Abstract
Description
The invention relates to Aufblockvorrichtung for blocking spectacle lenses, preferably made of plastic on block pieces with a block piece receptacle for the lens to be attached to the block piece and a positioning unit for aligning and holding the spectacle lens aufzublockenden, wherein the Blockstückaufnahme and fixed to the lens by activating positioning via a lifting axis H1 relative to each other are preferably purely translationally movable.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for blocking a spectacle lens with a holding side on a coupling side of a block piece by means of plastic adhesive, wherein the block piece is received in a block piece receptacle and the lens relative to the block piece along a stroke axis H1 and about an axis of rotation R1 and / or a rotation axis R2 is movable.

The object of the invention is to design and arrange a blocking device and a method for blocking in such a way that a simplified application is ensured despite a comprehensive field of application.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the block piece receptacle and the positioning unit can be moved relative to one another about a single rotation axis R1 in a state fixable to the spectacle lens, wherein the two movement axes H1, R1 have at least one directional component perpendicular to one another.
It is thereby achieved that, starting from a static block piece receptacle which does not ensure any alignment, by using only one further movement axis, a blocking device ensuring the most necessary relative movements is provided, with which basically all forms of spectacle lenses, be it spherical, toric or possibly also those with prismatic tilting can be blocked.
In order to determine the position of the positioning unit that can be secured to the spectacle lens, it is assumed that the spectacle lens is attached to the positioning unit, so that the spectacle lens could be subjected to the bonding process, for example. In practical application, this "settable position" could be achieved by attaching a spectacle lens or a spectacle lens dummy. For the purpose of expanding the scope of the claim, however, the spectacle lens is not the subject of the blocking device.
When determining the directional component of a rotating or tilting axis, the direction of the axis of rotation lying coaxially to the rotary motion, as shown in the figures, is turned off.
It may also be advantageous for this purpose if the block piece receptacle and the positioning unit can be moved relative to one another via only one further rotation axis R2, wherein the three movement axes H1, R1, R2 have at least one directional component perpendicular to one another. By a further rotation axis R2, the block device is a bit more complex overall, but can thus easily block any type of spectacle lenses, without the prior art known from the prior art complete pivotability of Blockstückaufnahme or the spectacle lens would have to be present by using a further axis of rotation , It is conceivable that the rotation axis R1 is implemented or provided on the part of the block piece receiver and the rotation axis R2 on the part of the positioning unit, so that an overall alignment in both rotation axes R1, R2 is possible.
Furthermore, it can be advantageous if the positioning unit has a retaining element which can be fixed to the spectacle lens by activation and functionally separated therefrom against the spectacle lens The alignment element has a tilting axis K1, around which the alignment element is movable relative to the holding element only in the inactive, unconstrained state of the positioning unit, wherein the three movement axes H1, R1, K1 have at least one directional component perpendicular to each other. The further tilting axis K1 of the alignment element is available only in the unconstrained state, ie that this axis is locked in the fixed state of the positioning. This blocking results from the alignment element being brought into abutment against the spectacle lens and, due to the spectacle lens fastened via the retaining element, likewise being fixed relative to the pivoting movement about the tilting axis K1. As soon as this fixed arrangement of the alignment element prevails against the spectacle lens, the relative position between the spectacle lens and the positioning unit is unchangeable. The holding element serves for pressing the spectacle lens to be blocked against the block piece both in the adhesive-free and in the state provided with the adhesive. In this way, a molding of the adhesive to be introduced between the spectacle lens and the block piece is possible, starting from a drop-shaped or spherical dosage, so that the spectacle lens can rest against the coupling side of the block piece at least indirectly via the adhesive. The tilting axis K1 is a free, inactive axle that is not subject to any drives or gearboxes. This ensures a very simple structure despite the application of this tilting axis K1. The fact that the tilting axis K1 and the rotation axis R1 are arranged at right angles to each other ensures mutual locking of the two movement axes K1 and R1, ie a pivoting movement about the rotation axis R1, provided that the holding element and the block piece receptacle are above the spectacle lens and the block piece indirectly in plant, not possible. Likewise, a pivoting movement about the tilting axis K1 under the aforementioned condition of indirect investment between the holding element and block piece holder is also not possible. Nevertheless, the block piece receptacle can be aligned with the retaining element not applied as desired about the rotation axis R1. Furthermore, the abutment element can be aligned freely around the tilting axis K1 for abutment against the spectacle lens.
