Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de battage comprenant un mouton diesel avec un cylindre, un piston guidé dans le cylindre pour se déplacer dedans et une pièce de frappe guidée dans le cylindre pour se déplacer dedans, pièce qui, lorsque le marteau diesel se trouve en position de service, est agencée en dessous du piston, sachant qu'est agencée une chambre de combustion limitée axialement par une surface frontale de la pièce de frappe située à l'intérieur du cylindre et par une surface frontale du piston et dans laquelle débouche un équipement d'amenée de carburant par lequel, à chaque cycle de travail, une quantité spécifiée de carburant peut être introduite dans la chambre de combustion, et un dispositif de détachement déplaçable axialement contre l'extérieur du cylindre le long de ce dernier et qui est agencé pour soulever le piston à l'intérieur du cylindre, sachant que le dispositif de détachement présente un taquet entraîneur qu'il est possible d'amener, à travers un évidement ménagé dans le cylindre, dans une contre-dépouille agencée dans le piston, sachant que contre le cylindre est agencée une came d'encliquetage inférieure et que le dispositif de détachement présente un levier de manoeuvre via lequel il est possible de faire pivoter le taquet entraîneur jusque dans le compartiment du cylindre lors de la collision avec la came d'encliquetage, et que contre le cylindre, au dessus de la came d'encliquetage, est agencée une came de détachement via laquelle le taquet entraîneur peut pivoter hors du compartiment du cylindre lorsque le levier de manoeuvre heurte la came de détachement, caractérisé en ce que la came d'encliquetage (26) et/ou le levier de manoeuvre (74) est configuré de telle sorte qu'il est possible de le déplacer hors de la zone de collision du levier de manoeuvre (74) du dispositif de détachement (7) et/ou de la came d'encliquetage (26).
  2. Dispositif de battage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la came d'encliquetage (26) et/ou le levier de manoeuvre (74) est configuré en cylindre, de préférence en vérin hydraulique.
  3. Dispositif de battage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le taquet entraîneur (73) dans le dispositif de détachement (7) est configuré de telle sorte qu'après le pivotement en position et le pivotement hors position, il se retrouve retenu par le levier de manoeuvre (74) sur la position de pivotement respective.
  4. Dispositif de battage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'équipement d'amenée de carburant comprend un levier de pompe (55) faisant saillie dans le cylindre (2) de telle manière qu'il est activé lors du passage du piston (3), ce qui fait que du carburant est amené sur la surface frontale (45) de la pièce de frappe (4), sachant qu'est prévue une came de détachement positionnable de sorte que, lors de la collision entre le levier de manoeuvre (74) et cette came de détachement, le piston (3) n'a pas encore passé le levier de pompe (55), de sorte qu'aucune injection de carburant n'a lieu dans la chambre de combustion (22).

Dispositif de battage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la came de détachement est agencée déplaçable axialement contre le cylindre et immobilisable sur au moins deux positions, sachant que l'immobilisation de la came de détachement sur une première position provoque le détachement du piston (3) sur une position après le passage du levier de pompe (55) et que l'immobilisation de la came de détachement sur une deuxième position provoque le détachement du piston (3) sur une position avant de passer le levier de pompe (55).
  6. Dispositif de battage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que deux cames de détachement (24, 25) sont agencées contre le cylindre à une certaine distance axiale l'une de l'autre, sachant que la première came de détachement (24) supérieure est agencée de sorte qu'en cas de collision avec le levier de manoeuvre (74) du dispositif de détachement (7), le piston (3) se détache dans une position après passage du levier de pompe (55) et que la deuxième came de détachement (25) inférieure est agencée de sorte qu'en cas de collision avec le levier de manoeuvre (74) du dispositif de détachement (7) le piston (3) se détache sur une position avant le passage du levier de pompe (55), sachant que la came de détachement (25) inférieure est configurée de sorte qu'il est possible de la déplacer hors de la zone de collision du levier de manoeuvre (74) du dispositif de détachement (7).
  7. Dispositif de battage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième came de détachement (25) est configurée en cylindre, de préférence en vérin hydraulique.
