Description

The invention relates to a frame for a drawer according to the preamble of claim 1.

Einen gattungsgemäßen Stand der Technik zeigt die AT 402 593B .A generic prior art shows the AT 402 593B .

The object of the invention is to further develop the frame of the generic type in a functionally advantageous manner.

The invention solves this problem by the subject matter of claim 1. It also creates a drawer for a piece of furniture with one or more frames according to one of the claims relating thereto.

According to claim 1, the following object is created: A frame for a drawer, which has an outer shell and an inner shell, the outer shell having an outer wall section which essentially or completely forms the visible outer wall of the frame and has an upper edge which is approximately parallel to the drawer bottom, with the outer shell being guided so that it can be displaced relative to the inner shell and with the outer shell and the inner shell forming a cavity between them which has one or more functional devices and with the outer shell in a first position relative to the inner shell providing access to the one functional device or at least prevents one of the several functional devices and covers them, the outer shell and/or inner shell having an opening through which access to the one functional device is possible in a second position that is displaced in the longitudinal direction of the frame compared to the first position tion or at least one of the several functional devices is made possible, so that the one or more functional devices is/are accessible via the opening in the second position or sliding position of the outer shell relative to the inner shell, the one or more functional device(s) acting as an adjustment device (s) are designed, and wherein the opening is used to actuate the one or more adjusting device (s) with a tool.

The functional device(s) include the one or more adjusting device(s). As a result, essential function carriers of a drawer can be advantageously structurally arranged inside the frame, where they are not visible to a user. This/these can then be actuated easily and safely via the opening with a tool in a sliding position of the outer shell relative to the inner shell, in which the locking element(s) is/are also released from the locking position.

The longitudinal direction of the frame lies in the main extension direction of the frame, in particular parallel to a pull-out direction of an associated drawer.

An opening in the sense of this document can be designed in particular as a type of window or hole, in particular in a flat material made of sheet metal or plastic, or also as an edge recess in the flat material from which the shells are preferably made. In this way, the outer shell is advantageously fixed in a structurally simple manner relative to the inner shell, with this connection being easy to detach again in order to gain access to the one or more functional devices. In this way, the frame is further functionally developed since the shells are locked in place well and the one or at least one of the several functional devices is easily accessible.

Preferably, one or more latching element(s) can be arranged in the cavity on the outer shell or the inner shell, which engages/engages in the first or second position in the opening in the inner shell or the outer shell and preferably in the respective opening fully or partially closed. In this way, the one or more latching element(s) is/are advantageously arranged structurally inside the frame, where it/they is/are not visible to a user.

It can be provided that by releasing a latching position of the respective latching element with a tool or by hand from the outside outside the frame, the latching and thus the first or second position can also be released in a simple manner, so that the outer shell can be displaced relative to the inner shell becomes possible.

It is preferred that the locking element(s) is/are fixed to the inner shell and that the opening is provided in the outer shell. Because this leads to a particularly advantageous functionality and an overall attractive appearance of the frame.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the functional device(s) also include one or more locking device(s) or one or more guide element(s). As a result, essential function carriers of a drawer can be advantageously structurally arranged inside the frame, where they are not visible to a user. In any case, one of these functional device(s) is then preferably relative to the outer shell with a tool in a sliding position to the inner shell, in which the detent element(s) is also released from the detent position, can be actuated easily and securely via the opening.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the outer wall section of the outer shell has the upper edge which is bent at least by 90° towards the inner shell and/or optionally further in particular by 180° or is designed as a further separate outer shell to the outer wall section of the outer shell. This advantageously simply stiffens the outer shell and/or gives it a more visually appealing appearance and top cover.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, a leg-like guide tab bent downwards by 90° is formed on the upper edge of the outer shell of the frame. As a result, a sliding guide is formed in a structurally simple manner in interaction with guide elements that can be mounted on the inner shell.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the upper edge of the outer wall section of the outer shell of the frame can have the opening. The opening is preferably used for easy access to the adjustment device with a tool such as a screwdriver. For example, the inclination of a wall, e.g. the front panel or a rear wall of the respective frame of the drawer relative to the pull-out guide can be adjusted via the adjustment device. For this purpose, the tool engages in a displaced position, which corresponds to the second position of the outer shell, in a torque entrainment geometry of the adjustment device, in particular a spindle arranged vertically to the drawer bottom, so that the adjustment can be carried out easily and advantageously by turning the screwdriver.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the inner shell can form an inner wall section which has an upper edge. As a result, the inner shell is advantageously simply reinforced.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the upper edge of the inner wall section can be bent outwards or towards the outer shell, so that it forms a carrying leg in the manner of a traverse. As a result, a mounting level is formed in the cavity of the frame in a structurally simple manner.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the carrying leg can be used to fasten the one or more latching element(s).

