  • This alternating movement hits the material to be crushed present in the channel 101, moving it and screening it.
  • the screening device also comprises a series of fixed ribs 203, parallel to the connecting rods 201 and 202 and placed between each pair of connecting rods, which provide for defining spaces for the passage of the material of a size below the predetermined dimension and which does not require crushing.
  • the invention therefore solves the stated problem, attaining a plurality of advantages at the same time, including a notable increase in the life of the crushing unit and of the screening device, in particular of the jaws and of the associated mechanical components, as well as lower maintenance requirements for the bucket.

Claims (5)

  1. Godet (100) pour cribler et broyer un matériau inerte, comprenant une enveloppe externe (1), une section d'admission (10) pour l'introduction du matériau à broyer dans l'enveloppe (1), une unité de broyage (3) du type à mâchoires agencée dans l'enveloppe (1) pour broyer le matériau et comprenant au moins une mâchoire mobile (31) avec un mouvement alternatif dans une direction de broyage (C) perpendiculaire à une direction d'alimentation (A) du matériau et un dispositif de criblage (2) pour cribler le matériau à broyer, disposé dans une position intermédiaire entre l'ouverture d'admission (10) et l'unité de broyage (3) et comprenant au moins deux éléments rotatifs (20) parallèles l'un à l'autre dans lequel
    la rotation desdits éléments (20) est appropriée pour mettre en oeuvre le criblage de parties de matériau à broyer qui sont d'une taille inférieure à une dimension prédéterminée, dans lequel chacun desdits éléments rotatifs (20) supporte une pluralité de disques (21') avec un axe parallèle à l'axe de rotation (Y) de leur élément rotatif respectif, ledit axe étant perpendiculaire à la direction d'alimentation (A), caractérisé en ce que les disques (21') sont disposés de manière excentrique par rapport à l'axe de rotation (Y) de leur élément rotatif respectif,
    les disques (21') de chaque élément rotatif (20) étant décalés les uns par rapport aux autres relativement à l'axe de rotation (Y) de leur élément rotatif respectif et présentant la même excentricité (e) des disques correspondants (21') d'un élément rotatif (20) adjacent à celui-ci.
  2. Godet (100) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit élément rotatif (20) est supporté à l'intérieur de l'enveloppe (1) et dans lequel des bords (102) sont définis sur l'enveloppe (1) dans une zone adjacente à l'élément rotatif, le godet (100) comprenant en outre une pluralité d'ailettes (103) qui sont développées entre deux disques adjacents (21') de l'élément rotatif (20).
  3. Godet (100) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les ailettes (103) présentent une forme sensiblement triangulaire et ont un développement plat sensiblement parallèle à celui des disques (21').
  4. Godet (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite pluralité d'éléments rotatifs (20) sont parallèles les uns aux autres et ont une distance ajustable (d) entre les centres.
  5. Godet (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens de fixation (5) pour la fixation à une extrémité libre d'un bras d'une machine fonctionnelle.
