blocking or fixing the tilting axis (s) K1, K2 can be realized.
- Fig. 4 . 5 is preferably provided within the suction cup 3.3 preferably a lighting unit 3.6.
- a light pattern 3.6a, 3.6b, as in FIG Fig. 11 schematically indicated, are generated, which facilitates positioning of the spectacle lens 8 as a positioning aid.
- Such light patterns may be formed as a centric center circle 3.6a or as a concentric circle circle 3.6b. These show up the spectacle lens 8 or on its reference page 8.2, the position of the suction cup 3.3 or the desired position of the lens 8, so that the lens 8 relative to the block piece 9 - in particular by lateral displacement, rotation and / or tilting - can be aligned accordingly.
- the spectacle lens 8 preferably has one or more visible spectacle lens marks 8.3, while the blockpiece 9 preferably has one or more corresponding markings 9.2 which can be optically matched by the user. This can be achieved without optical aids or also on the basis of the image obtained by the camera 3.5, as explained below. The latter is much more accurate, since a preferably centric view of the mentioned markings 8.3, 9.2 is possible via the camera 3.5.

- the lens is 3.5b concentric with the lens 8, so that the mark 8.3 according to Fig. 11 and or Fig. 12 can be detected in a centric view.
- the camera image is displayed to the user via a monitor, not shown, so that it can align the spectacle lens 8 as desired to the block piece 9.

- the aforementioned alignment aids 3.6a, 3.6b, 8.3, 9.2 can be used in any combination.
- the camera 3.5 is not absolutely necessary in this sense, the same applies to the light patterns 3.6a, 3.6b. Alone enough would be z. B. the two markers 8.3, 9.2, which are aligned with each other. Alternatively, however, the sole application of the light pattern would be after

- setting may possibly be a tracking of the positioning unit 3 due to the narrowing or contracting in the axial direction suction cup 3.3.
- After setting the two tilt axes K1, K2 in particular via the locking means 4 and the switch 4.1 thus remains as in the embodiment described above, only a free lifting movement in the direction of the lifting axis H1, which ensures the application of adhesive 10 between the lens 8 and block piece 9.
- variable end stop E can also be omitted as needed.
- Fig. 14 shows such an embodiment.
- the embodiment according to Fig. 14 also shows that the tilting axes K1 and K2 can also be arranged or realized differently.
- the first tilting axis K1 is associated with the alignment element 3.2 and the second tilting axis K2 extending transversely thereto is assigned to the block piece 9 or the block piece receptacle 2. So here is the alignment element 3.2 about the tilting axis K1 tilted or pivotable.
- the block piece 9, however, is here only tiltable or pivotable about the second tilting axis K2.
- the suction cup 3.3 can also be tilted or pivoted about a (fictitious) tilting axis F1.
- Fig. 15 shows a schematic representation of how the tilting axis K1 a prismatic tilting of the lens 8 can be compensated, so that the suction cup 3.3 as possible without tilting on the top or reference side 8.2 of the lens 8 can be placed.
- the lens 8 or Block Cultures 9 in the circumferential direction can be a prismatic tilting, be it a tilt of the lens 8 and / or the block piece 9, to align a desired tilt axis K1.
- the axis of the prismatic tilting is then preferably aligned parallel to the tilting axis K1. Accordingly, if necessary, only a single tilt axis K1 suffices.

Description
The present invention relates to a method for blocking a spectacle lens according to the preamble of
In general, the term "spectacle lens" is to be understood as meaning, in particular, a plastic lens for spectacles.
The invention particularly relates to a blocking device for blocking spectacle lenses or spectacle lens semifinished products on block pieces having a base body, having a block body receptacle arranged on the base body for the block piece to be fastened to the spectacle lens and having a positioning unit arranged on the base body for aligning and holding the spectacle lens to be blocked in which the block piece receptacle and the positioning unit which can be fixed on the spectacle lens by activation can be moved relative to one another via a lifting axis.
Furthermore, the invention relates in particular to a method for blocking a spectacle lens with a holding side on a coupling side of a block piece by means of plastic adhesive, wherein the block piece is received in a block piece receptacle and the spectacle lens is movable relative to the block piece along a lifting axis.

