Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Strahlmahlung von feuchtem oder nassem Mahlgut in einer Strahlmühle (1), wobei wenigstens einer der Betriebsparameter Vordruck, Entspannungsdruck und Eintrittstemperatur bei der Strahlmühle (1) so geeignet gewählt wird, dass eine Mahltrocknung erfolgt, bei der das feuchte oder nasse Mahlgut zum Erhalten eines Endproduktes mit vorgegebener Endfeinheit und vorgegebener Restfeuchte gleichzeitig in der Strahlmühle (1) durch die Mahlung auf die vorgegebene Endfeinheit gemahlen und durch eine Trocknung auf die vorgegebene Restfeuchte getrocknet wird, durch geeignete Wahl des wenigstens einen Betriebsparameters Vordruck, Entspannungsdruck und Eintrittstemperatur der spezifische Betriebsmittelbedarf der Mahlung so gewählt wird, dass dieser größer oder gleich dem spezifischen Betriebsmittelbedarf der Trocknung ist, und das Endprodukt mit der vorgegebenen Endfeinheit und der vorgegebenen Restfeuchte aus der Strahlmühle (1) ausgeleitet wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung eine Strahlmühle (1) zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens, wobei zur Einstellung, Steuerung oder Regelung wenigstens eines der Betriebsparameter Vordruck, Entspannungsdruck und Eintrittstemperatur bei der Strahlmühle (1) Einstellungs-, Steuerungs- oder Regelungseinrichtungen (9) vorgesehen sind.