As a result, the one or more locking element(s) is/are advantageously protected there and optically concealed.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking element can be designed according to the principle of a snap hook. As a result, in conjunction with the opening, a snap-in connection that is simple in design and quick and easy to assemble and disassemble is produced.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the snap hook can be designed as a one-sided lever. This is a structurally simple and proven design of the snap hook.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the latching element can have a base section. The base section is designed as a type of slip-on shoe, so that the base section has a groove-like receptacle for the supporting leg. The groove-like receptacle is formed by an upper leg and a lower leg. As a result, a constructively simple and therefore advantageous possibility of pre-assembly of the locking element is created by simply pushing the push-on shoe onto the supporting leg.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the upper limb can have a recess and the lower limb can have a plurality of angular incisions, from each of which a tab is exposed. Furthermore, the lower leg can have a latching hook that corresponds to the recess. When the locking element is in the assembled state, the locking hook can also have a further locking recess corresponding to the locking hook. This creates a constructively simple and therefore advantageous possibility of fixing the latching element by simply latching it onto the carrying arm.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the upper leg is adjoined by a latching section. The locking section has an upstand on the narrow side of the base section and is designed as a one-sided lever. This leads to an advantageously simple structural design of the latching section.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the latching section can have an upstand on the long side of the base section. The latching section is constructed like a bridge. This leads to an advantageously rigid design of the latching section and thus to advantageously secure latching.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the one-sided lever can be connected in one piece to a block-like central part. As a result, a stiffening of the latching element is created in a structurally simple manner.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the latching section can have a latching lug for engaging in the opening. As a result, the outer shell is advantageously fixed in a structurally simple manner relative to the inner shell and/or the opening is securely closed.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the detent can be pressed or chamfered at an angle on at least two of its edges. This advantageously makes it easier for the latching lug to snap against the opening.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the detent can be rounded off with a radius on at least two of its edges. This advantageously makes it easier for the latching lug to snap against the opening.

In a further preferred embodiment variant of the invention, the latching section can have a fold. As a result, a stroke limitation of the latching section is created in a structurally simple manner.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the latching element is made from a sheet metal or strip semi-finished product as a stamped and bent part. This creates a lightweight latching element that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture in terms of manufacturing technology.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking element can be made in one piece from a plastic by an injection molding process. This creates a lightweight latching element that is simple and inexpensive to manufacture in terms of manufacturing technology.

In a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the locking element can have a guide groove. The guide groove is formed by a wall section and a base section. In the installed state of the latching element and the frame, the guide tab of the outer shell can engage in the guide groove. As a result, a further guide element is created in a structurally simple manner, so that the sliding guide is thereby advantageously further reinforced.

The invention also advantageously creates a drawer with a rear wall, a drawer base, a front panel and one or more frames according to one of the claims relating thereto.

Further advantageous configurations of the invention can be found in the dependent claims.

Fig. 1 zeigt ein als Kastenmöbel 2 ausgebildetes Möbel. 1 shows a piece of furniture designed as a box furniture 2 . The cabinet furniture 2 has a furniture body 3 . In the furniture body 3 are here - purely by way of example - three drawers 4, 5 used. The drawers 4, 5 are slidably guided in the furniture body 3, so that each of the drawers 4, 5 can be pulled out of the furniture body 3 into an open position and pushed back out of this into a closed position.

Der Schubkasten 5 weist ferner zwei Seitenzargen - nachfolgend auch kurz Zargen 1 genannt - sowie eine Rückwand 7 auf.the inside Figure 2a and Figure 2b Drawer 5 shown has a front panel 6a, which is designed here by way of example as a relatively high front panel 6a. The drawer 5 also has two side frames - also called frames 1 for short below - and a rear wall 7 .

In Figure 2b it can be seen that the frames 1 are preferably constructed in two shells. The frame 1 has a kind of elongated housing in the manner of a shell with an outer shell 8 and an inner shell 9 .

The outer shell 8 is held on the inner shell 9 and can be displaced relative to it. The outer shell 8 is preferably held on the inner shell 9 so that it can be displaced to a limited extent. The inner shell 9 comprises a narrow cavity with the outer shell 8 in each case.

The concept of the inner shell 9 and the outer shell 8 does not mean that they have to be constructed in one piece. Rather, the inner shell 9 and the outer shell 8 can in turn be assembled or formed from several elements such as sheet metal strips, so that they form the inner shell and the outer shell 8, 9 in interaction.

