Description

The invention relates to a snow sliding board according to the preamble of claim 1.

The DE 201 80 055 U1 relates to a snow sliding board, in particular a snowboard, comprising a raised area extending from a front area to a rear area. The ends of the raised area taper sharply and widen towards the center of the snowboard to form a receptacle for binding. The raised area is surrounded by an area of lesser height that determines the shape of the snowboard.

The WO 99/43397 A1 relates to a ski having a core having regions of different height extent in a direction transverse to the skiing direction. The core extends over the entire length and width of the ski.

The DE 102 50 020 A1 relates to a snow sliding board which is molded in a mold. The gliding board may have partial reinforcements, for example to dampen unwanted vibrations that occur during driving. FR 2 804 335 discloses a snow glider with a bump over the entire length of the gliding board. The object of the invention is to show a snow sliding board, which has a larger Gleitbrettbreite with reduced weight perpendicular to its longitudinal extent and is therefore particularly suitable for driving in deep snow.

To solve this problem, a ski according to the patent claim 1 is formed. Further developments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

The essential aspect of the ski according to the invention is that the part of the gliding board body width occupied by the two lateral sections is greater than the width of the raised area and / or that the thickness which is the lateral sections in the third axial direction (Z-axis). approximately equal to two or three times the maximum dimension at the longitudinal sides of the gliding board body have intended steel edges in this axial direction. The snow sliding board is designed in particular as a freestyle ski as well as touring skis, which despite its low weight has an advantageous width for driving in deep snow. The ski is formed in a second gliding board body area outside the first gliding board body area and between it and a front gliding board body end and / or a rear gliding board body end having the raised portion and the side portions.

In an advantageous embodiment variant, the sliding board body is formed between the first sliding board body region and the second sliding board body region, each having a third sliding board body region forming a transition.

For example, the first gliding board body area together with the third gliding board body areas occupies 30% to 40%, preferably about 35%, of the total length of the gliding board body.

Further advantageously, the second gliding board body area extending to the front sliding board body end occupies 35% to 45%, preferably about 40%, of the total length of the gliding board body, and / or the second gliding board body area extending to the rear gliding board body end is 20% to 30%, preferably about 24% % of the total length of the gliding board body.

In a further advantageous development of the invention, the gliding board body width of the gliding board body in the first gliding board body region is formed by the raised portion or substantially by the raised portion. The ski is further characterized by a core which extends over the entire length of the gliding board body or substantially the entire length of the gliding board body and whose width in the second axial direction determines the width of the raised portion and the course of this width.

Furthermore, the ski is characterized by a core extending over the entire length of the gliding board body or substantially the entire length of the ski The sliding board body extends, wherein the core between a top of the sliding board body forming layer or shell and the sliding surface or disposed between the core and the sliding surface bottom chord is arranged, and wherein the lateral portions extend laterally from the core.

Further advantageously, an additional reinforcing layer is provided between the layer or shell forming the upper side of the gliding board body. The lateral sections are advantageously formed in each case from a plurality of interconnected layers which comprise at least the layer forming the upper side of the gliding board body, the lower flange and a sliding lining of the sliding surface.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the sliding board body is formed both at its front and at its rear sliding board body end with a scoop-like upwardly curved portion.

The term "substantially" or "about" or "approx." means for the purposes of the invention deviations from the respective exact value by +/- 10%, preferably by +/- 5% and / or deviations in the form of insignificant for the function changes.

Further developments, advantages and applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description of exemplary embodiments and from the figures. In this case, all described and / or illustrated features alone or in any combination are fundamentally the subject of the invention, regardless of their summary in the claims or their dependency. Also, the content of the claims is made an integral part of the description.

Fig. 3
einen Schnitt entsprechend der Linie II - II der Figur 1.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the figures of an embodiment. Show it:
Fig. 1

Fig. 2
a section corresponding to the line I - I of FIG. 1 and
Fig. 3
a section corresponding to the line II - II of FIG. 1 ,

For ease of explanation, three mutually perpendicular spatial axes are indicated in the figures with X, Y and Z, of which the X-axis is the longitudinal axis L of the ski body and of which the Y-axis of the width B and the Z-axis of the height of the ski body 2 correspond.

