Bei Bauteilwänden aus Metall wird eine Klebeverbindung, die höheren Temperaturen und insbesondere häufigen Temperaturwechseln standhält, wie dies beispielsweise bei Spülbehältern von Geschirrspülmaschinen der Fall ist, mit Hilfe eines Heißschmelzklebers erhalten. Es hat sich jedoch herausgestellt, dass mit Heißklebern keine dauerhaft den geschilderten Bedingungen standhaltende Klebeverbindung zwischen Bitumenmatte und Bauteilwänden aus manchen Kunststoffen wie zum Beispiel Polyolefinen hergestellt werden kann. Der Heißkleber verbindet sich zwar mit ausreichender Festigkeit mit der Bitumenmatte, nicht jedoch mit dem Kunststoff der Bauteilwand. Claims (6)
- Domestic appliance, in particular a domestic dishwasher (1), with a component (4) having at least one component wall (5) made of plastic,
characterised in that- at least one side of the component wall (5) of the component (4) is provided with a base layer (10) made of a butyl adhesive or an acrylic adhesive,- an adhesive foil (19) is present on the component wall (5) and has a carrier foil (20) and a base layer (10) made of the butyl adhesive or the acrylic adhesive, wherein the base layer (10) has a layer thickness between 0.2 and 2 mm, preferably between 0.5 and 1.5 mm,- the adhesive foil (19) is glued to the side of the component wall (5) by its base layer (10) made of the butyl adhesive or the acrylic adhesive,- the adhesive foil (19) is a double-sided adhesive foil (19a),- an outer adhesive layer (21) made of a butyl adhesive or acrylic adhesive is present on the side of the carrier foil (20) facing away from the component wall (5) and- a second, in particular heat-insulating, layer (22) is connected in a substance-to-substance bond to the outer adhesive layer (21). - Domestic appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the component wall (5) consists of one or more polyolefins.
- Domestic appliance according to claim 2, characterised in that the component wall (5) consists of polypropylene.
- Domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the component wall (5) is a part of a device door (7) of a domestic dishwasher (1).
- Domestic appliance according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the component wall (5) is a cavity wall of a dishwasher cavity (3) of a domestic dishwasher (1).
- Domestic appliance according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the surface of the side of the component wall (5), on which the butyl adhesive or the acrylic adhesive is applied, is roughened, in particular plasmatised.
