Definitions
- the present invention relates to a packaging system for water-soluble film bags containing a fragrance composition-containing detergent and cleaner formulation and a fragrance composition carrier. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for packaging and storage of water-soluble plastic bags.
- washing and cleaning agent filled foil bags are often formed by means of water-soluble films, which has the advantage for the consumer that he has to open a corresponding bag without him, for example, can dose into a washing machine, see, eg EP1905818 and EP1605037 ,
- fragrance of the preparation which usually contains fragrance compositions. Since the fragrance composition concentration in these free-dosed preparations is usually quite high, the fragrance impression is regularly perceived by the consumer as intense, often as so intense that he is perceived by the consumer as unpleasant. However, the comparatively high perfume composition concentration in detergents and cleaners is necessary in order to leave a perceptible fragrance impression for the consumer on the laundry or ware. Especially the fragrance impression on the freshly treated laundry or ware is perceived by consumers as an essential quality criterion of a washing and cleaning agent. It is thus in the case of the freely dosed washing and cleaning agents, so to speak, in the "nature of the thing" that the fragrance impression or the intensity of the fragrance of the product and the laundry treated with it are significantly different.
- Water-soluble sachets usually have the property that fragrance compositions are poorly or not at all discharged from the stored in them preparations through the water-soluble film to the environment. Thus, the fragrance impression of such preparations stored in water-soluble sachets can not be perceived by a user. Because such Water-soluble portion bags usually have an unpleasant odor, the fragrance impression of the portion bag is even regularly perceived by the consumer as repugnant.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to produce a scent impression in the case of a water-soluble film bag, which substantially corresponds to the scent impression of a freshly washed article of laundry stored in the water-soluble film bag.
- the water-soluble film pouches produce a scent impression by the use of the packaging system according to the invention, which substantially corresponds to the scent impression of a laundry article freshly washed with the preparation stored in the water-soluble film pouch.
- a perfume composition carrier into a container filled with water-soluble film bag, through which the surfaces of the water-soluble film bags are scented within the container, so that a scent impression is produced on the film bags, which is substantially the scent impression of one with the water-soluble film bag stocked preparation of freshly washed laundry corresponds.
- This perfume composition has proven to be particularly suitable for effecting a well-perceived fragrance transfer on the one hand from the fragrance composition carrier to the foil pouches and on the other hand from the detergent or cleaner composition to the to be cleaned, especially textile surfaces, so that in a water-soluble foil pouch a fragrance impression is produced, which essentially corresponds to the scent impression of a freshly washed laundry with the preparation stored in the water-soluble film bag.
- a water-soluble film bag has a perfume composition permeability of ⁇ 0.01 g / m 2 h. Furthermore, it is particularly preferred that the water-soluble film bag is made of a PVA film
- the perfume composition carrier has a Bendtsen surface roughness between 100-5,000 ml / min, preferably between 200-2,000 ml / min. It is very particularly preferred that the perfume composition carrier is formed from a cellulose-based material.
- the packaging system according to the invention consists of a closable container for holding a plurality of water-soluble film bags, at least a first group of water-soluble film bags, the at least one perfume composition stored detergent or cleaning agent preparation and at least one freely positionable in the container fragrance composition carrier.
- the packaging system comprises a closable container which is designed to receive a plurality of water-soluble film bags and at least one fragrance composition carrier which can be freely positioned in the container.
- a container in the sense of this application is a device which is intended to cover a plurality of water-soluble film bags in such a way that they can be shipped, stored and / or sold.
- the container usually has a bottom and a lateral surface, through which a volume for receiving the foil bag is formed. Furthermore, the container regularly has an opening for removing the foil bag from the container, wherein the opening is closed by a closure.
- the water-soluble film bags are, as mentioned above, arranged in a sealable container.
- the container is in particular designed so that no fragrance release from the container into the environment takes place in the closed state.
- the container for receiving the water-soluble film bag on the lowest possible water vapor permeability in order to protect the stored in him water-soluble film bag from unwanted exposure to water vapor.
- the container is formed according to a first preferred embodiment as a dimensionally stable container, for example in the form of a closable box, box, bottle or box.
- the container is also possible in principle to mold the container as a non-dimensionally stable container, for example as a bag or a bag.
- a non-dimensionally stable container for example as a bag or a bag.