The drawer 5 also has a drawer bottom 10 . Preferably - but not necessarily - the outer shell 8 and the inner shell 9 are made of sheet metal, in particular made of sheet steel. However, they can also be made of other materials. Preferably, the inner shell 9 and the outer shell 8 are each made in one piece or in several pieces from one or more metal sheets, in particular made of steel, which have been bent over in sections and on which, if necessary, recesses and the like can be made by punching, cutting or the like. are trained.

It is further preferred if the outer shell 8 and the inner shell 9 form a frame with a relatively small, ie "narrow" overall width, which preferably is less than 15 mm, in particular narrower than 12 mm. Especially with such narrow frames 1, the invention can be used advantageously.

Fig. 5a, 5b).One or more functional device(s) designed as adjusting device(s) 25 is/are arranged on or in each of the frames 1 . The functional devices are essentially arranged in the cavity between the outer shell 8 and the inner shell 9 . These functional devices can also include one or more locking devices 24, one or more guide element(s) 109 and one or more latching element(s) 100 (see e.g Figure 5a , 5b ).

(zur Veranschaulichung siehe beispielsweise Fig. 4a und Fig. 4b).In order to gain access to the functional element or elements - in particular to the adjusting device 25 - which are arranged entirely or partially in the space between the inner shell 9 and the outer shell 8, the inner shell 9 can be displaced relative to the outer shell 8, preferably to a limited extent . (for illustration see example Figure 4a and Figure 4b ).

In Figure 4a it can be seen that the outer shell 8 can be designed in one piece. The outer shell 8 also has an outer wall section 11 which essentially or completely forms the visible outer wall of the frame 1 . Towards the rear wall 7, the inner shell 9 is shorter here by its width B than the outer shell 8.

Es kann ferner ein um 90° nach unten gebogener schenkelartiger Führungslappen 13 am oberen Rand 12 der Außenschale (8,8') ausgebildet sein (siehe Fig. 6).Preferably, an upper edge 12 of this outer wall section 11 can first be bent by 90° towards the inner shell 9 and/or further by 180°, i.e. away from the inner shell 9, or as a further separate outer shell (8′), for example in the form of a be trained bar. Furthermore, a leg-like guide tab 13 bent downwards by 90° can be formed on the upper edge 12 of the outer shell (8, 8') (see FIG 6 ).

In the figures 3a , 3b , 4a , 4b it is shown that the upper edge 12 of the outer wall section 11 of the respective frame 1 has an opening 14 here. The breakthrough is designed here as a four-cornered, in particular square, breakthrough 14 . Alternatively, the opening 14 can also have a different geometry, in particular it can also have a circular geometry—that is, it can be designed as a “hole”. Furthermore, the opening 14 can also be attached to the outer shell 8 in a different position. For example, a position of breakthrough is conceivable 14 in the outer wall section 11 - i.e. in a position perpendicular to the position at the upper edge 12 of the outer wall section 11.

The opening 14 is used to actuate the adjustment device 25 with a tool such as a screwdriver. In this case, for example, the inclination of the drawer relative to the pull-out guide is adjusted via the adjusting device 25 . For this purpose, the tool engages in a second position of the outer shell 8 in a torque driving geometry of the adjustment device 25, so that the adjustment can be carried out easily and advantageously by turning the screwdriver (see Figure 4b ). In a first position of the outer shell 8 (see Figure 3a and Figure 3b ) the opening 14 is penetrated by a latching lug 101 of the latching element 100 .

The upper edge 12 here also forms a cover strip section 15 which is arranged at an angle to the outer wall section 11 and which closes off the outer shell 8 at the top. For this purpose, the cover strip section 15 is preferably bent by 90° relative to the outer wall section 11 or is designed as a separate strip of a multi-piece outer shell 8, 8'.

An upper edge 16 of the inner wall section 17 - see Figure 5a , 5b , 6 - Is bent outwards or towards the outer shell 8, so that it forms a carrying leg 18 in the manner of a traverse. Between the support leg 18 and the inner and outer shell 8, 9, a receiving channel 19 is thus formed here towards the upper edge region.

The support leg 18 is used here to attach a plurality of guide element(s) 21. These are arranged in the receiving channel 19 and are advantageously protected there and optically concealed. The outer shell 8 or the guide tab 13 slides on them. They therefore form a sliding guide with the outer shell 8 or the guide tab 13 (see Figure 5a , 5b , 6 ). This is advantageous, but not mandatory within the scope of the invention.

A plurality of the guide elements 21 are preferably distributed in a row at a distance from one another on the supporting leg 18 of the inner shell 9 . The supporting leg 18 and a wall area of the inner shell 9 adjoining it form two of the walls of the receiving channel 19 . Two other walls of this receiving channel 19 form the outer shell 8 . The receiving channel 19 is thus designed to be closed all around. The upper guide elements 21 are therefore not visible from the outside in their installed position on a drawer.