2.2 enden. The ski generally referred to as 1 in the figures, or its ski body 2, is made, for example, using conventional skiboot materials, with a front rounded and scoop-like upward, i.e., upwards. on the upper side of the ski body concavely arched ski body end 2.1 and with a rearward also rounded and scoop-like upward, i. on the upper side of the ski body concavely arched ski body 2.2, with a central binding and ski body 2.3 for attachment of a binding or binding plate, not shown, with adjoining the ski body area 2.3 ski body areas 2.4 and formed on these subsequent Skikörperbereichen 2.5, at the front or rear end of the ski body 2.1 or 2.2 end.

A special feature of the ski 1 is that the ski body 2 over its entire length perpendicular to the ski body longitudinal axis L and X-axis has an increased width B, for example, a width greater than 100 mm, with a reduced weight of the ski body 2, so that the ski 1 is suitable as a freestyle ski as well as touring skis in particular also for driving in deep snow.

In detail, the ski body 2 on its underside extending over the entire width B running or sliding surface 3, which consists in a known manner from the Gleitflächenbelag 4 and the two, along the longitudinal sides of the ski body 2 extending steel edges 5.

Part of the ski body 2 is still the core 6, which consists for example of wood and / or other suitable as a body core material, such as foamed plastic, eg plastic foam and over the entire length of the ski body 2 from the front end of the ski body 2.1 bis extends to the rear ski body end 2.2.

Again FIG. 2 can be seen, in the middle ski body area 2.3 of the core 6 is laterally provided with a side cheek 7, which is supported with its arranged in the XY plane underside directly or indirectly to the relevant steel edge 5 and at least at this the respective steel edge 5 adjacent bottom in the direction of the Y-axis has a cross-sectional width which is equal to the local width of the steel edge 5 and which in any case is greater than 50% of the cross-sectional dimension which the side cheek 7 has on its core 6 adjacent surface in the Z-axis direction , The side wall 7 are made of a suitable plastic.

Between the Gleitflächenbelag 4 and the core 6, a lower flange 8 is arranged, which extends over the entire length of the ski body 2 between the steel edges 5 and is formed in the illustrated embodiment of a carbon fiber reinforced layer or layer of plastic.

The upper side of the ski body 1 is formed by a reinforced by carbon fibers layer or shell 9 made of plastic, which extends over the entire width B and length of the ski body 2 and in the embodiment shown at the same time also necessary for the stability of the ski body 2 upper chord forms. Under the shell 9 and also partially between this and the core 6, a reinforcing layer 10 made of carbon fibers and plastic is further provided, which is connected flat with the shell 9, also extending over the entire width B and length of the ski body 2 and in the illustrated embodiment, where the core 6 is present, immediately adjacent to the top of the core 6.

In the middle ski body region 2.3, the width B of the ski body 2 is determined by the distance that the two side cheeks 7 exposed there on the longitudinal sides of the ski body 2 have in the Y axis from one another. Furthermore, shell 9 as well as the reinforcing intermediate layer 10 in the middle ski body region 2.3 respectively terminate at the upper side of the respective side cheek 7 and are connected there to the side cheek 7 in a suitable manner. Furthermore, in the middle ski body region 2.3, the cross section and in particular also the width B of the ski body 2 are essentially determined by the cross section of the core 6.

The core 6 is facing in the illustrated embodiment at its Skioberseite Top is shaped so that the cross-sectional dimension of the core 6 in the Z-axis, starting from that of a side wall 7 initially increases, then over the vast majority of the width of the ski body 2 is constant or substantially constant and to the other side cheek 7 again decreases accordingly. Furthermore, the ski body 2 is formed in terms of its cross section and in terms of the components used and their arrangement mirror-symmetrical to a arranged in the XZ plane and the longitudinal axis L enclosing center plane M.

