The present invention relates to a connection element for a vibration and sound-damping connection of two components, in particular between a car body shell structure of a rail vehicle and a device part of the rail vehicle, having a longitudinally extending outer support rail having a longitudinally extending web and two outgoing from the base web , spaced apart, extending in the longitudinal direction of the side webs, which converge in particular at the distal end of the web in a front portion to each other, wherein between the two side bars a longitudinally extending gap is formed, such that the support rail has a C-shaped cross-section, with a plate-shaped element held within the retaining rail, which has at least one bore, and with a rubber-elastic damping material, the at least partially between support rail and plates is arranged shaped element and in which the plate-shaped element is embedded at least with two of its edges, such that the plate-shaped element does not touch the retaining rail, wherein the rubber-elastic damping material is fixedly connected to the retaining rail and the plate-shaped element. Connecting element and connection arrangements of the type described above are used in rail vehicles for connecting the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur with equipment parts, such as side and ceiling trim elements, floor elements, etc. In this case, the fasteners usually have two metal profiles that do not touch each other, but on a vibration and sound-absorbing mass are interconnected. One of the two metal profiles forming the connecting element serves for connection to the car body shell structure, for example via screws and sliding blocks. The other metal profile, which is decoupled from the first metal profile by said vibration and sound-damping mass, serves to accommodate the payload, so it is connected, for example, with trim parts of the inner lining.
In this way, the increased demands on the vibration and sound attenuation in the construction of rail vehicles, in particular for passenger transport will be satisfied and thereby increases the comfort for the passengers.
In the latter case, however, this arrangement requires a relatively large height, which makes it difficult or impossible as far as possible close to the wall construction of fixture parts.
This arrangement is well suited to take in the direction of the Wagenkastenrohbaus acting on them compressive forces; the disadvantage, however, is that they can absorb no or only small oppositely acting tensile forces, since then the elastic elements are subjected to shear and / or train and threaten to fail.
According to another state of the art locomotive engineering works Hans Beimler Hennigsdorf (LEW) were used in rail vehicles of the train 612 fasteners for attachment of tables to the car body shell structure with the following structure: for attachment to the car body shell structure is a C-shaped support rail, wherein the longitudinal C-profile has a base web and two side webs extending therefrom with inwardly bent front portions, between which a gap is formed. Inside the C-shaped support rail two plate-shaped elements are arranged with thickened side edges in the longitudinal direction one behind the other and aligned with each other, which are also called bone due to their cross section. With the thickened side edges, the bones are embedded in a rubber-elastic damping material, namely vulcanized rubber. The bones protrude in the longitudinal direction over part of their length beyond the outer boundary of the C-shaped support rail out. The two arranged in the interior of the C-shaped support rail, facing each other ends of the two bones are spaced apart, so that between the bones a recess is formed. Aligned transversely to the longitudinal direction with the recess, a threaded bore is arranged in the base web of the C-shaped retaining rail, via which the connecting element can be connected to the payload, namely the table, by means of a corresponding fastening element. The two longitudinally projecting from the outer boundary of the C-shaped support rail portions of the plate-shaped elements are each provided with a bore for receiving a fastening screw which is bolted to a sliding block, which is inserted into a C-rail of the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur. The two longitudinally projecting portions of the bone thus serve for attachment to the Wagenkastenrohbausstruktur. The problem with this prior art, however, is that the bones in the vicinity of the bore can tear over many load changes over time.
From an internal prior art, a connecting element with a similar structure as the connecting element of LEW is also known, but instead of two separate bones, a single continuous bone in the C-shaped support rail extends in the longitudinal direction. In this case, the length of the continuous bone is dimensioned so that it protrudes in the longitudinal direction on both sides beyond the outer boundary of the C-shaped support rail and thereby forms the two attachment portions for connection to the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur. However, even with this connecting element, there is the risk that cracking will occur over time in the region of the fastening sections of the bone.
It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a connecting element for a vibration and sound-damping connection of two components, which has a long service life.
