Description

This makes it possible to produce high-quality entrance door leaves with excellent thermal insulation values and high burglary protection.

DE 72 09 978 U discloses an underwater clamshell with an undercut grip, the handle being bent and bulging out. The inlet shell has an inserted into an outer part inner part with a curved bottom 11.

Out EP 2 317 036 A1 a shell handle with pusher is known, which is lower in a surface of a door panel retractable. For this purpose, the handle has a Rear wall and side walls, which surround the rear wall and protrude substantially perpendicularly from this.

The object of the invention is to provide an improved door leaf with better handling and the possibility of a sophisticated design with good insulation value.

To solve this problem, a door leaf according to the independent claim is proposed.

Characterized in that the handle recess or depression on a side opposite the gripping region side of the handle is guided in an outlet region further beyond the handle, in particular a simple cleaning is possible because the handle recess or trough has no hard to reach corners.

The fact that the grip recess or recess on the opposite side of the handle in the outlet region with a chamfer to the panel outer plane runs out has the advantage that edges are avoided and that from the outside impinging liquid contaminants can proceed unhindered. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

Advantageously, the door leaf has at least a thickness of 8 cm, in particular at least 10 cm, wherein the handle recess or depression at least in the region of the gripping region has a depth of at least 4 cm, in particular at least 6 cm. The door 10 shown in the figures has a frame 12 and a door leaf 14 held pivotally therein. The door leaf 14 is produced by one of the methods as described in the German patent application, which has not been pre-published 10 2012 106 345.1 and in the non-prepublished European patent application, application number EP 12 185 538.1 have been shown and described.

Accordingly, the door leaf has a first panel 16 forming the outside, in particular of a light metal, a second panel forming the inside (not shown) and a door leaf frame (not shown) which is formed at least partially from fiber-reinforced plastic. Through the panels 16 and the door leaf frame, a cavity 18 is formed, which is completely filled with a heat-insulating material (e.g., PU foam).

The thickness of the door leaf is at least 8 cm, preferably at least 10 cm.

The outer panel 16 has a concave trough 20 in or on which a handle 22 is mounted.

The trough is rounded in the region of one side of the handle.

The depth of the trough 20 in the region of the handle is at least 5 cm, in particular at least 6 cm.

The trough 20 has a rounded end region - rounding 26 - which facilitates insertion of the hand into the grip recess behind the handle 22. In one embodiment, the trough 20 on another side of the handle 22 on a tapered portion - slope 28 - on, with the trough 22 runs obliquely to the broad side 30 out. Side walls 32 are preferably arranged facing in the thickness direction (substantially perpendicular to the broad side).

Preferably, the trough 20 is elongated.

In particular, a flush handle with handle recess in the door leaf is created. The exclusive door handles 22 made of aluminum or stainless steel fit harmoniously into the flush-fitted door leaf 14. The handle recess or recess is unobtrusively integrated in the door leaf and offers a variety of new design options and best manageability. The insertion of the hands into the recessed grip 20 is supported by the rounding 26. Due to the special depth of the trough, the handles can easily be grasped in any situation, even with thick gloves or the like. Due to the large thickness of the door leaf 14 and the production by foaming an outstanding U-value - up to 0.45 W / (m2K) - can be achieved despite this deep well.

For the manufacture of the door leaf 14, a prefabricated recessed grip 20 can be used, as shown in the Fig. 4a and 4b is shown. Edges 40 of the recessed grip 20 are covered by the first panel 16, so that the recessed grip 20 fits seamlessly into an opening of the panel 16.

As in the Fig. 4a and 4b shown, the side walls 32 may be inclined relative to the perpendicular to the panel outer plane, in particular by an angle between 1 and 10 degrees.

To attach the handle 22, the prefabricated recessed grip 20 has threaded openings 42, on which the handle 22 can be fastened by means of a screw connection. The handle 22 may be constructed in two parts for this purpose, wherein a fastening part of the screw fastening to the recessed grip 20 is used and has a receptacle for the handle plate 24. The handle plate 24 may be secured by means of clamping, riveting or screwing on the fastening part.

To improve the haptic feedback, the grip plate 24 can have a bead, for example with a substantially circular or elliptical cross-section, at an upper edge and / or at a lower edge.

Claims (3)

House door leaf (14) having a first panel (16) forming the outer face, a second panel forming the inner face, and a door leaf frame on or at which the panels are held, wherein the first panel includes a handle indentation or recess (20) indented into a cavity formed by said panels (16) and said door leaf frame and including a house door handle (22) in or on said recess (20), wherein the recess (20) has a rounding (26) in the region of a to be-engaged handle part (36) of the handle (22) for facilitating the insertion of one's fingers into the handle indentation or recess (20), wherein the house door handle (22) is arranged substantially flush with the panel outer plane (34) of the first panel, wherein the handle indentation or recess (20) is extended beyond the handle in a finishing zone (38) on a side of the handle (22) opposite the handle part, characterized in that the handle indentation or recess (20) tapers out towards the panel outer plane, wherein said finishing zone (38) has a smooth surface.
2. Door leaf according to claim 1, characterized in that the door leaf has a thickness of at least 8 cm, particularly at least 10 cm, and that the handle indentation or recess (20) has a depth of at least 4 cm, particularly at least 6 cm, at least in the region of the handle part (36).
3. Door leaf according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cross section of the handle part (36) has the form of a section of a circle, the form a section of a parabola or the form of a section of a hyperbola.