The FIG. 3 shows the cross section of the ski body 2 at the ski body areas 2.5. There, the width B of the ski body 2 is not determined by the width of the core 6, but the core has a relation to the ski body width B significantly reduced width in the direction of the Y-axis, ie the width of the core 6 is outside the binding area significantly less than 50% of the ski body width B, for example 40% - 50% of the ski body width B. Like the FIG. 3 The shell 9 as well as the reinforcing intermediate layer 10 are here guided over the extending in the direction of the X-axis longitudinal sides of the core 6 and laterally from this with the lower flange 8 and the Sliding layer 4 is connected flat to a multilayer laminate structure. In still mirror-symmetrical to the median plane M executed cross-section, the ski body 2 at the ski body areas 2.5, ie between the areas 2.4 and the front and rear end of the ski body 2.1 or 2.2 at its top in each case one substantially formed by the core 6 raised portion 11 with the width b, to which in the direction of the Y-axis to the two longitudinal sides of the ski body 2 towards each a wing-like portion 12 connects, which does not have the core 6 and whose width in the direction of the Y-axis, for example, 70% - 80% of the corresponding Width of the core 6 and the width b and the total thickness in the Z-axis direction by a factor of two to three is greater than the maximum dimension, the steel edges 5 have in the Z-axis direction. The sections 12 are essentially formed by the laminate structure of the shell 9, of the intermediate layer 10, of the lower flange 8 and of the sliding lining 4. Furthermore, in the illustrated embodiment, the sections 12 each have a constant or essentially constant thickness in the direction of the Z-axis over their entire width oriented in the direction of the Y-axis as well as over the entire length oriented in the direction of the X-axis.

Again FIG. 3 can be seen further, the core 6 is shaped so that the ski body 2 at the ski body areas 2.5 even at section 11 in the direction of the Z-axis has a thickness which is smaller than the corresponding thickness in the ski body area 2.3 or binding area, ie at In the illustrated embodiment, the corresponding thickness of the ski body 2 outside the ski body area is only about 70 to 85 of the thickness in the binding area.

The described design of the ski body 2 results in a large ski body width B, a substantial reduction of the total weight of the ski body 2, wherein the ski body 2 in terms of torsional stiffness and flexural rigidity, also with respect to bending or flexing about axes parallel to the Y-axis, as well as in terms its mechanical strength not only corresponds to a ski body which is very narrow in the ski body area 2.3 or in the binding area and the ski body areas 2.5 corresponding to the section 11, but also the wing-like portions 12 contribute to the torsional rigidity and bending stiffness and create the for the Driving necessary ski body width B especially in deep snow.

The two ski body regions 2.4, which directly adjoin the middle ski body region 2.3, respectively form transition regions to the ski body regions 2.5, i. At the ski body areas 2.4, the sections 12 are increasingly formed, or vice versa, the width b of the raised section 11 is reduced steadily there from the width B in the ski body area 2.3 to the width b at the ski body areas 2.5.

In the illustrated embodiment, the ski body area 2.3 together with the ski body areas 2.4 occupies about 30% to 40%, preferably about 35%, of the total length of the ski body 2. The ski body region 2.5 extending to the front ski body end 2.1 has a length which corresponds to approximately 35% to 45%, preferably approximately 40%, of the total length of the ski body 2. The ski body region 2.5 extending to the rear ski body end 2.2 has a length which corresponds to approximately 20% to 30%, preferably approximately 24% of the total length of the ski body 2.

2.2 hin ab.The ski body 2 has on its longitudinal sides a certain sidecut, in the form that the width B in the middle of the ski body 2 is smaller than the two ski body ends 2.1 and 2.2. Furthermore, the width b of the raised area also changes 11 in the longitudinal direction of the body of the ski to a certain extent and the height or the thickness of the raised area 11 in the direction of the Z-axis decreases starting from the respective ski body area 2.4 toward the front or rear end of the ski body 2.1 or 2.2.
