Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) pour l'assemblage sans avant-trou d'au moins deux composants (210, 220) au moyen d'un élément d'assemblage (300) qui est enfoncé dans une direction d'assemblage axiale (L) avec une impulsion d'assemblage de type secousse dans les composants à assembler (210, 220), avec un cadre en forme de C (110) qui présente deux branches de cadre opposées (112, 114) entre lesquelles les composants à assembler (210, 220) sont positionnés, et comprenant un outil de pose (130) et une matrice (140), lesquels sont disposés en regard l'un de l'autre sur les branches du cadre (112, 114), la matrice (140) étant désaccouplée dans certaines conditions vis-à-vis de la branche du cadre (112) du côté de la matrice,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la matrice (140) est connectée à un corps de masse (159) disposé de l'autre côté de la branche du cadre (112) du côté de la matrice, ce corps de masse (159) étant supporté de manière flexible par rapport à la branche du cadre (112) du côté de la matrice dans la direction d'assemblage (D) de l'élément d'assemblage (300), de telle sorte que celui-ci puisse recevoir l'impulsion d'assemblage résiduelle agissant lors de l'assemblage sur la matrice (140).
  2. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la matrice (140) et le corps de masse (159) sont fixés sur la branche du cadre (112) du côté de la matrice par le biais d'un support de matrice commun (150), le support de matrice (150) étant déplaçable relativement à la branche du cadre (112) du côté de la matrice.
  3. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un dispositif de ressort (154a) coopérant avec la matrice (140) et/ou au moins un dispositif de ressort (154b, 154c) coopérant avec le corps de masse (159) sont disposés sur le support de matrice (150).
  4. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un dispositif d'amortissement est également prévu sur le support de matrice (150) en complément d'au moins un dispositif de ressort (154), lequel peut amortir les vibrations se produisant.
  5. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un dispositif d'amortissement à ressort (154a) coopérant avec la matrice (140) et/ou au moins un dispositif d'amortissement à ressort (154b, 154c) coopérant avec le corps de masse (159) sont disposés sur le support de matrice (150).
  6. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    le corps de masse (159) est réalisé sous forme de composant séparé.
  7. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le support de matrice (150) présente un mécanisme de fixation pour le corps de masse (159), lequel est réalisé de telle sorte qu'un remplacement direct du corps de masse (159) soit possible.
  8. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le cadre en forme de C (110) est un cadre en forme de C de construction légère.
  9. Dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce
    qu'au moins un capteur de mesure à résolution temporelle (155) est disposé sur la matrice (140), sur le corps de masse (159) et/ou sur le support de matrice (150), lequel peut être utilisé pour contrôler le processus.
  10. Procédé d'assemblage sans avant-trou d'au moins deux composants (210, 220), en particulier pour la fabrication d'un élément composite de carrosserie ou d'une carrosserie de véhicule, dans lequel à l'aide d'un dispositif d'assemblage (100) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, au moins un élément d'assemblage (300) est enfoncé avec une impulsion d'assemblage de type secousse dans les composants à assembler (210, 220).