It may also be advantageous if the holding element has a suction cup which has an inner side which can be subjected to negative pressure. The suction cup is in this case preferably designed to be elastic, so that it can adapt to the spectacle lens of the spectacle lens surface when placed on the lens according to both local and the inclination of the surface in total according to at least a partial area. This inclination movement is also accompanied by an elastic deformation of the suction cup. Likewise, this elastic tilting movement of the suction cup, in the form of a slight tilting, can be assigned a fictitious tilting axis F1, which is always oriented at right angles to the rotation axis R1 due to the block-piece receptacle pivotably arranged about the rotation axis R1. Due to the fact that this fictitious pivot axis F1 of the suction cup and the tilting axis K1 arranged parallel thereto have a distance a, a return movement is neither possible on the side of the virtual tilting axis F1 nor on the part of the tilting axis K1 after the suction cup has been secured to the spectacle lens surface. This would only be possible if it came to a translational movement of the alignment and / or the suction cup on the surface of the lens, which is not possible due to the contact forces.
It can advantageously be provided that a lighting unit and / or an image pickup unit is provided on the holding element and / or in the inside of the suction cup. By means of the illumination unit, a light pattern could be imaged as a reference mark on the lens to be blocked, which would be useful to the user in aligning the lens relative to the holding element. Concentric circles and / or lines as well as crosses could be considered as the form of these light patterns, by means of which it would be possible to align the spectacle lens possibly provided with spectacle lens markings. Alternatively or additionally, the illumination unit could also serve to obtain a camera image of the lens to be blocked by means of the image recording unit. In this way, in particular, the markings of the lens (mechanical type) provided in the area of the suction cup would be recognizable on the one hand and the markings provided in or on the block piece, so that the user, when placing the holding element over the image-receiving unit, will be aligned between the spectacle lens and the block piece or respectively could make markings arranged thereon.
Of particular importance may be for the present invention, when the alignment element has two or three acting in the direction of the lifting axis H1 contact pins which are arranged circumferentially to the lifting axis H1 and / or around the suction cup around and against the lens in the direction of the lifting axis H1 also proportionally be applied. When using three abutment pins, the abutment of the abutment element relative to the spectacle lens or the spectacle lens surface to be applied is completely determined. In the case of the fixed holding element thus a further pivoting movement of the spectacle lens relative to the contact element would no longer be possible. In the case of the application of two abutment pins at least the pivotal movement of the abutment element about the tilt axis K1 would be possible. Thus, stay a degree of freedom regarding the pivoting between contact element and spectacle lens left. However, this can be blocked by the rotation axis R1.
In connection with the design and arrangement according to the invention, it may be advantageous if the alignment element has a parallel to the lifting axis H1 translational axis T1, wherein a coupling is provided, by means of the alignment and the retaining element can be coupled, wherein in the coupled state, the movement of the Alignment element along the lifting axis H1 and the movement of the holding element along the translation axis T1 are synchronized or coupled and in the uncoupled state, the translational movement of the holding member in the direction of the translation axis T1 can be made regardless of the lifting movement of the alignment in the direction of the lifting axis H1. Due to the independence between the holding element and the alignment element, both the holding element and the alignment element can be brought independently of each other against the lens to be mounted to the plant. The latter primarily in the direction of the translation axis T1, along which both elements are movable. With the exception of the tilting axis K1, the holding element and the aligning element can be moved relative to one another exclusively in the direction of the lifting axis H1. After the respective application or suction against the lens no relative movement between the two elements is possible after coupling the two elements via the coupling. This is due to the fact already mentioned above that the tilting axis K1 of the contact element and the notional tilting axis F1 of the holding element are arranged at a distance a from one another, so that a relative movement between the two, with simultaneously applied spectacle lens, would necessarily justify a translatory movement on the surface of the spectacle lens , which alone is not possible due to the holding forces of the retaining element. In the coupled state so the positioning is a total, d. H. the alignment element and the holding element moved synchronously along the lifting axis H1. This is initially a lifting movement, with the eyeglass lens attached to the positioning device, to which is then followed by a lowering movement after the application of the adhesive, by means of which the spectacle lens is placed on the block piece.
It can also be advantageous if the lifting axis H1 and / or the coupling can be operated manually. The manual operation of the lifting axis H1 overall ensures a simple structure. Because the tilting axis K1 of the holding element is just as passive as the rotation axis R1, only the lifting axis H1 is equipped with a drive, be it manual or automatic, in order to have a total of a simple and versatile blocking device.
In addition, it may be advantageous if the block piece receptacle has the rotational axis R1 designed as a tilt axis, wherein the block piece receptacle can be freely pivoted manually about the rotation axis R1 and fixed in a desired position via a locking means. As stated above, the rotation axis R1 is likewise a passive axis without a drive, by means of which only the position of the block piece receptacle about the rotation axis R1 is varied.
