Claims (15)
- Passerelle (1 ; 50), particulièrement pour des bateaux, comprenant- une première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) qui se développe principalement le long d'un axe longitudinal (Z) et définit un plan supérieur (3),- au moins une tige de support et/ou de maintien avant (4; 52) couplée à au moins une des arêtes latérales (2a, 2b ; 51a, 51b) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) sur l'extrémité d'accès (2c) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) et raccordée en fonctionnement aux moyens d'actionnement (5 ; 55) adaptés pour la tourner de/vers une position de repos, dans laquelle ladite tige de support et/ou de maintien avant (4 ; 52) se trouve étendue le long dudit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) de/vers une position opérationnelle, dans laquelle ladite tige de support et/ou de maintien avant (4 ; 52) fait saillie vers le haut depuis au moins une desdites arêtes latérales (2a, 2b ; 51a, 51b) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51), selon une direction (Y) selon un angle avec ledit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51),- ladite tige avant (4; 52) étant couplée à ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) au travers de moyens de rotation (8 ; 56) coopérant avec lesdits moyens d'actionnement (5 ; 55) pour positionner sélectivement ladite tige avant (4; 52) entre ladite position de repos et ladite position opérationnelle, et- lesdits moyens de rotation (8 ; 56) incluant au moins un arbre de passage (9 ; 63) définissant un axe de rotation linéaire (X) orthogonal audit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2, 51) et étant couplé aux moyens de fixation (10) sur l'extrémité inférieure (4a) de ladite tige avant (4 ; 52),caractérisée en ce que ladite passerelle (1 ; 50) comprend des moyens d'action de retour élastique (14 ; 70), associés auxdits moyens de rotation (8 ; 56), adaptés pour agir contre l'action desdits moyens d'actionnement (5 ; 55) afin d'être progressivement compressés jusqu'à définir une condition de charge lorsque ladite tige avant (4 ; 52) passe de ladite position de repos à ladite position opérationnelle, et progressivement libérés jusqu'à définir une condition de libération lorsque ladite tige avant (4 ; 52) passe de ladite position opérationnelle à ladite position de repos.
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que dans ladite position opérationnelle ladite tige avant (4; 52) fait saillie vers le haut dans une direction (Y) orthogonale audit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) alors que dans ladite position de repos ladite tige avant (4 ; 52) est extérieurement côte à côte d'au moins une desdites arêtes latérales (2a, 2b ; 51a, 51b) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51).
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit arbre de passage (9 ; 63) est essentiellement contenu entre lesdites arêtes latérales (2a, 2b ; 51a, 51b) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) de laquelle ledit arbre de passage (9 ; 63) fait saillie au moins pour une première broche d'extrémité (11 ; 64, 65) qui est insérée dans un trou débouchant (66, 67) réalisé dans au moins une desdites arêtes latérales (2a, 2b ; 51a, 51b) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) et contenue partiellement dans un manchon de raccordement (12) associé à ladite extrémité inférieure (4a) de ladite tige avant (4 ; 52) et couplé auxdits moyens de fixation (10).
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'action de retour élastique (14 ; 70) incluent au moins un ressort de torsion (15) disposé autour dudit arbre de passage (9 ; 63).
- Passerelle (1; 50) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une seconde plateforme de transit (6 ; 53) par rapport à laquelle ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) est associée par coulissement au travers des moyens de guidage afin de définir une première position, dans laquelle ladite première plateforme (2 ; 51) est inutilisable et rentre sensiblement dans les dimensions globales définies par ladite seconde plateforme (6 ; 53), et une seconde position dans laquelle ladite première plateforme (2 ; 51) fait saillie le long dudit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite seconde plateforme (6 ; 53), devenant une extension de ladite seconde plateforme (6 ; 53) qui définit une surface supérieure (7).
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement (5 ; 55) sont raccordés en fonctionnement à ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) de sorte à la placer sélectivement entre ladite première position et ladite seconde position.