The previously derived and indicated object is achieved according to a first teaching of the present invention by a connecting element for a vibration and sound-damping connection of two components, in particular between a car body shell structure of a rail vehicle or other vehicle and a device part of the vehicle, in a longitudinal direction ( Profile course direction) extending retaining rail, which has a longitudinally extending Base web and two emanating from the main web, spaced apart, extending in the longitudinal direction of side webs, in particular at the remote end of the web in a front portion converge, between both side webs, in particular between the two front portions, a longitudinally extending gap is formed, such in that the retaining rail has a C-shaped cross-section, wherein the gap preferably has a width which is greater than the width of a C-mounting rail of the vehicle body shell structure, wherein in the base web in particular at least one bore, preferably a threaded bore, is provided, which Assembly of the device part, that is the payload, is used, with a held within the support rail plate-shaped element, which preferably extends in a plane which is in particular parallel to the base web, and which has at least one bore insbesonde for mounting re by means of sliding blocks in the C-rail of Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur, wherein the at least one bore in the plate-shaped element, based on the longitudinal direction, within the outer boundary of the support rail, and with a rubber elastic damping material, in particular rubber or rubber-like elastomeric material, at least in sections between the support rail and plate-shaped element is arranged and in which the plate-shaped element with at least two of its edges, in particular the longitudinal edges, embedded, such that the plate-shaped element does not touch the retaining rail, wherein the rubber-elastic damping material with the support rail and the plate-shaped Element is firmly connected, in particular by vulcanizing the damping material (after the Matching or joining of retaining rail, damping material and plate-shaped element) or by gluing.
The bore in the plate-shaped element thus lies in a portion of the plate-shaped element, which does not protrude in the longitudinal direction over the ends of the particular C-shaped support rail, that is, over its outer boundary in the longitudinal direction. As a result, when forces are transmitted between the support rail and the plate-shaped element, there are no moments about an axis perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, specifically about an axis parallel to the plane in which the base rail passes. Cracks and breaks in the plate-shaped element, in particular in the region of the bore, are thereby reliably prevented. The life of the connecting element according to the invention is thereby significantly increased.
According to one embodiment of the connecting element according to the invention, the plate-shaped element, so that it can be mounted for example on a C-mounting rail of the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur, at least two holes which are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction and both, based on the longitudinal direction, within the outer boundary of Retaining rail lie. The bores are thus both, or if more than two holes are provided in the plate-shaped element for attachment thereof, for example to the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur, so all holes in a portion of the plate-shaped element, which do not protrude in the longitudinal direction over the ends of the support rail.
With the connecting element according to the invention can easily parts such as seats, tables, supply channels, luggage racks, ceiling and side panels or floor elements with the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur vibration and sound absorbing connect, the fastener claimed only a small height.
According to a further embodiment of the connecting element according to the invention, the entire plate-shaped element does not protrude in the longitudinal direction beyond the outer boundary of the retaining rail. In this way, a compact connection element is created, which optimally avoids vibrations. In particular, the plate-shaped element also does not protrude transversely to the longitudinal direction beyond the outer boundary of the retaining rail, which further increases the compactness.
According to yet another embodiment of the connecting element according to the invention unnecessary vibrations are also prevented and the vibration behavior is further optimized by the fact that the plate-shaped element is embedded in the longitudinal direction over its entire length with its two edges in the rubber-elastic damping material. The plate-shaped element, which, as stated, runs in particular parallel to the base web, preferably has two thickened side edges extending in the longitudinal direction. These thickened side edges are preferably used for embedding and anchoring in the rubber-elastic damping material, in particular after vulcanization of the damping material. Between the longitudinal side edges, in particular between the Thickened side edges, the plate-shaped element is preferably flat and has a uniform thickness.
Insbesondere liegen alle Bohrungsachsen in Längsrichtung hintereinander, verlaufen also alle in derselben Ebene. According to yet another embodiment of the connecting element according to the invention is in the case that the plate-shaped element for mounting the connecting element on the respective component has at least two holes, relative to the longitudinal direction, the at least one bore in the retaining rail between the holes in the plate-shaped element. In particular, all bore axes lie one behind the other in the longitudinal direction, ie they all run in the same plane. Such a construction on the one hand supports a compact design of the connecting element, but on the other hand also leads to an optimal flow of forces within the connecting element.