Ferner wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass
- a) das Brillenglas zunächst mit der Halteseite auf die haftmittelfreie Kopplungsseite des Blockstücks aufgelegt wird und relativ zu der Kopplungsseite des Blockstücks positioniert wird;
- b) das Brillenglas in dieser relativen Position zum Blockstück durch eine Positioniereinheit festgesetzt wird und die Blockstückaufnahme mit dem Blockstück bezüglich der Kippbewegung um die Rotationsachse R1 und/oder die Rotationsachse R2 durch ein Arretierungsmittel festgesetzt wird;
- c) das Brillenglas mittels der Positioniereinheit in der festgesetzten relativen Position von der Kopplungsseite des Blockstücks abgehoben wird, wobei das Blockstück und die Blockstückaufnahme in der ursprünglichen Lage verbleiben;
- d) Haftmittel auf die Kopplungsseite des Blockstücks und/oder die Halteseite des Brillenglases aufgetragen wird;
- a) the spectacle lens is first placed with the holding side on the adhesive-free coupling side of the block piece and is positioned relative to the coupling side of the block piece;
- b) the spectacle lens is fixed in this relative position to the block piece by a positioning unit and the block piece receptacle is fixed with the block piece with respect to the tilting movement about the rotation axis R1 and / or the rotation axis R2 by a locking means;
- c) the spectacle lens is lifted by the positioning unit in the fixed relative position from the coupling side of the block piece, wherein the block piece and the block piece receiver remain in the original position;
- d) adhesive is applied to the coupling side of the block piece and / or the holding side of the spectacle lens;
- e) approximates the spectacle lens by means of the positioning unit in the fixed relative position to the block piece and pressed onto the adhesive and is brought at least indirectly via the adhesive against the coupling side of the block piece to the plant.
By placing the holding side of the spectacle lens in front of the adhesive-free coupling side of the block piece, the relative position required for blocking between the spectacle lens and the block piece can be determined and produced properly. The block piece has, so to speak, a negative surface of the holding side of the spectacle lens, so that they are placed almost completely against each other when placed on the plant, thus justify a complete alignment. With the setting of the block piece receptacle and the block piece received therein, on the one hand, and the spectacle lens fixed to the positioning unit, this relative position can be fixed between the spectacle lens and the block piece, so that the spectacle lens can be lifted off the block piece again via said positioning unit. With the lifting the introduction of adhesive is ensured, which is preferably applied to the block piece, but also as an alternative or in addition to the holding side of the Spectacle lenses can be applied. By repeatedly placing the spectacle lens on the adhesive-provided block piece, the spectacle lens is brought indirectly via the adhesive against the block piece to the plant. This is done in the previously obtained and as described fixed relative position between the lens and the block piece, so that these two are connected in just this desired relative position.
In addition, it may be advantageous if step a) and / or b) takes place manually. Thus, the Aufblockvorrichtung is very simple overall construction and yet ensures the blocking or the application to all possible spectacle lens shapes, which is to block it.
It may be advantageous if the block piece is provided on the coupling side with markings and the spectacle lens has spectacle lens marks, wherein for positioning the spectacle lens, the markings and the spectacle lens marks are aligned relative to each other. The alignment of the lens marks and the markings on the coupling side are preferably carried out manually. By aligning the markings of the coupling side and the lens marks on the basis of the generated in the holding element or in the suction cup image or image recording or video recording, so that the user can zoom up to the lens with the holding element and then the suction cup after the optical alignment of the markings completely touches the surface of the spectacle lens or subjected to negative pressure to set this.
The object is also achieved by a method for blocking a spectacle lens with a holding side on a block piece by means of plastic adhesive, wherein the adhesive is applied to a coupling side of the block piece and the block piece on the coupling side is provided with markings and the lens has spectacle glass marks, at in which the spectacle lens is first manually brought into abutment against the adhesive with the holding side and then manually positioned with deformation of the adhesive relative to the block piece, the markings and the spectacle lens marks being aligned relative to each other for positioning the spectacle lens. If the adhesive used over a certain time is still sufficiently well deformable, such as UV adhesive, which crosslinks only after irradiation with UV light, of course, the lens can be placed on the provided with adhesive block piece, as it was also common practice , However, according to the invention, the relative alignment between the spectacle lens and the block piece does not take place in advance of the placement of the spectacle lens on the block piece, but only after setting in manual form. The user thus applies the spectacle lens to the block piece provided with adhesive (in addition, the spectacle lens can also be provided with adhesive) and then aligns the spectacle lens and the block piece with the markings or spectacle lens marks provided there around the spectacle lens and the block piece to fix on the holding device in this position, so that the curing process of the adhesive can take place.
It can also be advantageous for this purpose if the block piece and the spectacle lens are positioned relative to the block piece receptacle with respect to a prismatic tilting of the spectacle lens or the block piece such that the prismatic tilting with respect to a circumferential direction U of the stroke axis H1 is mainly in a pivot plane E. the axis of rotation R1 is located. Due to the prismatic tilting on the part of the block and / or the spectacle lens, a corresponding compensation movement on the rotation axis R1 is necessary so that formed as a suction cup holding member must make the least possible inclination movements to be brought in the circumferential direction U of the tilt axis K1 against the lens to the plant , Thus, if the prismatic tilting can be compensated for preferably or completely via the rotation axis R1, then a corresponding alignment movement about the fictitious tilting axis F1 is not necessary or only to a small extent.