- the container is preferably formed from a plastic. It is also possible to form the container from a pulp-containing material such as paper, cardboard or cardboard. Of course, the container may also be made of multi-layer materials comprising plastics, pulp-containing materials and / or metallic materials. Composite materials consisting of a cellulose-containing carrier material, which is laminated with plastic and / or metallic films, are suitable here.
- cans may be a pruned can, a can, a can lid, a retracted can, a fold lid can, a fold lid fill can, a folded can, a drawn can, a can, a siphon, a tearing can, a sippy can, a slip lid can, or a stepped can.
- a bottle may be a check bottle, ale bottle, goitre bag, goitre bottle, flail bottle, stony bottle, stubby bottle, vichy bottle, wide neck bottle, and mega plate bottle, squeeze bottle, dropper bottle, or as a packaging bottle like a bottle.
- a flexible container is a packaging material which substantially alters its shape even under light load when used as intended.
- the flexible packaging is designed as a bag.
- the bag can be selected, for example, from the group of bottom bags, block bags, block bags, block bottom bag, block bottom bag, floor bag, bottom fold bag, cross bottom bag, round bottom bag, stand-up bag, double bag, window bag, flat bag, flap bag, flap bag, conical bag, tubular bag, gusseted bag, pleated bag, sealed edge bag , Tri-seal bag, two-seam bag, flap flap bag, carrying bag and / or valve bag.
- the container may be formed in a further advantageous embodiment of the invention as a two- or multi-chamber container.
- the chambers then each contain different products from each other. It is thus possible, for example, to stock a first group of water-soluble film bags in one chamber and a second group of water-soluble film bags in another chamber.
- Liquid in this context means that the corresponding preparations are flowable liquids, pastes or gels.
- solid means that the corresponding preparations are present in solid form, in powder form or as granules.
- the different groups of water-soluble film bags can store detergent or cleaner preparations with the same or different fragrance compositions. If different fragrance compositions are present in the different groups of water-soluble film bags from one another, then the respectively corresponding perfume composition carriers are assigned to the corresponding chambers of the container.
- the container has a perfume composition permeability of ⁇ 0.01 g / m 2 h. It is particularly preferred that the container is impermeable to the perfume composition of the perfume composition carrier. This prevents unwanted release of the perfume composition from the closed container. This is of importance insofar as an uncontrolled scenting of the container environment is regularly perceived by the user as unpleasant, especially when buying and Transport of such packaging together with food. Furthermore, this ensures that the largest possible and as constant as possible amount of fragrance composition for scenting the water-soluble film bag is available.
- the ratio of internal volume of the container to free volume between the film bags 1-5 preferably 2-4, more preferably 2.7-4.4.
- the free volume between the foil bags is calculated from the volume of the container minus the sum of the volumes of the individual foil bags in the container.
- the water-soluble film bags are advantageously arranged as a free bed in the container. This ensures that the largest possible surface of the film bag is uncovered in contact with the gas phase of the inner container volume and the contact surfaces between the film bags and the film bag and the container inner wall are possible.
- substantially dimensionally stable spherical and pillow-shaped embodiments of the foil bag having a circular, elliptical, square or rectangular basic shape have shown.
- the packaging system of the present invention further comprises at least a first group of water-soluble film bags storing at least one detergent or cleaning composition containing perfume composition, the at least first group of water-soluble film bags being positioned in a sealable container.
- a water-soluble film bag according to the present invention has a perfume composition permeability of ⁇ 0.01 g / m 2 h. It is particularly preferred that the film bag is impermeable to the perfume composition of the detergent or cleaner formulation. This ensures that the stored in a water-soluble plastic bags sachet composition is not or only in a user usually olfactometrisch imperceptible amounts to the environment of the film bag and the fragrance impression of the film bag thus essentially by the emission of perfume preparation of the perfume preparation carrier and the precipitate this perfume formulation is determined on the foil bag.
- a water-soluble film bag consists of one or more enclosures of one or more water-soluble material (s), preferably polymer material (s), which at least partially or completely comprises the detergent or cleaning agent preparation.
- a water-soluble film bag contains an enclosure of one or more water-soluble polymer Materiali (s) or that more enclosures are included.
- an enclosure preferred, which brings advantages in the choice of materials and also in view of the requirement that the water-soluble polymer material must be solved without residue in the washing or cleaning liquor.