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'actionnement (5 ; 55) incluent un actionneur linéaire (16 ; 57) qui- fonctionne selon ledit axe longitudinal (Z),- est placé sous ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51), et- coopère avec lesdits moyens de rotation (8 ; 56) au travers de moyens de liaison (17 ; 58) afin de positionner sélectivement ladite tige avant (4 ; 52) entre ladite position de repos et ladite position opérationnelle.
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit actionneur linéaire (16 ; 57) inclut :- une chambre cylindrique couplée à la paroi inférieure (6c) de ladite seconde plateforme de transit (6 ; 53) au travers de moyens de support (18),- une tige de résistance (68) coopérant avec lesdits moyens de liaison (17 ; 58) et coulissant le long dudit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2 ; 51) afin d'être contenue dans ladite chambre cylindrique dans ladite position de repos de ladite tige avant (4; 52) et faisant saillie axialement de ladite chambre cylindrique dans ladite position opérationnelle de ladite tige avant (4 ; 52).
- Passerelle (1) selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison (17) incluent- un bras de levier formé (19) d'un seul tenant avec ledit arbre de passage (9) desdits moyens de rotation (8),- une articulation de raccordement (20) dans laquelle ledit bras de levier formé (19) trouve un point d'appui,- une barre rigide (21) agencée sous ladite première plateforme de transit (2) qui définit un axe linéaire (Z') le long duquel ladite barre rigide (21) coulisse au moyen desdits moyens d'actionnement (5), ledit axe linéaire (Z') étant parallèle audit axe longitudinal (Z) de ladite première plateforme de transit (2) et ladite barre rigide (21) étant dotée d'une première extrémité (21a) couplée à ladite articulation de raccordement (20).
- Passerelle (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que ledit bras de levier formé (19) présente une paroi droite (22) adaptée pour être orientée vers le côté extérieur de ladite première plateforme de transit (2) lorsque ladite tige avant (4) est dans ladite position opérationnelle.
- Passerelle (1) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que dans ladite position de repos de ladite tige avant (4) ledit bras de levier formé (19) est au moins partiellement logé dans ladite articulation de raccordement (20) alors que dans ladite position opérationnelle de ladite tige avant (4) ledit bras de levier formé (19) fait saillie de ladite articulation de raccordement (20).
- Passerelle (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisée en ce que ladite barre rigide (21) coulisse le long d'un siège linéaire périphérique (25) communiquant avec le côté extérieur au travers d'une sortie (26) et réalisé dans ladite seconde plateforme de transit (6), dans laquelle ladite barre rigide (21) est logée lorsque ladite tige avant (4) est dans ladite position de repos.
- Passerelle (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce que ladite barre rigide (21) est dotée, près d'une seconde extrémité (21b), d'un élément de bloc (27) qui est appliqué à la paroi extérieure (21c) de ladite barre rigide (21) et qui est adapté pour s'opposer à des moyens de frappe (28) agencés sur ladite sortie (26) dudit siège linéaire périphérique (25) afin d'arrêter le coulissement de ladite barre rigide (21) le long dudit axe linéaire (Z').
- Passerelle (50) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison (58) incluent- un corps de levier formé (59) d'un seul tenant avec ledit arbre de passage (9) desdits moyens de rotation (56), et- au moins un cliquet (60) faisant saillie inférieurement de l'extrémité avant (57a) dudit actionneur linéaire (57) sous la pression duquel il coopère avec ledit corps de levier formé (59) jusqu'à placer ladite tige avant (53) dans ladite position opérationnelle.
- Passerelle (1 ; 50) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisée en ce que ladite passerelle (1 ; 50) inclut une ou plusieurs tiges de support et/ou de maintien arrière (32 ; 54) qui sont couplées avec au moins une des arêtes latérales (6a, 6b ; 53a, 53b) de ladite seconde plateforme de transit (6 ; 53) et qui sont raccordées en fonctionnement à ladite tige de support et/ou de maintien arrière (4 ; 52) au moyen de câbles flexibles, adaptés pour adopter la même position opérationnelle de ladite tige avant (4 ; 52) dans lesdites positions de repos et opérationnelle.