The guide elements 21 can be fixed in place in the receiving channel 19, for example with screws or rivets and/or locking means or the like. Fastening with at least one snap-in hook is preferred--since it is simple and uncomplicated 109 or more latching hooks, which engage(s) in a latching recess 110 of the support leg 18 (see 6 ).

In Figure 5a the outer shell 8 of the frame 1 is not shown. The locking device 24 for the rear wall 7 is therefore clearly visible. The—here two—guide elements 21 in which the outer shell 8 is guided on the inner shell 9 and the sliding guide is formed in this way are also clearly visible. The guide elements 21 are fastened here on the supporting leg 18 of the inner shell 9 by a snap-in connection.

In Figure 5a the locking element 100 is also shown, specifically in an unassembled state. The latching element 100 forms the latching lug 101 . In the assembled state of the locking element 100, the locking lug 101 reaches through the opening 14 in a first position of the outer shell 8 of the frame 1. The locking element (100) can advantageously end flush with the surface of the outer shell (8, 8'). As a result, the outer shell 8 is advantageously fixed relative to the inner shell 9 in a structurally simple manner and/or the opening 14 is closed.

The locking element 100 is designed here according to the principle of a snap hook. The snap hook is designed here as a one-sided lever, as shown in Figure 7a and 7b is shown more clearly.

The locking element 100 in Figure 7a and Figure 7b has a base section 102, which is designed here as a kind of slip-on shoe. In this respect, the base section 102 has a groove-like receptacle 103 for the supporting leg 18 . The groove-like receptacle 103 is formed by an upper leg 104 and a lower leg 105, each of which is formed by the base section 102. The latching element can be simply and advantageously pushed onto the support leg 18 of the inner shell 9 due to the groove-like receptacle.

The upper leg 104 has a recess 106 . The lower leg 105 has several—here two—angled incisions 107, from each of which a lobe 108 is exhibited. The lower leg 105 also has a latching hook 109 corresponding to the recess 106 .

When the latching element 100 is in the installed state, the latching hook 109 extends through a further latching recess 110 in the supporting leg 18, which corresponds to the latching hook 109, and also through the recess 106 the supporting leg 18 of the inner shell 9 can be mounted.

The locking section 111 has an upstand 112 on the narrow side of the base section 102 . The locking section 111 is designed here as a one-sided lever. The latching section 111 also has the latching lug 101, which is pressed on at an angle here in each case at its edges. The chamfers 113 created by the respective pressing make it easier to snap on the locking lug 101 when reaching through the opening 14 of the outer shell 8 . The fold 114 serves as a stroke stop for the latching section 111.

In 8 an embodiment variant of the latching element 100 is shown. In order to avoid repetition, only deviations or additions to the locking element 100 are described below Figure 7a and Figure 7b described. Deviating from the locking element 100 after Figure 7a and Figure 7b the latching section 111 here has an upstand 112 on the long side of the base section 102 . The latching section 111 is constructed like a bridge here. The latching section 111 also has the latching lug 101, which here is pressed obliquely on two edges in each case. The chamfers 113 created by the respective pressing make it easier to snap on the locking lug 101 when reaching through the opening 14 of the outer shell 8.

The locking element 100 after Figure 7a and 7b or after 8 is preferably made from a sheet metal or strip semi-finished product as a stamped and bent part. The material used here is preferably a so-called high-grade steel or a rust- and acid-resistant steel. The locking element 100 can also be made of a different material.

In 9 a further variant of the latching element 100 is shown. Deviating from the design variants according to Figure 7a , 7b and 8 the locking element 100 is made in one piece from a plastic, preferably by an injection molding process.

With regard to the geometric features, the locking element 100 follows 9 essentially according to the execution Figure 7a and 7b . Deviating from this, the latching element 100 has 9 no pick-up shoe on. Rather, the latching element 100 is fastened to the supporting leg 18 of the inner shell 9 via its base section 102 and the latching hook 109 . The locking section 111 is also designed here as a one-sided lever, which is connected in one piece to a block-like central part 115 . The latching section 111 forms the latching lug 101, which here has chamfers 113 on two edges and is rounded here with a radius 116 on two further edges. Furthermore, the locking element 100 has a wall section 117, which extends lengthwise on the side of the inner shell 9 facing Latching element 100 extends. The wall section 117 forms a guide groove 118 with the base section. When the locking element 100 and the frame 1 are in the installed state, the guide tab 13 of the outer shell 8 engages in the guide groove 118 .