According to yet another embodiment of the connecting element according to the invention is provided in a direction transverse to the longitudinal direction coaxially to the at least one provided in the plate-shaped member hole in each case a recess, in particular a hole in the base web of the retaining rail, the cross section in particular larger than the cross section of the at least one is provided in the plate-shaped element hole. If the recess is also a bore, it may also be provided that the diameter of the bore is greater than the diameter of the at least one bore provided in the plate-shaped element. Such a recess in the base web allows guided by the plate-shaped element screw which is anchored on the side of the gap of the retaining rail, for example via a sliding block in a C-mounting rail of the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur of from the base web side of the retaining rail. As a result, it is no longer necessary that the plate-shaped element projects with a portion in which a bore is provided, in the longitudinal direction beyond the outer boundary of the retaining rail. In this way, the screw is also accessible through the base of the particular C-shaped support rail.
Ein solcher verdickter Abschnitt erhöht die Stabilität des Verbindungselements, insbesondere im Bereich der Bohrung und Ausnehmung(en).Preferably, the at least one bore and the recess (s) are in a thickened portion of the base web of the particular C-shaped support rail, wherein the thickened portion extends in particular, based on the longitudinal direction over the entire length of the support rail. Such a thickened section increases the stability of the connecting element, in particular in the area of the bore and recess (s).
In particular, the center axes of the at least one bore in the base web and the recess (s) in the base web lie one behind the other in the longitudinal direction, ie in one plane.
According to yet another embodiment of the connecting element is provided in a direction transverse to its longitudinal direction coaxially to the at least one hole provided in the holding rail in each case a recess, in particular bore, in the plate-shaped element whose cross-section in particular larger than the cross section of at least one in the support rail provided hole is.
The central axes of the at least one provided in the plate-shaped element bore, in particular the at least two holes, and the recess provided in the plate-shaped element are preferably in the longitudinal direction one behind the other, so all in one plane.
The holes and recesses provided in the plate-shaped element are preferably arranged in a section of the plate-shaped element which lies transversely to the longitudinal direction between the longitudinally thickened side edges. This section preferably also extends over the entire length of the plate-shaped element.
The object is further achieved according to a second teaching of the present invention by a connection arrangement with a connecting element of the previously defined type, with a first component, in particular a Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur a rail vehicle or other vehicle, and with a second component, in particular a device part of the vehicle the gap opening of the retaining rail of the connecting element is directed in particular to the first component and a C-mounting rail of the Wagenkastenrohbaustruktur overlaps therewith, wherein the connecting element via at least one first fastening means, connected via the at least one provided in the plate-shaped element bore with the plate-shaped element, in particular screwed, is, is connected to the first component, and wherein the connecting element via at least one second fastening means, via the at least one provided in the base web of the retaining rail Boh tion with the retaining rail connected, in particular screwed, is connected to the second component.
Finally, the object is achieved according to a third teaching of the present invention by a rail vehicle with at least one such connection arrangement.
The connecting element described herein and the corresponding connection arrangement has various advantages. As already indicated, the solution is particularly compact and thus space-saving, both in the longitudinal direction and across it. A risk of cracking or breakage is significantly reduced by a comparatively high power decoupling. The connecting element according to the invention is also considerably lighter than the previously known solutions due to the compact construction and the avoidance of sections of the plate-shaped element projecting beyond the outer boundary of the particular C-shaped retaining rail in the longitudinal direction. The weight is additionally reduced by the recesses in the base bar and in the plate-shaped element. Furthermore, the connecting element allows installation in all conceivable spatial positions and the transmission of tensile and compressive forces in all directions. Due to the simple structure of the connecting element this can also be made variable in length and easily adapted to different load and applications.
Finally, with a suitable selection of the shape of the retaining rail, which need not necessarily be C-shaped, but in particular G-shaped, U-shaped, I-shaped or hat-shaped, and the functional integration can be increased by the connecting element for example, directly serves as a mounting bracket for a side panel or luggage rack.