The prior art does not permit optimal positioning of a spectacle lens on an associated block piece, in particular if the retaining piece of the spectacle lens facing the block piece and the coupling side of the block piece facing the spectacle lens are adapted to one another or complementary to one another and tilting for optimal alignment is required the prior art does not optimally block, especially when the block or adhesive requires a certain minimum thickness or optimum thickness, as is the case in particular with plastic adhesives.
The invention has for its object to form a method for blocking and a Aufblockvorrichtung such or suggest that a simplified application is guaranteed despite a wide range of applications or enabled and / or that optimal or optimized blocking of lenses by means of an adhesive, preferably from Plastic, on block pieces is made possible.
The above object is achieved by a method according to
By the upstream or preferred placing the holding side of the spectacle lens on the adhesive-free coupling side of the block piece can for Aufbloccken necessary relative position between the lens and the block piece are made in a simple manner. The block piece preferably has a negative surface of the holding side of the spectacle lens, so that they can be brought almost completely against each other when placed on the plant, thus justify a complete alignment.
With the preferred setting of the Blockstückaufnahme including the recorded therein block piece or the tilting position of the block piece or the block piece receptacle relative to the lens or the position of the lens transversely to the Hubachse and / or setting the rotational position of the lens relative to the block piece or the Blockstückaufnahme as well as the fixing of the spectacle lens to the positioning unit, this relative position between the spectacle lens and the block piece can be fixed, so that the spectacle lens can be lifted off from the block piece again via the positioning unit.
By lifting the introduction of adhesive is made possible, which is preferably applied to the block piece, but can also be applied alternatively or additionally to the holding side of the spectacle lens. By subsequent replacement of the spectacle lens on the adhesive-provided block piece, in particular using an end stop with a changed position, the spectacle lens is fixed at a predetermined or certain distance from the block piece. This is done in the previously obtained and as described fixed relative position between the lens and the block piece, so that an extended or defined and / or uniform adhesive film between the lens and the block piece is achieved.
In particular, it may be advantageous if the block piece on the coupling side is provided with markings and the spectacle lens has spectacle glass markings, wherein the markings and the spectacle lens markings are aligned relative to one another for positioning the spectacle lens. The alignment of the lens markings and the markings of the coupling side are preferably carried out manually.
In particular, it is provided that the starting movement between the positioning unit and the block piece receptacle in the direction of the lifting axis is limited by at least one adjustable stop means in at least two positions. In particular, a mechanical end stop is provided for the approach movement between the positioning unit and the block piece receptacle, which may have two positions with respect to or in the direction of the lifting axis. This is realized in particular by a stop means which can be brought into at least two positions or by two different stop means, of which at least one is movable. Both positions differ by their distance in the direction of the lifting axis. In one position, the distance a between the positioning unit and the block piece receptacle is greater than in the other position. Starting from the position of the spectacle lens against the block piece, the distance a, that is to say a defined distance, is thus achieved for the block piece, so that an adhesive layer with a thickness corresponding to this distance can be realized.
It can also be advantageous for this purpose if the stop means is stepped or infinitely variable in several positions, wherein the stop means is at least partially adjustable in the direction of the lifting axis or transversely to the direction of the lifting axis. By using different stages, a simple operation of the sling is guaranteed.
This is also achieved when the stop means has at least one end stop E forming abutment surface, wherein the stop means as transversely adjustable to the direction of the stroke axis stop plate with a plurality of stepped stop surfaces or adjustable in the direction of the stroke stop nut with stop surface or as transverse to the direction of the stroke axis adjustable Stop ramp is formed with employee stop surface. Thus, using the one stop means, the position of the end stop can be set differently. There are different heights a or adhesive thickness between the lens and the block piece feasible.
Furthermore, it may be advantageous if the positioning unit has a retaining element which can be fixed to the spectacle lens by activation and optionally functionally separated thereof has an alignable against the spectacle lens alignment element, preferably wherein the holding element can serve as an alignment element. The alignment element serves primarily for aligning the spectacle lens, that is to say the block piece lying in the block piece receptacle, in order to obtain a defined and fixable position. However, the holding element that can be applied against the spectacle lens can also be used to align the spectacle lens. Finally, alignment of the spectacle lens after the positioning unit is achieved by starting the holding element or the aligning element against a reference surface of the spectacle lens resting on the pivotable block piece. This position is maintained by setting the positioning unit. During the subsequent pressing of the lens to be blocked against the adhesive-provided block piece, it is necessary to mold the adhesive to be introduced between the lens and the block piece, starting from a drop-shaped or spherical metered quantity. This contact force is transmitted in total by the fixing unit fixed to the spectacle lens, wherein a uniform thickness of the adhesive is ensured or achieved according to the distance a.
Für den Abstand a, mithin für die Haftmittelschicht kommen vorzugsweise folgende Werte in Betracht: 0 bis 3 mm, 0,1 bis 2 mm, 0,1 bis 1,5 mm, 0,1 bis 1 mm, 0,3 bis 1 mm, 0,3 bis 0,7 mm, 0,4 bis 0,7 mm, 0,5 bis 0,7 mm, 0,6 mm.For the distance a, and therefore for the adhesive layer, the following values are preferably suitable: 0 to 3 mm, 0.1 to 2 mm, 0.1 to 1.5 mm, 0.1 to 1 mm, 0.3 to 1 mm , 0.3 to 0.7 mm, 0.4 to 0.7 mm, 0.5 to 0.7 mm, 0.6 mm.
