- the present invention relates to a cooling device comprising an insulation material that is provided to be distributed homogeneously in the insulation volume.
- an insulation material is filled between the inner and outer walls of the body in order to provide heat insulation between the inner volume and the outer environment. Due to its chemical structure, the insulation material, that is preferably polyurethane, expands and solidifies once it is filled into the body of the cooling device. During this solidification, gaps occur in the insulation material. At the ceiling that is the section the insulation material reaches last, these gaps occur more frequently and cause the sheet metal of the cooling device to collapse towards the section with gaps. These collapses are considered as malfunction by the user and this situation both increases maintenance costs and also distorts the quality perception of the user.
- the insulation material that is preferably polyurethane
- quick-solidifying polyurethane is used as the insulation material in order to speed up the body-insulation process and this causes an increase in the number of the gaps.
- slow-solidifying polyurethane is used in order to prevent collapses on the surface of the body, the production slows down and efficiency decreases.
- a cooling device wherein the insulation material is provided to be homogeneously distributed by means of the plates placed to the inner side of the inner wall of the body, contacting the insulation material.

- the insulation material (6) is homogeneously distributed over the surfaces of the intermediary wall (8) covered with the regulating member (7) and a smooth appearance is obtained ( Figure 3 ).

Claims (9)
- Ein Kühlgerät (1) umfasst einen Körper (2) mit einer Innenwand (3) und einer Außenwand (4), eine Isolationsvolumen (5) zwischen der Innenwand (3) und der Außenwand (4), ein Isolationsmaterial (6), welches in das Isolationsvolumen (5) befüllt ist; es ist gekennzeichnet durch mindestens ein in das Isolationsvolumen (5) eingebrachtes perforiertes Regelelement (7) für die Verhinderung der Spaltbildung durch Regelung des Durchflusses des Isolationsmaterials (6) beim Einfüllen in das Isolationsvolumen (5), wobei das Regelelement (7) mehrere Löcher aufweist und so konfiguriert und in das Isolationsvolumen (5) eingebracht ist, dass sich das Isolationsmaterial (6) während des Einfüllens in das Isolationsvolumen (5) in kleinere Stücke aufteilt durch Hindurchführen durch die Löcher des Regulierungselements (7).
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in Anspruch 1 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Regelelement (7) an der dem Isoliervolumen (5) zugewandten Seite der Innenwand (3) geordnet ist.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in Anspruch 1 oder 2 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Regelelement (7) so in das Isolationsvolumen (5) eingesetzt ist, dass es fast parallel zu der Innenwand (3) und dem Außenwand (4) ist.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in den vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Regelelement (7) netzförmig ist.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in den vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Regulierungselement (7) an dem Deckenabschnitt (T) der Innenwand (3) in der gesamten Decke (T) angeordnet ist.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in den vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) mindestens eine Zwischenwand (8) aufweist, die die Unterteilung des Körpers (2) in Kammern und das in die Zwischenwand (8) eingesetzte Regulierungselement (7) vorsieht.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in Anspruch 6 aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Regelelemente (7), die jeweils an einer der Seiten der Zwischenwand (8) angeordnet sind, den beiden Fächern zugewandt sind.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in den vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (2) mindestens eine Tür (9) aufweist, die den Zugang ermöglicht und dass das Regulierungselement (7) in der Tür (9) angeordnet ist.
- Ein Kühlgerät (1), wie in den vorherigen Ansprüchen aufgeführt, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Regelelemente (7) so angeordnet sind, dass sie einen Abstand voneinander haben.