- the at least one washing or cleaning agent preparation partially or completely surrounding water-soluble polymer material is a water-soluble film bag.
- a water-soluble film bag This is understood to mean a surface-shaped part which partially or completely surrounds at least one washing or cleaning agent preparation.
- the exact shape of such a foil bag is not critical and can be largely adapted to the conditions of use.
- plastic foils or sheets, capsules and other conceivable forms can be used for various shapes (such as hoses, cushions, cylinders, bottles, disks or the like).
- Particularly preferred according to the invention are films which, for example, can be glued and / or sealed to packagings such as hoses, cushions or the like after they have been filled with detergent or cleaning agent preparation.
- water-soluble polymer materials are basically all polymer materials in question, which can completely dissolve in the aqueous phase under the given conditions (temperature, pH, concentration of detergent components).
- the polymer materials may particularly preferably belong to the groups (acetalised) polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyethylene oxide, gelatin, cellulose and derivatives thereof and mixtures of said materials.

- the washing or cleaning agent preparations according to the invention contain one or more substances from the group of surfactants, surfactant compounds, builders, bleaching agents, bleach activators, enzymes, foam inhibitors, dyes and fragrances and - in the case that the detergent or cleaning agent preparations at least partially as a shaped body present - binding and disintegration aids.
- At least one perfume composition carrier is positioned in the container.
- the fragrance composition carrier is disposed freely in the container, i. it can be removed from the container by a user if necessary.
- the perfume composition carrier is disposed at the bottom of the container. This can be done for example by a first filling of the container with the fragrance composition carrier and a subsequent filling of the container with the foil bags.
- the perfume composition carrier has a Bendtsen surface roughness between 100-5,000 ml / min, preferably between 200-2,000 ml / min.
- the Bendtsen surface roughness is determined according to DIN 53108. It has been found that a perfume composition carrier has a particularly favorable perfume composition release profile and kinetics in these surface roughnesses. Furthermore, an automated loading of such a configured perfume composition carrier is possible because the individual perfume composition carriers still have a sufficient sliding behavior relative to each other. This is particularly important in high-speed automated packaging processes in which the fragrance composition carriers are stacked on top of one another in the containers to provide adequate security against blockages due to unwanted multiple dosages of perfume composition carriers.
- the stacked perfume composition carriers have been found to abrade the reciprocating perfume composition carriers within the above-mentioned packaging processes, the resulting dust adversely affecting the mechanical reliability of the packaging process, and further may cause a potential explosion safety problem.
- the perfume composition in and / or on the perfume composition carrier and the perfume composition in at least the first group of water-soluble film pouches are substantially olfactometrically identical.

- the weight ratio between the perfume composition in the washing or cleaning agent preparation of a film bag and the perfume composition carrier is in the range 1-300, preferably 1-200, very particularly preferably 1-100, particularly preferably 1-50.
- the fragrance composition carrier can take any spatial form. However, it is preferred that the perfume composition carrier is plate-shaped.
- the base area of a plate-shaped perfume composition carrier may in particular be square, rectangular, freckled, circular or elliptical in shape.
- the particular plate-shaped perfume composition carrier can furthermore be printed on one and / or two sides.
- the fragrance composition carrier can be made of an absorbent or non-absorbent material.
- the perfume composition carrier is particularly preferably formed from an absorbent material, since the perfume carrier can be fragranced by its absorbency in a particularly simple and controlled manner without the influence of heat.
- absorbent material is particularly suitable a pulp-based material such as paper, cardboard or cardboard. It is also possible to use laminates of various papers, boards and / or boxes, which may also contain layers of plastic films and / or metal foils.
- the absorbent perfume composition carrier may be treated by, for example, spraying, dipping, dropping or knife coating with a perfume composition.
- a perfume composition In a possible intermediate storage of fragranced, fragrance fragrance composition carrier, which may be up to several weeks, the applied fragrance composition is evenly distributed in the absorbent carrier material.
- the weight per unit area of such pulp-based materials is preferably 200-2,000 g / m 2 , particularly preferably 250-1,000 g / m 2 , very particularly preferably 275-750 g / m 2 .
- the perfume composition carrier from a non-absorbent material, for example from a scented plastic or the like.