Vorzugsweise beträgt der Abstand a bzw. die Dicke der Haftmittelschicht - zumindest im Mittel - mehr als 0,3 mm, insbesondere mehr als 0,4 mm, besonders bevorzugt mehr als 0,5 mm und ganz besonders bevorzugt mehr als 0,6 mm.Preferably, the distance a or the thickness of the adhesive layer is - at least on average - more than 0.3 mm, in particular more than 0.4 mm, more preferably more than 0.5 mm and most preferably more than 0.6 mm.
Vorzugsweise beträgt der Abstand a bzw. die Dicke der Haftmittelschicht - zumindest im Mittel - im wesentlichen 1 mm, insbesondere +/- 0,2 mm.Preferably, the distance a or the thickness of the adhesive layer is - at least on average - substantially 1 mm, in particular +/- 0.2 mm.
It may also be advantageous if the positioning unit or the holding element has a suction cup for holding or fixing the spectacle lens, in particular wherein the suction cup has an inner side that can be pressurized with negative pressure. The suction cup is preferably elastic, so that it can adapt to the spectacle lens of the spectacle lens surface according to both local and the inclination of the surface as a whole after at least in a partial area when placed. This inclination movement is also accompanied by an elastic deformation of the suction cup. It may advantageously be provided be that on the holding element and / or in the inside of the suction cup is a lighting unit. By means of the illumination unit, a light pattern could be imaged as a reference mark on the lens to be blocked, which would be useful to the user in aligning the lens relative to the holding element. Concentric circles and / or lines as well as crosses could be considered as the form of these light patterns, by means of which it would be possible to align the spectacle lens possibly provided with spectacle lens markings.
Of particular importance may be for the present invention, when the alignment element has two or three acting in the direction of the stroke axis investment pins which are arranged circumferentially to the lifting axis and / or around the suction cup around and / or against the spectacle lens in the direction of the lifting axis also proportionately can be applied. When using three abutment pins, the abutment of the abutment element relative to the spectacle lens or the spectacle lens surface to be applied is completely determined. In the case of the fixed holding element thus a further pivoting movement or tilting movement of the spectacle lens relative to the contact element would no longer be possible. In the case of the application of two abutment pins at least the fixing of the tilting movement of the abutment element about a tilting axis would be possible. Thus, one degree of freedom would remain for the pivoting or tilting between the contact element and the spectacle lens. This is but lockable.
It may be advantageous if the alignment element has a translation axis extending parallel to the stroke axis, wherein a coupling is provided, by means of which the alignment element and the holding element can be coupled, wherein in the coupled state, the movement of the alignment along the lifting axis and the movement of the holding element are synchronized or coupled along the translation axis and in the uncoupled state, the translational movement of the holding element in the direction of the translation axis can be carried out independently of the lifting movement of the alignment in the direction of the lifting axis. Due to the independence between the holding element and the alignment element, both the holding element and the alignment element can be brought independently of each other against the lens to be mounted to the plant. The latter primarily in the direction of the translation axis, along which both elements are movable. The holding element and the alignment element are movable relative to each other exclusively in the direction of the translation axis. After the respective application or suction against the lens no relative movement between the two elements is possible after coupling the two elements via the coupling. In the coupled state, therefore, the positioning device as a whole, that is, the alignment and the holding element moves synchronously along the stroke axis. This is initially a lifting movement with the eyeglass lens attached to the positioning device, to which then, after application of the adhesive, a lowering movement follows, by means of which the eyeglass lens is placed on the block piece.
It can also be advantageous if the lifting axle and / or the clutch can be operated manually. The manual operation of the Hubachse a simple construction is guaranteed overall. Only the lifting axis could be equipped with an automatic drive to have a total of a simple and versatile blocking device.
In addition, it may be advantageous if the Blockstückaufnahme has two tilted at right angles to each other and at right angles to the Hubachse tilted and manually tiltable about both tilt axes freely and in a desired position can be fixed. The perpendicularity to each other and relative to the lifting axis is also to be understood so that only one directional component of the respective tilting axes can be rectangular. The tilting axles are free, inactive axles that are not subject to any drives or gearboxes. This ensures a very simple structure despite the use of these tilt axes. Because the tilting axes are arranged at right angles to one another, any necessary compensating movement of the spectacle lens for the purpose of coupling to the holding element is possible. The two tilting axes are realized by a sliding or rolling body-mounted dome, whose movement in the storage bed can be blocked by application of negative pressure. Such a dome is completely free to pivot within its storage level and therefore also has the two aforementioned tilt axes.

The
The
At the upper end of the drive is 3.9 provided for preferably designed as a push-push rod holding element 3.1 with the preferably arranged at the lower end suction cup 3.3. About the preferably manually operable drive 3.9 can be the holding element 3.1 with the suction cup 3.3 in the direction of the preferably vertical lifting axis H1 translationally move up and down.
Parallel to this lifting movement along the lifting axis H1, a carriage 3.8a is preferably provided, which is guided or displaceable via a corresponding rail 3.8b on the main body 1.1 or the
Preferably, the front side or coupling side 9.1 of the
Preferably, the
After placing, the
The alignment by transverse displacement, that is to say in the radial direction with respect to the lifting axis H1 or a central axis of the
The alignment by turning, so setting a rotational position of the
The
In the aligned relative position between

When the coupling 3.7 is released, the alignment element 3.2 preferably comes into contact with the

The adhesive 10 is preferably applied and / or heated in the heated state, in particular in order to liquefy and / or render it liable.
After application of the adhesive 10, the

The
