Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a household appliance with a housing and a relative to the housing movable member having a handle.

In household appliances, such as an oven, it is known to attach handles to a door or to a drawer, for example, a warming drawer, which is arranged under a muffle of the oven, which limits the cooking chamber. These handles are thus usually arranged on a front component and thus circumferentially accessible and accessible by a user. In this context, protruding handles are known as brackets, for example bridge-shaped, with respect to the front component. However, such overhanging handles are sublime components in which a user may encounter.

In addition, recessed handles are known, which can be retracted and extended, but are technically complex. Furthermore, handles are known which are designed as recessed grips and are thus constructed so that a user can intervene with his fingers accordingly and then operate them.

However, the known embodiments, in particular the recessed grips, in the context, however, are relatively complex in shape and therefore difficult to manufacture and in construction.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a household appliance in which a trough-like handle is simply constructed on a front component.

This object is achieved by a household appliance according to the features of claim 1.

An inventive household appliance comprises a housing and a housing movable relative to the housing, which has a handle. An essential idea of the invention is to be seen in that the component has a front cover of a metallic material, which is a plate-like first front cover part and having a second front cover part integrally connected to the first front cover part. The second front cover part has a recessed grip formed by bending deformation of the second front cover part. A very specific handle, namely a recessed grip, is therefore virtually one-piece with the front cover itself and from this by a corresponding shapes, namely by a particular exclusive bending forming generated. It is thus no complicated assembly and production in terms of the assembly of the recessed grip in its specific shape and the front cover part required.

This front cover is thus a single part which is formed from two partial areas, namely the plate-like first front cover part and the second front cover part having the recessed grip.

A front cover may in this context be a component that covers another component behind it at the front and thus represents a type of trim that together with the component forms a front component of the component. However, it can also be provided that the front cover alone considered alone forms an entire boundary wall and thus a front component itself. It may be in the context as a front component, for example, a door or a front wall of a designed as a drawer component or a carriage-like component, such as a baking tray of a baking oven, may be provided.

The household appliance is in this context preferably a cooking appliance, in particular a cooking appliance, which closes a cooking chamber with a door and / or has a warming drawer for introducing food and / or crockery.

It is preferably provided that the hollow profile in cross-section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the end bar is angular, in particular triangular, designed. The deformation stiffness is thereby further increased, and in particular the design of a rear grip area behind the end strip thereby achieved automatically.

It is preferably provided that the hollow profile has in its triangular shape a bottom leg, which is oriented starting from a front leg of the triangular shape to the rear to a rear boundary wall of the grip inclined upwards. It is preferably provided that the recessed grip opens to an upper edge of the first front cover part. It is preferably provided that the recessed grip is covered by cover elements on opposite in the width direction of the second front cover part ends of the recessed grip.
